Background
When fruit tree cultivation is carried out, the fruit tree needs to be subjected to nail opening operation, namely, a section of bast of the fruit tree is stripped around a trunk of the fruit tree, so that the fruit setting rate and the yield of the fruit tree are improved. When the existing nail clippers are operated, the nail clippers are matched with hands of a user, and the nail clippers need to be wound around a trunk, so that the nail clippers are quite awkward.

The fruit tree nail opening device has the following advantages: because the hand-operated driving assembly is adopted, the operation is simple, the cutting is easy, and the fruit cutter is particularly suitable for fruit growers.

Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings so that the advantages and features of the present invention can be more easily understood by those skilled in the art, and the scope of the present invention will be more clearly and clearly defined.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fruit tree nail opening device 1 comprises a handle component 2, a driving component 3 and a cutting component 4.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the driving assembly 3 includes a driving cog 31 and a handle 32, the driving cog 31 has a central cog hole 311, the driving cog 31 has a linking screw cylinder 312 at its edge, the handle 32 has a handle 321 at its head, the handle 32 has a linking connection hole 322 at its middle, the handle 32 has a circular sleeve hole 324 and an oblong sleeve groove 323 at its tail, a handle screw 326 passes through the linking connection hole 322 and the linking screw cylinder 312, a central screw 325 passes through the sleeve hole 324 and the cog hole 311, an annular ring groove 3251 is provided on the side wall of the central screw 325, and the ring groove 3251 is matched with the sleeve groove 323.
As shown in fig. 7 to 22, the cutting unit 4 is detachably disposed between the supporting protrusions 27, the cutting unit 4 includes a C-shaped main cutting ring 41 and a pair of arc-shaped sub cutting rings 42, the sub cutting rings 42 are rotatably connected to the main cutting ring 41, and a plurality of fixing brackets 43 are provided on an end surface of the main cutting ring 41.
Two ends of the main cutting gear ring 41 are respectively provided with a main gear ring slot 411, two side walls of the main gear ring slot 411 are respectively provided with a main connecting through hole 412, and an arc-shaped main clamp spring arc slot 410 is arranged inside the main cutting gear ring 41.
One end of the secondary cutting ring gear 42 is provided with a secondary ring gear flange 421, the secondary ring gear flange 421 is provided with a secondary through connecting hole 422, the other end of the secondary cutting ring gear 42 is provided with a spring hook groove 423, and the secondary cutting ring gear 42 is internally provided with an arc-shaped secondary snap spring arc groove 420.
The secondary ring gear flange 421 is sized to fit the primary ring gear slot 411, and the secondary connecting through hole 422 is connected to the primary connecting through hole 412 by a connecting pin 413.
As shown in fig. 13, a reset spring 40 is disposed between the main spring arc groove 410 and the sub spring arc groove 420, and both ends of the reset spring 40 are respectively provided with a hook 401, and the hook 401 is engaged with the hook groove 423.
As shown in fig. 16, the fixing bracket 43 includes a circular bracket substrate 431, a fixing rod 432 is disposed on the bracket substrate 431, a torsion spring chuck 434 is disposed on the bracket substrate 431, a plurality of rod holes 433 are disposed on the fixing rod 432, and a locking pin 44 is disposed in the rod hole 433.
As shown in fig. 9 to 11, the fixing rod 432 is provided with a detachable cutter S, the cutter S includes a fixing base 5 and a pair of cutting blades 6, a plurality of spacers 7 are disposed between the cutting blades 6, the fixing base 5 includes a circular fixing base 51 and a tubular hollow fixing sleeve 52, the fixing base 51 is provided at a bottom thereof with an annular torsion spring slot 511 and a plurality of torsion spring positioning holes 512, a torsion spring 513 is disposed in the torsion spring slot 511, a blade hole 61 is disposed at a tail of the cutting blade 6, a main cutting edge 62 and a sub cutting edge 63 are disposed at a head of the cutting blade 6, the sub cutting edge 63 is disposed at a direction perpendicular to the main cutting edge 62, and the fixing rod 432 penetrates the fixing sleeve 52, the blade hole 61 and the spacers 7 and is fixedly connected to a blade nut 8.
It should be noted that the number of spacers 7 that can be freely set is used, thereby adjusting the pitch of the cutting blades 6.
The method of using the cutting assembly 4 will now be described. The pair of secondary cutting teeth 42 may be rotated either inwardly as shown in fig. 23 or outwardly as shown in fig. 24. The method of use of the cutting assembly 4 will be further described below. As shown in fig. 21 and 22, since the return spring 40 penetrates the main cutting ring gear 41 and the sub cutting ring gear 42, the sub cutting ring gear 42 always has a tendency to return regardless of whether the sub cutting ring gear 42 rotates inward or outward, so that the pair of sub cutting ring gears 42 and the main cutting ring gear 41 constitute a complete ring structure.
The following description is about the use method of the fruit tree nail opening device, comprising the following steps:
step S1, as shown in fig. 25, the user holds the handle body 21 and presses the cutting assembly 4 directly against the trunk L in the direction F1 so that the secondary cutting teeth 42 of the cutting assembly 4 directly abut against the trunk L, whereupon the pair of secondary cutting teeth 42 begin to rotate inwardly until the trunk L has completely passed through the secondary cutting teeth 42. At this point, the trunk L is in the cutting assembly 4;
step S2, manually rotate the handle 32 of the driving assembly 3 along the direction R, and the driving gear disc 31 directly drives the first rotating tooth 291, the first rotating tooth 291 drives the main shaft 28, and at the same time, the main shaft 28 drives the second rotating tooth 292. Since the second rotary teeth 292 are engaged with the teeth of the main cutting ring 41 and the teeth of the sub cutting ring 42, the whole cutting assembly 4 starts to rotate, the cutter S cuts the bark of the trunk L, and finally the circular cutting operation of the bark of the trunk L is completed. In the process of cutting, the main blade 62 functions to cut the outer skin, and the sub blade 63 functions to peel the outer skin;
at step S3, the user holds the handle body 21 and moves the cutting assembly 4 directly away from the trunk L in the direction F2, whereupon the pair of secondary cutting ring gears 42 begin to rotate outwardly until the trunk L is completely detached from the cutting assembly 4.
Because the hand-operated driving assembly is adopted, the operation is simple, the cutting is easy, and the fruit cutter is particularly suitable for fruit growers.
As shown in fig. 28 to 32, a second embodiment of the fruit tree nail cutter according to the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that a tail post screw 231 is provided on the fixed tail post 23. A pair of guide sliding grooves 221 arranged in parallel are arranged on the handle horizontal bar 22, a door-shaped abutting support 9 is arranged on the guide sliding grooves 221, a support screw hole 91 is arranged at the tail part of the abutting support 9, and the tail post screw rod 231 penetrates through the support screw hole 91 and is connected with a support nut 10.
The method for using the second embodiment of the fruit tree nail opening device is described below. As shown in fig. 32, when the cutting assembly 4 performs the circular cutting operation, the open end of the support 9 can directly support the trunk L, thereby reducing the load on the user's hand and reducing the fatigue. The extension of the support 9 can be adjusted back and forth by the support nut 10, and the operation is convenient.
As shown in fig. 33, in another embodiment of the pressing bracket 9, an arc-shaped pressing bar is arranged at the head of the pressing bracket 9, which is suitable for trunks with different outer diameters.
