The online automatic adhesive tape sticking equipment comprises an X-axis module, a Y-axis module and an adhesive tape sticking mechanism which are arranged above an operation platform; the Y-axis module is vertically arranged on the X-axis module and can slide along the X-axis module; the tape sticking mechanism is arranged on the Y-axis module and can slide along the Y-axis module; the adhesive tape sticking mechanism comprises a CCD detection assembly and a pressing assembly; the pressing assembly comprises a pressing cylinder and a pressing head component arranged at the lower end of the pressing cylinder. The on-line automatic adhesive tape sticking equipment can realize automatic film sticking operation of products, namely automatic positioning, automatic adhesive tape sticking, automatic adhesive tape cutting and automatic material receiving, and the CCD detection assembly can perform real-time positioning detection on the adhesive films of the products to realize accurate film sticking of the products, so the equipment has the characteristics of high precision and high applicability.

Background
Most of the existing film pasting processes are manually operated or a positioning tool is used for clamping a product and then manually pasting the film. And some products need to be pasted with films all around, and the defects of low pasting precision, low production efficiency, high investment cost and the like exist because the product size is large and the personnel pasting is inconvenient. In fact, the demand of high-precision film pasting and capacity for UPH more than 90PCS per hour is increasing, so that the invention needs to provide the high-precision and high-applicability online automatic tape pasting equipment.

