Example one
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention relates to a container assembly, which can be applied to a dishwasher, and the container assembly is disposed in a cleaning chamber of the dishwasher and used for containing dishes, chopsticks, knives, forks, and the like.
The containing assembly comprises a containing appliance 10 and a height adjusting mechanism, wherein the containing appliance 10 is used for containing tableware such as bowls, chopsticks, knives, forks and the like, and the height adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the height of the containing appliance 10 in the dish washing machine.
Specifically, the height adjustment mechanism includes a bracket 100, an adjuster 200, and a handlebar 300.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the bracket 100 is used for being fixed on the article holding device 10, the bracket 100 is provided with a guide channel 101, and the guide channel 101 is provided with a first guide section 110 extending along the height direction; the adjusting part 200 is fixedly arranged relative to the housing of the dishwasher, the adjusting part 200 is used for movably matching with the article holding device 10, so that the article holding device 10 can move along the height direction relative to the adjusting part 200, and the adjusting part 200 is provided with a first positioning part 210, and the first positioning part 210 and the first guide section 110 have a spacing in the first horizontal direction (the X direction in fig. 1); the operating handle 300 is rotatably arranged on the bracket 100 or the article holding device 10 to configure a member capable of applying the lever principle, one end of the operating handle 300 is inserted into the guide channel 101, and the other end of the operating handle 300 is capable of being positioned and matched with the first positioning part 210; wherein the handle bar 300 is operatively moved along the first guide section 110 after being positioned and engaged with the first positioning portion 210 to move the utensil 10 in a height direction with respect to the adjusting member 200.
In particular, the receptacle 10 is a bowl basket, only a portion of which is shown in fig. 1-9, the bracket 100 being fixed to a first side of the bowl basket, the bracket 100 being immovable relative to the bowl basket; the adjusting member 200 is disposed at a first side portion of the basket and movably engaged with the basket, so that the basket can move in a height direction with respect to the adjusting member 200, and the adjusting member 200 is spaced apart from the rack 100 in a first horizontal direction, and the adjusting member 200 is used to be fixed inside the dishwasher. Wherein, the first horizontal direction is a horizontal direction parallel to the plane of the first side of the container 10.
It should be noted that, the above-mentioned adjusting member 200 is fixedly arranged relative to the housing of the dishwasher, and it can be understood that, in the process of adjusting the height of the container 10, the adjusting member 200 is immovable relative to the ground and the height thereof is unchanged without changing the height of the whole dishwasher.
Further, fig. 1 to 9 only show that the height adjusting mechanism is disposed on a first side of the container 10, and the height adjusting mechanism can also be disposed on a second side (opposite to the first side) of the container 10 to improve the stability of the bowl basket during the lifting process.
In the height adjusting mechanism, after the end of the operating handle 300 close to the first positioning portion 210 is positioned and matched with the first positioning portion 210, the end of the operating handle 300 close to the first positioning portion 210 is connected with the adjusting member 200, when the end of the operating handle 300 far from the first positioning portion 210 is operated to move the end of the operating handle 300 far from the first positioning portion 210 in the height direction in the first guide section 110, the storage device 10 can be moved in the height direction due to the lever principle, and thus, the storage device 10 can be raised or lowered by shifting the operating handle 300. The height adjusting mechanism can freely adjust the height of the containing appliance 10 according to the requirements of users, and is simple and easy to operate.
Optionally, the first positioning portion 210 is a first positioning hole, and an end of the handle 300 away from the guide channel 101 can penetrate into the first positioning hole to position and match the handle 300 with the first positioning hole.
Specifically, one end of the control handle 300 away from the guide channel 101 is provided with a positioning column, and the positioning column can penetrate through the first positioning hole to realize the positioning of the control handle 300 and the adjusting member 200.
In other embodiments, the first positioning portion 210 may also be a positioning slot or a positioning notch.
As shown in fig. 1-2, further, the guide channel 101 further includes a first catching section 120 communicating with the first guide section 110, and an end of the handle 300 remote from the first positioning portion 210 is movable into the first catching section 120 when the handle 300 is in positioning engagement with the first positioning portion 210 to limit rotation of the handle 300 in a vertical plane. When the handle 300 is moved into the first catching section 120, the handle 300 cannot be operated to rotate in the vertical plane, so that the container 10 cannot move relative to the adjusting member 200 without the handle 300 being rotated in the vertical plane, and the height of the container 10 is not changed.
