In head surgery, the surgical wound is likely to be located at any position of the head, and in order to facilitate the operation of medical staff, the patient also needs to adopt different lying postures according to the wound position, that is, other lying postures of the patient are often generated in the surgery except the supine position. For example, in the prone position, where it is often necessary to raise the patient's head with an object in order to avoid choking the patient's facial breathing passages, this is not only cumbersome but also very likely to involve the risk of the object shifting during the procedure, so as to affect the doctor's operation. The head fixing bracket 201 is provided with the elliptical ring 203, so that the breathing of the patient in prone, lateral and other postures is not influenced while the head is supported, the exposure area of the head is increased, and the operation of a doctor is facilitated.
Because the head sizes of different patients are different, if the head sizes of the patients are relatively smaller, the patients can not be stably placed on the elliptical ring 203 with fixed size, and therefore, four supporting blocks 205 are specially arranged, so that the patients with different head sizes can be stably placed on the elliptical ring 203.

Preferably, in this embodiment, the buffer pads 40 are disposed on the clamping dial 209 and the clamping portion 1024 on the side for clamping. The cushion pad 40 is made of an elastic material, the elastic property of the cushion pad enables the clamped part of the patient to reduce the risk of compression damage caused by long-time clamping, and the elasticity of the cushion pad can cushion the stress effect between the clamped object and the clamped object caused by the clamping force, so that the clamping stability is further improved.
When the head of the patient needs to be fixed, the adjusting bolt 207 is only required to be unscrewed, the clamping arm 206 is pulled outwards to a position which obviously does not contact the head of the patient, the head of the patient is stably rested on the elliptical ring 203 at the moment, after the angle which is convenient for operation is adjusted, the four clamping arms 206 are folded inwards until the clamping pulling piece 209 contacts the head of the patient and the external force is slightly applied to the clamping pulling piece to enable the head of the patient not to be moved, and at the moment, the adjusting bolt 207 is screwed down, so that the fixing operation of the head of the patient is completed.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the neck fixing bracket and the third clamping assembly are provided as a "U" shaped integrated structure, and in particular, the neck fixing bracket and the third clamping assembly are made of memory cotton material. The memory cotton material is a polyurethane high molecular polymer with an open unit structure, has obvious viscoelastic characteristics, shows very soft material characteristics and has very strong impact energy absorption capacity. The molecules of the material can flow to shift and deform when being pressed by external force, and the material is fit with the contour of the contact surface of the pressing object, and is limited by intermolecular van der Waals force to have weak rebound force, so that the pressure is uniformly dispersed to the whole contact surface, and the material can slowly recover to the original shape when the pressure is eliminated. Therefore, when the neck of different patients is contacted, corresponding deformation can be generated according to the neck outlines of the different patients, the neck of the patients can be stably and firmly fixed in the neck, the neck comprises important parts of the human body such as the trachea, the great blood vessels, the cervical vertebrae and the like, the soft memory cotton material can not generate larger compression force on the neck, and the risk that the neck is compressed and injured by external force is avoided while the neck is effectively fixed.
It should be noted that in other embodiments, the neck fixing bracket and the third clamping assembly may be provided in other configurations.
According to the adjustable operation auxiliary device provided by the embodiment, the head of a patient in operation is fixed through the head fixing assembly 20, the neck fixing assembly 30 and the device fixing assembly 10, so that the stability of the operation environment of medical staff is effectively ensured, and the danger that the head of the patient shakes and further the operation of the medical staff is influenced due to muscle reaction or careless touch of the medical staff in the operation process is avoided; and the three fixing assemblies are all provided with adjustable clamping assemblies, so that the invention can be suitable for patients with various operating tables and different head types.
