The coating has the advantages that the chitin is added, so that the coating has an inhibiting effect on various bacteria and fungi, can efficiently resist bacteria, and is cooperated with the zirconium phosphate silver-carrying particles and the silver zeolite particles, so that the coating achieves the purposes of high antibacterial property, slow release of antibacterial components and long duration of antibacterial effect; the addition of the deodorant can adsorb and decompose toxic gas, purify air, protect environment and reduce pollution.

The antibacterial agent is prepared from tea tree essential oil, chitin and zirconium phosphate silver-loaded according to the mass fraction ratio of 1: 2: 1 are mixed. The concentration of silver-carrying zirconium phosphate is 0.01-10%, the concentration of chitin is 0.01-5%, and the concentration of tea tree essential oil is 2-10%. The odor removing agent comprises manganese dioxide, activated carbon and silica gel.

step 1: crushing and grinding aggregate bentonite, quartz sand, talcum powder, basalt fiber and rice bran to 30-50 meshes, pouring the crushed materials into a stirring cylinder, and mixing and stirring uniformly;
step 2: adding an antibacterial agent, a deodorant, an adhesive, a hydrophobic modifier and an accelerant into a stirring barrel, and adjusting the viscosity of the coating to 2000-2200 Pa.s to obtain a coating primary product;
and step 3: adding silver zeolite particles and balls into the primary paint product, and uniformly mixing to obtain the green antibacterial wall paint
The diameter of the ball is 1-8 μm.