Specifically, the first clamping section 120 extends along a second horizontal direction (Y direction in fig. 1), and the first horizontal direction and the second horizontal direction form an included angle. Thus, when the handle 300 is moved into the first catching section 120, the first catching section 120 restricts the handle 300 from rotating in a vertical plane.
The included angle between the first horizontal direction and the second horizontal direction can be an acute angle, a right angle or an obtuse angle. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the included angle between the first horizontal direction and the second horizontal direction is 90 °. In other words, the second horizontal direction is perpendicular to the plane of the first side of the object.
Further, the first catching section 120 is located at the top of the first guiding section 110, and the first catching section 120 is located at the side of the first guiding section 110 away from the article, so that the height of the article holding device 10 is adjusted to the highest position after the handle 300 is moved into the first catching section 120 under the condition that the handle 300 is positioned and matched with the first positioning portion 210. In this way, when the user adjusts the height of the storage device 10, the user can know that the height of the storage device 10 is adjusted to the maximum at this time only by moving the operating handle 300 into the first clamping section 120, and can control the height of the storage device 10 relatively accurately.
Further, the adjusting member 200 is further provided with a second positioning portion 220, the second positioning portion 220 is located below the first positioning portion 210, the guide channel 101 further includes a second clamping section 130 communicated with the first guide section 110, and the second clamping section 130 is located above the first clamping section 120; the end of the handle 300 adjacent to the guide channel 101 can move into the first catch section 120 when the handle 300 is in positioning engagement with the first positioning portion 210 to restrain the utensil 10 in the high position; the end of the handle bar 300 adjacent the guide channel 101 is movable into the second catch section 130 when the handle bar 300 is in locating engagement with the second detent 220 to restrain the utensil 10 in the lowered position.
Alternatively, the second positioning portion 220 is a second positioning hole, and the end of the handle 300 away from the guide channel 101 can be inserted into the second positioning hole to position and match the handle 300 with the second positioning hole.
Specifically, the positioning column on the handle 300 can be inserted into the second positioning hole to position the handle 300 and the adjusting member 200.
In other embodiments, the second positioning portion 220 may also be a positioning groove or a positioning notch.
It should be noted that the high position or the low position described above only describes the position state of the container 10, and does not limit the specific height of the container 10, in other words, the high position of the container 10 only means that the container 10 is located at a higher position than the container 10 is located at the low position.
Specifically, after the handle 300 is positioned and engaged with the first positioning portion 210 and the handle 300 is moved into the first clamping section 120, the height of the container 10 is adjusted to the highest position. After the handle 300 is positioned and engaged with the second positioning portion 220 and the handle 300 is moved into the second clamping section 130, the height of the container 10 is adjusted to the lowest position.
Further, the guide channel 101 further includes a second guide section 140 and a third guide section 150, and the second clamping section 130, the second guide section 140, the third guide section 150 and the first guide section 110 are sequentially communicated.
When one end of the handle 300 moves towards the second guide portion in the second clamping section 130, the other end of the handle 300 can be separated from the second positioning portion 220, when one end of the handle 300 moves towards the third guide section 150 in the second guide section 140, the other end of the handle 300 can be moved towards the first positioning portion 210, and when one end of the handle 300 moves towards the first guide section 110 in the third guide section 150, the other end of the handle 300 can be positioned and matched with the first positioning portion 210; when one end of the handle 300 moves towards the second guide section 140 in the third guide section 150, the other end of the handle 300 can be separated from the first positioning portion 210, when one end of the handle 300 moves towards the second clamping section 130 in the second guide section 140, the other end of the handle 300 can move towards the second positioning portion 220, and when one end of the handle 300 moves away from the second guide portion in the second clamping section 130, the other end of the handle 300 can be positioned and matched with the second positioning portion 220.