Detailed Description

Example 1
The on-line automatic tape sticking device shown in fig. 1-5 comprises a working platform, a hood arranged above the working platform and an electric cabinet arranged below the working platform. The both ends that the aircraft bonnet corresponds work platform are equipped with the opening, and inside attached product can get into the aircraft bonnet from work platform's one end, export from the work platform other end.
The top of the hood is provided with a fan filtering group 1 which is composed of six fans in parallel. The top of the hood is also provided with an alarm lamp. One side of the hood is provided with a mouse keyboard 4, a display 5 is arranged above the mouse keyboard 4, a control button assembly 3 is arranged beside the display 5, and the operation of equipment can be controlled through the control button assembly 3, the mouse keyboard 4 and the display 5. The electric cabinet is provided with a power control panel 7 and an air source control triple piece for controlling the electric control of the power switch and each component of the equipment. The electric cabinet is also provided with a heat radiation fan 6 for heat radiation inside the electric cabinet.
The operation platform is a conveying roller line 10, is composed of a plurality of parallel conveying rollers, is uniformly driven by a conveying line power motor 14 arranged below the conveying roller line 10, and is used for conveying the attached products from one end of the conveying roller line 10 to the other end. One end of the conveying roller line 10 close to the output is provided with a blocking mechanism 13, the blocking mechanism 13 can be controlled to be higher than or lower than the surface of the conveying roller line 10 according to requirements, and specifically, when the adhesive is required to be pasted on the attached product, the blocking mechanism 13 is higher than the surface of the conveying roller line 10; when the attached product is glued, the blocking mechanism 13 is lower than the surface of the conveying roller line 10, so that the attached product can be smoothly conveyed to the output end of the conveying roller line 10. Conveying roller line 10 still is equipped with clamping mechanism 15, is located blocking mechanism 13 one side, and when needs carry out the rubberizing to attached product, blocking mechanism 13 blocks attached product on conveying roller line 10 to it is fixed to be fastened by clamping mechanism 15, attached product removal when preventing the rubberizing. The pan feeding end of conveying roller line 10 is equipped with supplied materials detection mechanism 11, and supplied materials detection mechanism 11 is used for detecting whether there is material at present station to control the assembly line and open and stop. The conveying roller line 10 is further provided with a width adjusting mechanism 12, and the width adjusting mechanism 12 can adjust a conveying channel with a proper width on the conveying roller line according to the size of the supplied attached product.
The two sides of the conveying roller line 10 are provided with an X-axis module 9, and a Y-axis module 16 and a tape sticking mechanism are arranged above the X-axis module. The Y-axis module 16 is vertically disposed on the X-axis module 10 and can slide along the X-axis module. The tape attaching mechanism is disposed on the Y-axis module 16 and can slide along the Y-axis module.
The tape sticking mechanism comprises a CCD detection assembly 22, a rotating motor 23, a pressing assembly, a pressure maintaining mechanism 19, a shearing assembly, a feeding mechanism 17 and a discharging mechanism. The CCD detection assembly 22 is used for accurately positioning the attached product and correcting the attachment position.
The pushing assembly comprises a pushing cylinder 20 and a pressing head part 21 arranged at the lower end of the pushing cylinder, the pressing head part 21 is a plastic roller or a latex roller which can roll, and the pushing cylinder can drive the pressing head part 21 to push downwards. The pressure maintaining mechanism 19 is driven to press down through the pressing cylinder, secondary rolling is carried out on the pasted adhesive tape, the pressure maintaining function is achieved, the adhesive tape is compacted, the pressing strength of the pressing head component can be maintained, and the product pasting is smoother.
The shearing assembly is positioned on one side of the pressing assembly and used for shearing off the adhesive layer of the adhesive tape. The cutting assembly includes scissors 25, an extension cylinder 24 to control extension of the scissors, and a stitching cylinder 26 to control cutting of the scissors. When the extending cylinder 24 controls the scissors to extend, the adhesive layer of the adhesive tape is positioned between the two cutting edges of the scissors.
The material receiving mechanism is provided with a material receiving motor 27, a material receiving barrel 28 and a material receiving detection mechanism 18. The material receiving detection mechanism is used for detecting whether the material receiving is full and prompting manual material cleaning. Feed mechanism and unloading mechanism are located the top of pushing down the subassembly, and feed mechanism's sticky tape bypasses pressure head part 21 below, receives the steerable feed cylinder of receiving of material motor and rotates, retrieves after sticky tape back pad pasting behind the sticky tape detects mechanism.
And the rotating motor 23 is used for controlling the tape pasting mechanism to rotate, and the tape pasting in different directions is realized by combining the displacement of the Y-axis module along the X-axis module and the displacement of the tape pasting mechanism along the Y-axis module through the rotation of the pressing component and the shearing component. In this embodiment, the rotating motor 23 controls the CCD detecting component 22, the pressing component, the pressure maintaining mechanism 19, the shearing component, the feeding mechanism 17, and the blanking mechanism to rotate together.
According to the on-line automatic tape sticking equipment, after an attached product is detected to be qualified by the incoming material detection mechanism 11 at the input end of the conveying roller line, the attached product is conveyed to an attachment working position (a blocking mechanism position), and the attached product is clamped by the clamping mechanism; the CCD detection component 22 scans the attached frame of the product and automatically compensates and corrects coordinates; the pressing head part is pressed to the surface of the attached product by the pressing cylinder, the tape attaching mechanism moves along the periphery of the product, the adhesive layer of the adhesive tape is attached to the attached product, and the back adhesive film of the adhesive tape is recovered to the material collecting barrel 28 by the blanking mechanism; after the adhesive tape sticking position is set, the stretching cylinder is used for controlling the scissors to stretch out, the adhesive layer of the adhesive tape is positioned between two cutting edges of the scissors, and the pressing cylinder 26 is used for controlling the scissors to cut off the adhesive layer to finish adhesive tape sticking; the attached product flows out of the conveying line and enters the rear end line body.
The on-line automatic adhesive tape sticking equipment can realize automatic film sticking operation of products, namely automatic positioning, automatic adhesive tape sticking, automatic adhesive tape cutting and automatic material receiving, can adapt to adhesive tapes with different widths, and can freely set the sticking length of the adhesive tape. CCD detection module can carry out real-time positioning detection to the product pad pasting, realizes the accurate pad pasting of product, compares with prior art, and this equipment accommodation is big, but transfer line width automatically regulated, adjusts simply. Therefore, the equipment 1 adopts high-speed photographing and positioning to adjust the laminating position in real time, so as to realize high-precision film lamination; 2. the automatic film pasting without the participation of personnel is realized; 3. the problem that the work station and the front and rear work stations cannot be automatically connected is solved, and intelligent automatic production is better realized.
