Abstract
The invention discloses a waterproof structure and a construction method of a concrete construction joint of an immersed tube tunnel, which comprises the following steps: pouring a first-stage concrete part, and setting the joint section of the first-stage concrete part into a tongue-and-groove form; arranging a first angle steel and a first anchoring steel bar on the upper part of the joint section of the first-stage concrete part, and arranging a grouting pipe, a water-swelling water stop strip, a buried galvanized steel plate water stop strip and a shear steel bar in the middle; after the first-stage concrete part shrinks stably, pouring a second-stage concrete part; connecting the first-stage concrete part and the second-stage concrete part together through pre-embedded angle steel; and (4) paving a high-molecular self-adhesive film waterproof coiled material on the top of the top plate of the tunnel. The invention has good waterproof effect; the shearing force of the cold joint position under the action of high water pressure can be effectively borne, and the water leakage condition of the structure caused by the stress problem is avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of immersed tube tunnels, in particular to a large-volume concrete construction joint waterproof structure and a construction method of an immersed tube tunnel.
Background
Because the immersed tube tunnel is in a water environment, the concrete pouring belongs to mass concrete, and a method for setting a construction joint is adopted in order to solve the problem of shrinkage stress of the concrete in the concrete pouring process.
However, the concrete is poured after initial setting to form a cold joint, and in order to prevent water from seeping out of the cold joint, a water-stop steel plate is often arranged at a construction joint in the construction process, the position of the concrete cold joint poured successively is positioned at the half position of the center of the water-stop steel plate, so that the concrete and the water-stop steel plate are closely combined, and the cold joint position is prevented from water seepage by the water-stop steel plate. But the immersed tube tunnel is in high water pressure environment, and the seepage condition can appear sometimes to adopt the stagnant water steel sheet alone, and in case the structure takes place the seepage phenomenon, the later stage maintenance is very troublesome, greatly influences the normal operation and the use of structure.

The invention aims to provide a large-volume concrete construction joint waterproof structure and a construction method for a large-volume concrete construction joint of an immersed tube tunnel, which have good waterproof effect on the construction joint of the large-volume concrete of the immersed tube tunnel.
In order to achieve the purpose, the concrete technical scheme of the large-volume concrete construction joint waterproof structure and the construction method of the immersed tube tunnel provided by the invention is as follows:

A construction method of a large-volume concrete construction joint of a immersed tube tunnel comprises the following steps:
pouring a first-stage concrete part, and setting the joint section of the first-stage concrete part into a tongue-and-groove form;
arranging a first angle steel and a first anchoring steel bar on the upper part of the joint section of the first-stage concrete part, and arranging a grouting pipe, a water-swelling water stop strip, a buried galvanized steel plate water stop strip and a shear steel bar in the middle;
after the first-stage concrete part shrinks stably, pouring a second-stage concrete part;
connecting the first-stage concrete part and the second-stage concrete part together through pre-embedded angle steel;
and (4) paving a high-molecular self-adhesive film waterproof coiled material on the top of the top plate of the tunnel.
The waterproof structure and the construction method of the concrete construction joint of the immersed tunnel have the advantages that:
1) the waterproof structure has five waterproof guarantees and a good waterproof effect;
2) the joint section of the construction joint for pouring concrete in stages is in a tongue-and-groove mode, and the shear steel bars are arranged, so that the shear force of the cold joint position under the action of high water pressure can be effectively borne, and the water leakage condition caused by the stress problem of the structure is avoided.

Detailed Description
In order to better understand the purpose, structure and function of the present invention, the following will describe the waterproof structure and construction method of the concrete construction joint of the immersed tube tunnel in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a waterproof structure and a construction method for a concrete construction joint of a immersed tunnel according to the present invention. Specifically, the waterproof structure comprises a first-stage concrete part 1 and a second-stage concrete part 2 which are poured in stages, joint sections at two ends of the top of the first-stage concrete part 1 (namely a gap to be connected between the first-stage concrete part 1 and the second-stage concrete part) are in a concave tongue-and-groove form, a first angle steel 11 and a first anchoring steel bar 16 are arranged at the upper part of the joint sections, and a grouting pipe 13 for sealing and waterproofing, an expansion water stop strip 14, a buried galvanized steel plate water stop belt 15 and a steel bar 12 for shearing resistance are transversely arranged in the middle. The shape of the joint section of the second-stage concrete part 2 is matched with that of the joint section of the first-stage concrete part 1, the joint section is in a tongue-and-groove form, the upper part of the joint is provided with second angle steel 21 and second anchoring steel bars 26, and the second angle steel 21 is connected with the first angle steel 11 of the first-stage concrete part 1 in a welding mode, so that water prevention of concrete construction joints poured in stages is achieved.
Further, a macromolecule self-adhesive film waterproof coiled material with the thickness of 1-2 mm is paved on the top of the tunnel top plate.
The invention also discloses a construction method of the concrete construction joint of the immersed tunnel, which comprises the following steps:
firstly, a first-stage concrete part is poured, and a joint section at the top of the first-stage concrete part (namely a gap to be connected with a second-stage concrete part 2) is set to be in a tongue-and-groove form.
And secondly, embedding a first angle steel 11 and a first anchoring steel bar 16 at the upper part of the joint section of the first-stage concrete part 1, and arranging a grouting pipe 13, a water-swelling water stop bar 14, a middle-buried galvanized steel plate water stop belt 15 and a shear steel bar 16 at the middle part.
And thirdly, after the first-stage concrete part shrinks stably, pouring a second-stage concrete part 2.
And fourthly, after the structure is maintained, welding and connecting the first-stage concrete part and the second-stage concrete part into a whole through the embedded angle steel.
Particularly, the shape of the joint section of the second-stage concrete part is matched with that of the first-stage concrete part, a second angle steel 21 and a second anchoring steel bar 26 are arranged on the upper portion of the joint section, and the second angle steel 21 is welded with the first angle steel 11 of the first-stage concrete part to achieve water prevention of the concrete construction joint poured in stages.
And fifthly, paving the 1-2 mm (preferably 1.5mm) thick polymer self-adhesive film waterproof roll on the upper part of the tunnel top plate.
According to the waterproof structure and the construction method of the concrete construction joint of the immersed tube tunnel, the waterproof structure has five waterproof guarantees and is good in waterproof effect; the joint section of the construction joint for pouring concrete in stages is in a tongue-and-groove mode, and the shear steel bars are arranged, so that the shear force of the cold joint position under the action of high water pressure can be effectively borne, and the water leakage condition caused by the stress problem of the structure is avoided.

arranging a first angle steel and a first anchoring steel bar on the upper part of the joint section of the first-stage concrete part, and arranging a grouting pipe, a water-swelling water stop strip, a buried galvanized steel plate water stop strip and a shear steel bar in the middle;
after the first-stage concrete part shrinks stably, pouring a second-stage concrete part;
connecting the first-stage concrete part and the second-stage concrete part together through pre-embedded angle steel;
and (4) paving a high-molecular self-adhesive film waterproof coiled material on the top of the top plate of the tunnel.
4. The method for constructing the large-volume concrete construction joint of the immersed tube tunnel according to claim 3, wherein the high-molecular self-adhesive film waterproof roll is 1-2 mm thick.