Specifically, the third guiding section 150 extends along the second horizontal direction and is located on one side of the first guiding section 110 close to the container 10, the second guiding section 140 extends along the height direction and is located on one side of the first guiding section 110 close to the container 10, and the second clamping section 130 extends along the second horizontal direction and is located on one side of the second guiding section 140 far away from the container 10.
As shown in fig. 4 to 9, more specifically, one end of the operating handle 300 is inserted into the second catching section 130, and the other end is positioned and matched with the second positioning portion 220 to be in an initial state, at which the container 10 is limited to a low position, if it is required to lift the container 10 to a high position, the handle may be moved into the corner of the second catching section 130 and the second guiding section 140, so that the handle is separated from the second positioning portion 220, then, the handle is moved along the second guiding section 140, so that the end of the handle far away from the guiding channel 101 moves towards the first positioning portion 210, the handle is then moved into the third guide section 150, such that the handle is in locating engagement with the first locating portion 210, and then moved along the first guide section 110, due to the lever principle, the container 10 can be lifted, and then the handle is moved into the first clamping section 120, so that the height of the container 10 can be fixed. If the height of the container 10 needs to be lowered, the handle 300 needs to be operated in the reverse operation.
As shown in fig. 1, further, a universal support 400 is provided on the stand 100 or the article holding device 10, and the universal support 400 is located between the guide channel 101 and the first positioning portion 210, and the handle bar 300 is rotatably provided on the universal support 400. The handle 300 is provided on the universal support 400, and not only can be disposed as a member that can utilize the principle of leverage with the universal support 400 as a fulcrum, but also the handle 300 can be rotated at an arbitrary angle on the universal support 400 so that the handle can be switched between the first catching section 120 and the first guide section 110, between the first guide section 110 and the third guide section 150, between the third guide section 150 and the second guide section 140, and between the second guide section 140 and the second catching section 130.
Specifically, the gimbal support 400 is a gimbal support ball.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in one embodiment, the height adjusting mechanism container 10 comprises a longitudinal bar 11, and the adjusting member 200 is provided with a buckle 230, wherein the buckle 230 is used for being slidably clamped with the longitudinal bar 11. On one hand, the buckle 230 can enable the containing device 10 to move along the height direction relative to the adjusting piece 200, on the other hand, the buckle 230 can also realize the limiting of the adjusting piece 200 and the containing device 10, and the containing device 10 is prevented from moving along the horizontal direction relative to the adjusting piece 200.

As shown in fig. 1 and 10, further, the guide channel 101 further includes a first catching section 120 communicating with the first guide section 110, and an end of the handle 300 away from the first positioning portion 210 is movable into the first catching section 120 when the handle 300 is in positioning engagement with the first positioning portion 210 to limit rotation of the handle 300 in a vertical plane. When the handle 300 is moved into the first catching section 120, the handle 300 cannot be operated to rotate in the vertical plane, so that the container 10 cannot move relative to the adjusting member 200 without the handle 300 being rotated in the vertical plane, and the height of the container 10 is not changed.
Specifically, the first clamping section 120 extends along a second horizontal direction, and the first horizontal direction and the second horizontal direction form an included angle.
Referring to fig. 1 and 10, further, the first positioning section 120 is provided in plural, and the plural first positioning sections 120 are disposed at intervals along the extending direction of the first guiding section 110, so that the handle 300 can be moved to the first positioning sections 120 at different height positions when the handle 300 is positioned and matched with the first positioning portion 210 according to the requirement of the user, so as to change the height of the article holding device 10.
An embodiment is also directed to a dishwasher, comprising: the height adjustment mechanism as described above; or a receptacle assembly as described above.
In the dishwasher, after the end of the handle 300 close to the first positioning portion 210 is positioned and engaged with the first positioning portion 210, the end of the handle 300 close to the first positioning portion 210 is connected to the adjusting member 200, and when the end of the handle 300 far from the first positioning portion 210 is operated to move the end of the handle 300 far from the first positioning portion 210 in the height direction in the first guide section 110, the article holding device 10 can be moved in the height direction due to the principle of leverage, and thus, the article holding device 10 can be raised or lowered by pulling the handle 300. The height adjusting mechanism can freely adjust the height of the containing appliance 10 according to the requirements of users, and is simple and easy to operate.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
