Abstract
The invention discloses a modeling tool of an animal skull defect model and a using method thereof, wherein the modeling tool comprises the following steps: the drill rod, the nut, the support frame and the drill bit; the supporting frame comprises a sleeve, a supporting frame cover and a foot rest, the foot rest is fixedly connected with the supporting frame cover, and the lower end of the sleeve is arranged on the supporting frame cover; the drill bit is detachably connected with the drill rod, the drill rod is in clearance fit with the sleeve, the nut is arranged on the upper portion of the drill rod, and the drill rod is provided with a graduated scale; the using method comprises the following steps: 1. assembling a modeling tool; 2. drilling a skull; 3. removing the skull; 4. and disassembling the modeling tool. The invention can accurately control the drilling depth during modeling, solves the problem of verticality during drilling and can better ensure the modeling quality.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of biological material research, in particular to a modeling tool for an animal skull defect model and a using method thereof.
Background
The animal skull defect model is an important model for researching bone repair, a common animal skull defect model building tool adopts an annular drill bit to build a rabbit skull defect model, and the existing modeling has the following problems:
(1) the drilling depth is not easy to control, and the drilling is easy to drill into brain soft tissue;
(2) drilling holes perpendicular to the skull surface is needed during drilling, but the existing modeling tool cannot guarantee that one side of the skull is drilled through, and the other side of the skull is not drilled through.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an animal skull model modeling tool and a using method thereof, which can accurately control the drilling depth during modeling, solve the problem of verticality during drilling and better ensure the modeling quality.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a modeling tool for an animal skull defect model, comprising: the drill rod, the nut, the support frame and the drill bit; the supporting frame comprises a sleeve, a supporting frame cover and a foot rest, the foot rest is fixedly connected with the supporting frame cover, and the lower end of the sleeve is arranged on the supporting frame cover; the drill bit is detachably connected with the drill rod, the drill rod is in clearance fit with the sleeve, the nut is arranged on the upper portion of the drill rod, and the drill rod is provided with a graduated scale.
Preferably, the sleeve is provided with a water inlet pipe, and the water inlet pipe is communicated with the side face of the upper end of the sleeve.
Preferably, the front end of the drill bit is in a saw-tooth shape and is provided with inclined barbs.
Further, the inclination angle of the drill bit front end barb is 45 degrees.
Preferably, the upper part of the drill rod is provided with a buckle, and the buckle is matched with a clamping groove on a drilling machine.

The invention relates to a modeling tool of an animal skull defect model, which comprises: the drilling rod 1, the nut 2, the support frame 3 and the drill bit 4; the supporting frame 3 comprises a sleeve 301, a supporting frame cover 302 and a foot stand 303, the foot stand 303 is fixedly connected with the supporting frame cover 302, and the lower end of the sleeve 301 is arranged on the supporting frame cover 302; the drill bit 4 is detachably connected with the drill rod 1, the drill rod 1 is in clearance fit with the sleeve 301, the nut 2 is arranged on the upper portion of the drill rod 1, and the drill rod 1 is provided with the graduated scale 103.
Preferably, the sleeve 301 is provided with a water inlet pipe 305, and the water inlet pipe 305 is communicated with the upper end side surface of the sleeve 301.
Preferably, the front end of the drill 4 is serrated and has inclined barbs.
Further, the inclination angle of the front end barb of the drill 4 is 45 °.
Preferably, the upper part of the drill rod 1 is provided with a buckle 101, and the buckle 101 is matched with a clamping groove on a drilling machine.
Preferably, the foot rest 303 has three feet, and the foot rest 303 is uniformly distributed on the circumference of the support frame cover 302.

