Background
With the development of the times, the healthy life concept has penetrated into various fields of life, wherein the barreled water has gone into every family with the characteristics of health and convenience, and is accepted by vast consumers. Traditional bottled water staving material is Polycarbonate (PC), the bottle anti-pressure can satisfy and pile up the transportation requirement in bulk, the mode that the bung hole is being carried with the manual work to loading process promptly in concrete operation, a bucket is loaded on a barrel basis and is piled up, pile up neatly and transport to the water shop and unload bottled water to the water shop again a bucket on a barrel basis and pile up again, whole loading and unloading transportation process need consume a large amount of manpowers, time, the loading and unloading car is inefficient, the contaminated risk of bottled water bung hole has still been increased simultaneously. In order to meet diversified demands of consumers, disposable polyethylene terephthalate (PET) barreled water appears in the market, the neck of the barreled water has poor pressure resistance, and the barreled water cannot be put into a carton or a film package as bottled water due to large volume, so that the barreled water is difficult to stack and transport in bulk; in order to prevent transportation loss, PET barreled water is generally required to be delivered together with other products, so that the ordering, loading and unloading efficiency of the products is seriously reduced; meanwhile, bulk products are easy to extrude or fall off due to acceleration and emergency braking in the transportation process, so that the barreled water is deformed or even damaged.
At present, the PC barreled water is stacked and transported in a sleeve plate mode, namely, a barrel opening at the bottom layer is sleeved with the sleeve plate, so that a barrel shoulder at the bottom layer is stressed, and the barrel shoulder is used as a barrel bottom limiting device at the upper layer to be stacked; stacking and transporting PET barreled water in a flat plate and film winding mode, wherein the barreled water at the bottom layer is stressed by a bottle cap, and bottleneck depression is easy to occur after three layers are stacked; meanwhile, the stability of the wound film is low, and the product is easy to scatter in the transportation process. Both of these approaches have the following inconveniences: firstly, the method comprises the following steps: the forklift is required to be used for loading and unloading in the loading and unloading process, the requirements of the forklift on the storefront are high, and the requirements are more difficult to meet by the water shop in the urban center; secondly, the water shop can only one deck unstack in the use from top to bottom the water intaking, thereby must have two people's cooperation simultaneously just can pull down the bottled water of baffle continuation one deck after having got the one deck, will retrieve the empty bucket of PC simultaneously and need artifical pile up neatly again and carry out the stack and retrieve, the operation seems loaded down with trivial details.
