Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a remote controller according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the remote controller provided in this embodiment specifically includes: a power supply module 110, a network module 120 and an operation key module 130.
The power module 110 is configured to provide power for the remote controller. The realization form can be a battery pack, and can be a dry battery or a rechargeable lithium battery according to different forms.
The network module 120 is configured to perform networking communication with the smart television, so as to implement setting of the control permission of the current remote controller based on a function setting interface of the smart television. The specific implementation form of the network module 120 may be a bluetooth module, a 2.4G, a 4G or a 5G communication module, etc. The network module 120 is configured to access a television network through various specific networking protocols, and to perform networking with the television, so as to set the control authority of the current remote controller in a function setting interface displayed by the television through an administrator application installed in the smart television. The control authority comprises at least one of the following: the system comprises a movie and television resource playing control authority, a playing time control authority and an intelligent home control authority. For example, a remote controller provided in the present embodiment may be specially configured for a child in a home, and the child must control a television using the remote controller specially configured for the child if the child wants to watch the television. Specifically, a voice function wake-up instruction is sent to the television through the operation key module 130 on the remote controller, when the television receives the instruction, the voice function of the television is woken up, then the child can speak a program (which can be understood as a voice instruction) that the child wants to watch by voice, and when the television receives the voice instruction, whether the program is in the permission range of the current remote controller is determined according to the control permission of the current remote controller, for example, a program requested by the child belongs to a program of a marriage net type, which is not suitable for the child to watch, and at this time, although the television receives the request instruction, the television does not play the program, but recommends some educational programs or educational programs suitable for the child to watch. Meanwhile, the playing time length can be controlled according to the control authority of the current remote controller, and when the playing time length reaches a threshold value, the playing is automatically finished so as to urge children to protect eyesight. Therefore, the remote controller greatly shares the supervision work of parents on children, is beneficial to establishing good living and learning habits of the children and helps the children to establish correct life and value views.
For example, when the control authority of the current remote controller is set based on the function setting interface of the smart television, the age and the identity of the owner of the remote controller can be registered, and different control authorities can be configured for the remote controller through the registered attribute information of the owner of the remote controller. Subsequently, when the remote controller is used, the television can perform different response operations on the voice command of the user according to the control authority of the remote controller. For example, if the attribute information of the registered remote controller owner is 8-year-old boy, after the remote controller sends a voice command of program on demand to the television, the television filters the programs which are not suitable for the 8-year-old boy to watch, and pushes the programs which are suitable for the 8-year-old boy to watch.
The operation key module 130 is configured to send a setting trigger instruction to the smart television, so that the smart television executes a matched target operation based on the setting trigger instruction and the current control authority of the remote controller. The setting triggering instruction comprises at least one of the following: a voice function awakening instruction and an intelligent home control instruction. The specific implementation form of the operation key module 130 may be a mechanical switch key, and when the mechanical switch key is pressed in different manners, different setting trigger instructions are sent to the smart television. For example, when the mechanical switch key is pressed once, a voice function awakening instruction is sent to the smart television, and when the television receives the instruction, the operation of awakening the voice function is executed. When the mechanical switch key is pressed twice, an instruction of opening and closing the intelligent curtain is sent to the intelligent television, and when the television receives the instruction, the intelligent curtain is controlled to be opened and closed, so that the effect of watching television programs, particularly movie programs, is improved. It can be understood that before only the target operation is needed each time, the smart television confirms the control authority of the current remote controller, and then executes the target operation according to the control authority of the current remote controller, for example, the set trigger instruction is an instruction for opening and closing the smart curtain, but the control authority of the current remote controller shows that the smart television does not have the control authority for the smart home, and the operation for controlling the opening and closing of the smart curtain is not executed.
Further, in order to simplify the structure of the remote controller, the operation key module 130 may include only one mechanical switch key, and send different trigger instructions to the television through different pressing manners. For example, refer to the schematic diagram of the external structure of a remote controller shown in fig. 2, the structure is as simple as a pen, and the whole external part includes only one mechanical switch key.
It should be noted that the remote controller is usually used in cooperation with a smart television having a voice control function, and the remote controller is only used for waking up the voice function of the smart television, and then a user controls the television in a voice mode or controls a smart home through the television.
Further, the remote controller may further include: and the identity identification module is used for identifying the current remote controller, and sending identity identification information to the smart television when the current remote controller is networked with the smart television through the network module 120 so that the smart television combines the identity identification information to set the control authority of the current remote controller. The specific implementation form of the id module 120 is usually a register or a chip storing a specific character code, and after networking with the television, the id module sends the id information to the television as the unique identity of the television for identifying the remote controller. It is understood that the identification information of each remote controller has uniqueness for identifying the unique remote controller.
Further, the remote controller may further include: and the voice module is used for receiving a voice instruction of a user, sending the voice instruction to the intelligent television, enabling the intelligent television to execute target operation based on the voice instruction, receiving a voice signal fed back by the intelligent television, and playing the voice signal. The specific form of the voice module is, for example, a microphone and a loudspeaker. The remote controller with the voice module can be used as a portable remote intelligent home controller, and the actions of the home intelligent home are controlled through the remote control television, such as opening of a garage door in the home, and controlling on-off states of intelligent equipment such as a door lock and an electric lamp in the home. It can be understood that the control instruction is sent in a voice form during the operation and control, and meanwhile, feedback information in a voice form can be obtained. The intelligent device can also be matched with a mobile phone to monitor the change of the on-off state of the intelligent device at home.
Furthermore, the remote controller can also serve as a role of a responder, for example, when one person plays a game interaction through a responder APP of a television, the remote controller in each person serves as a role of the responder.
Furthermore, the remote controller can have different personalized functions through the definition operation of the mechanical switch keys on the remote controller. For example, for the elderly, a simpler function can be set, and if the mechanical switch key is pressed three times continuously, a specific function is quickly entered, for example, a video chat function of a smart television is entered, and a set contact is called.
