in a conventional state, the cover plate valve is closed, and the rotary table can be used as a conventional stage. After the performance begins, the main table body 1 starts to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise under the action of the main table body driving assembly 2 according to the requirements of the performance content or for better experience of the audience in the field.
When a prop or a plurality of actors are modeled and come out, the rotary table rotates to a certain fixed position, then the large cover plate electric push rod group 504 retracts backwards, and the large cover plate valve 501 sinks along with the dead weight and the slope structure. Then, the large deck truck traction hoist 507 starts to operate, and the large deck shutter 501 is pulled and stored inside the truck body. After the large cover plate valve 501 is completely opened, the lifting platform equipment below the large cover plate valve 501 can be lifted, and props or actors can be transported to the stage table board.
When the actors need to go out of the field quickly, the three small cover plate electric push rod sets 604 of the main platform body retract backwards, and the small cover plate valves 601 sink along with the small cover plate electric push rod sets by means of self weight and a slope structure. Then the long-stroke electric push rod 603 extends out to push the small cover plate valve 601 to move horizontally and hide in the table body.
After the transport of the actors or to completion, the cover flaps are closed and the stage can continue to rotate.
The circular turntable device with the multi-aperture built-in cover plate valve and the operation method thereof provided by the invention have the following advantages:
1. the equipment has the characteristics of super large and super thin. The characteristics can ensure that the actors can have enough performance space, and meanwhile, the ultra-thin platform body can obviously reduce the occupied space.
2. The rotary table for actor performance has a rotating function, namely the rotary table can rotate clockwise or anticlockwise at any angle according to the performance requirement. The function can enable the performers to perform more fully and comprehensively to be displayed in front of the audience, and brings better experience to the audience.
3. The rotary table for performers to perform is provided with a plurality of concealed cover plate valves with different calibers. The cover plate valves with various calibers can be matched with equipment with different functions. The design of interior concealed avoids taking too much exterior space, simultaneously, can strengthen the whole visual effect of stage.
