Abstract
本发明公开一种信号产生电路,用于产生识别码,包括:多个处理电路及转换电路。每一处理电路具有各自的制程偏移量,且所述多个处理电路的每一处理电路接收输入电压,并依据所述输入电压以及每一处理电路的制程偏移量产生输出电压。转换电路依据所述多个处理电路的每一处理电路的输出电压产生所述识别码。