step 3, taking the skull, after drilling, hooking the drilled skull by using a 45-degree inclined barb 401 fixedly connected to the lower end of the drill 4, and taking out the skull;
and 4, removing the modeling tool, and taking down, disassembling and storing the modeling tool.
The specific implementation process comprises the following steps: firstly, assembling a modeling tool, wherein a drill bit 4 is fixedly connected with a drill rod 1 into a whole, the upper end of the drill rod 1 penetrates through the lower part of a support frame 3 along a sleeve 301, screwing a nut 2, connecting with a motor through a buckle 101 on the drill rod 1, sleeving a soft leather sleeve 304 on the lower end of a foot stand 303 of the support frame 3, facilitating the fixation of the support frame 3 on the surface of a skull, and connecting a water inlet pipe 305 on the side surface of the sleeve 301 with a water source; then drilling is carried out, the support frame 3 is placed on the surface of the skull 5 needing drilling, the foot rests 303 of the support frame 3 are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the support frame cover, the drill bit 4 can be ensured to be vertical to the surface of the skull 5, the upper position and the lower position of the nut 2 can be accurately adjusted according to the graduated scale 103, and therefore the drilling depth is accurately controlled; one end of the water inlet pipe 305 is communicated with the sleeve 301, the other end of the water inlet pipe is connected with a water source which can be an infusion bag, water is injected into the water inlet pipe 305 during drilling, enters the sleeve 301 through the water inlet pipe 305, then flows to the drill bit 4, and finally flows to the contact surface of the drill bit 4 and the skull 5, so that the high temperature generated on the surface of the skull 5 during drilling is reduced, and the water inlet can be connected with a speed regulating valve to regulate and control the water inlet speed; after drilling, the drilled skull is hooked by the 45-degree inclined barb 401 at the front end of the drill bit 4, so that the drilled skull can be taken out easily; and finally, disassembling the modeling tool.

Claims (10)
1. An animal skull defect model modeling tool, comprising: the drill rod (1), the nut (2), the support frame (3) and the drill bit (4); the supporting frame (3) comprises a sleeve (301), a supporting frame cover (302) and a foot stand (303), the foot stand (303) is fixedly connected with the supporting frame cover (302), and the lower end of the sleeve (301) is arranged on the supporting frame cover (302); the drill bit (4) is detachably connected with the drill rod (1), the drill rod (1) is in clearance fit with the sleeve (301), the nut (2) is arranged on the upper portion of the drill rod (1), and the drill rod (1) is provided with a graduated scale (103).
2. The animal skull defect model modeling tool of claim 1, wherein: a water inlet pipe (305) is arranged on the sleeve (301), and the water inlet pipe (305) is communicated with the side face of the upper end of the sleeve (301).
3. The animal skull defect model modeling tool of claim 1, wherein: the front end of the drill bit (4) is in a sawtooth shape and is provided with an inclined barb.
4. The animal skull defect model modeling tool of claim 3, wherein: the inclined angle of the front end barb of the drill bit (4) is 45 degrees.
5. The animal skull defect model modeling tool of claim 1, wherein: the upper part of the drill rod (1) is provided with a buckle (101), and the buckle (101) is matched with a clamping groove on a drilling machine.

10. A method of using an animal skull defect model modelling tool according to any of claims 1 to 9, wherein the drilling method comprises the steps of:
step 1, assembling a modeling tool, namely connecting a drill bit (4) with a drill rod (1), enabling the upper end of the drill rod (1) to penetrate through a sleeve (301) from the lower part of a support frame (3), screwing a nut (2), connecting the drill rod (1) with a motor through a buckle (101) on the drill rod, sleeving a soft leather sheath (304) on the lower end of a foot rest (303) of the support frame (3), and connecting a water inlet pipe (305) on the side surface of the sleeve (301) with a water source;
step 2, drilling the skull, placing the support frame (3) on the surface of the skull (5) to be drilled, uniformly distributing foot rests (303) of the support frame (3) on the circumference of a support frame cover, adjusting the up-down position of a nut (2) according to a graduated scale (103) to control the drilling depth, communicating one end of a water inlet pipe (305) with a sleeve (301), connecting the other end of the water inlet pipe with a water source, and injecting water into the water inlet pipe (305) during drilling;
step 3, taking the skull, after drilling, hooking the drilled skull by utilizing a 45-degree inclined barb (401) fixedly connected with the lower end of a drill bit (4), and taking out the skull;
and 4, removing the modeling tool, and taking down, disassembling and storing the modeling tool.
