Abstract
The invention discloses a battery box bracket device, which comprises: the battery box comprises a bracket base, a bracket and a battery box baffle, wherein the bracket base is positioned below the bracket and used for supporting the bracket; the bracket and the bracket base are separately installed, and the battery box is placed on the bracket; the battery box baffle is arranged on the bracket and used for fixing the battery box. By adopting the technical scheme, the bracket device can be used for placing the battery boxes and the sliding blocks with different sizes, and has a self-locking function to fix the battery boxes. The carrying efficiency and the operability of the battery are greatly improved. And a positioning and guiding structure matched with the battery bracket is arranged on the bracket base, so that the disassembly and assembly process is quick and easy to operate.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electrochemical energy storage, in particular to a battery box bracket device.
Background
The economic rapid development of China at present, the rapid increase of the load of a power grid, and the peak-valley difference is gradually enlarged. With the increasing severity of energy and environmental problems, the development of new energy industry is imperative, but clean energy such as wind energy, solar energy and the like is greatly influenced by the environment, and the power is unstable, so that the traditional power grid cannot bear the load, and a large amount of wind energy power generation is wasted. The main reasons for this problem are: the energy storage technology falls behind, and the existing energy storage power station can not realize power compensation and can not meet the requirement of power smoothness. Energy storage technology has become one of the cores of new energy development. Therefore, the importance and urgency of research and application of energy storage technology is increasingly prominent.
Chemical energy storage mainly refers to storage battery energy storage, and a storage Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) is the energy storage system with the widest range, and compared with the BESS, the BESS has the advantages of being low in cost, mature in technology, high in charging and discharging times, good in modularity and capable of serving as a distributed energy storage device. The battery electromagnetic energy storage system is one of the primary selection technologies of large-scale grid-connected energy storage and regulation of wind power generation and solar power generation. The storage battery energy storage system is generally used for load leveling (namely peak clipping and valley filling) of a transformer substation, a renewable energy power generation system (stable power grid) and system standby (rotary standby and accident emergency standby), so that the storage battery energy storage system has a good application prospect in an active distribution network.
The power battery retired from the electric automobile generally has a residual capacity of 60-80% of the initial capacity and a certain service life, and at present, there are two main possible treatment methods: one is echelon utilization, namely, the retired power battery is used as a carrier of electric energy in other fields such as energy storage and the like, so that the residual value is fully exerted; and secondly, disassembly and recovery, namely discharging and disassembling the retired battery and refining raw materials, so that cyclic utilization is realized. Through research, exploration and pilot demonstration of several years, the application field of cascade utilization of power batteries in China has been concentrated in other related fields such as power system energy storage, communication base station standby power supply, low-speed electric vehicles, small-sized distributed household energy storage, wind-solar hybrid streetlamps, mobile charging vehicles, electric forklifts and the like.
The power lithium battery cell comprises a soft package, a steel shell/aluminum shell square body, a cylinder and the like, and is various in types and different in size. So when applying it to energy storage system then can produce different PACK schemes, the transport of in-process battery can become more frequent with placing, and present most energy storage station all uses fixed battery support for the battery becomes loaded down with trivial details and inconvenient operation when changing the transport.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that the existing batteries are inconvenient to carry and place, and provides a battery box bracket device which can place various battery boxes with different sizes on a bracket, then place the battery boxes on a battery bracket and work after connecting a wire.
In order to solve the above technical problem, a first aspect of the present invention provides a battery box bracket device, including: a bracket base, a bracket and a battery box baffle, wherein,
the bracket base is positioned below the bracket and used for supporting the bracket;
the bracket and the bracket base are separately installed, and the battery box is placed on the bracket;
the battery box baffle is arranged on the bracket and used for fixing the battery box.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bracket includes a battery box placing plate, a positioning plate, and a bracket baffle, wherein the battery box placing plate is a rectangular flat plate for placing the battery box.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the positioning plates are provided at both sides of the battery box placing plate to be matched with the guide grooves of the tray base.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bracket retainer is located on the rear side of the battery box placement plate, perpendicular to the battery box placement plate.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the battery box baffle is adjustably movably mounted to the battery box placing plate.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the battery box baffle is provided on both left and right sides of the battery box placing plate.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the battery box baffle is fixed using screws.
By adopting the technical scheme, the bracket device can be used for placing the battery boxes and the sliding blocks with different sizes, has a self-locking function and is used for fixing the battery boxes. The bracket base is fixed on the battery frame, and when the battery box needs to be carried for reasons such as increase, replacement, scrap, maintenance and the like, the bracket and the battery box can be moved down from the battery bracket by only using a forklift. Because the bracket and the bracket base connected to the battery support are directly disassembled and assembled simply and quickly, the carrying efficiency and operability of the battery are greatly improved. And a positioning and guiding structure matched with the battery bracket is arranged on the bracket base, so that the disassembly and assembly process is quick and easy to operate.

Fig. 1 is an external view schematically showing a battery box bracket device according to the present invention, in which, as shown in fig. 1, a battery box 5 is placed on a bracket 4, the bottom surface of the battery box 5 is attached to a battery box placing plate 41, the rear surface of the battery box 5 is attached to a bracket baffle 43, baffles 2 are attached to the left and right sides of the battery box 5, and the baffles 2 are fixed to the battery box placing plate 41 of the bracket 4 with screws 3.
As shown in fig. 2, the baffle 2 is adjustable in position to accommodate different size battery cases. The bracket base 1 is provided with a guide groove with a guide function, and the bracket base 1 is fixed on the battery bracket. When the battery needs to be carried under the conditions of replacement, addition, overhaul, scrapping and the like, the newly-added battery box can be quickly fixed on the bracket, and the bracket is placed on the battery rack by using the forklift.
The bracket base 1 on the battery rack is provided with a guide groove structure as shown in figure 3, so that the bracket 4 is simple and reliable to place.

Claims (9)
1. A battery box bracket assembly, comprising: a bracket base, a bracket and a battery box baffle, wherein,
the bracket base is positioned below the bracket and used for supporting the bracket;
the bracket and the bracket base are separately installed, and the battery box is placed on the bracket;
the battery box baffle is arranged on the bracket and used for fixing the battery box.
2. The battery box tray apparatus of claim 1, wherein the tray base is provided with a guide groove.
3. The battery box tray apparatus of claim 2 wherein the tray base is in a set of at least two.
4. The battery box bracket device according to claim 2, wherein the bracket comprises a battery box placing plate, a positioning plate, and a bracket baffle, wherein the battery box placing plate is a rectangular flat plate for placing the battery box.
5. The battery box bracket assembly according to claim 4, wherein the positioning plates are provided on both sides of the battery box placing plate to match the guide grooves of the bracket base.
6. The battery box bracket device according to claim 4, wherein the bracket baffle is located on the rear side of the battery box placing plate, perpendicular to the battery box placing plate.
7. The battery box bracket assembly of claim 4 wherein said battery box baffle is adjustably movably mounted to said battery box resting plate.
8. The battery box bracket assembly according to claim 7, wherein the battery box baffle is provided on both left and right sides of the battery box placing plate.
9. The battery box bracket assembly of claim 7 wherein the battery box retainer is secured using screws.
