s2) preparing the seal label 2: the base material of the sealing label 2 is silver paperboard, a water-based coating machine is used, one surface of the surface material of the sealing label is coated with food-grade water-removable glue, after drying, a release film is used as the bottom material to coat the surface material of the sealing label, and the sealing label is cut and rolled for standby;
s3) manufacturing the support sheet 3: the base material of the support sheet 3 is a transparent PET sheet, the base material for manufacturing the support sheet 3 is taken, and die cutting and rolling are carried out according to the required size for later use;
s4) preparing the separator 4: the base material of the isolation film 4 is an OPP film, the base material for manufacturing the isolation film 4 is taken, and die cutting and rolling are carried out according to the required size for standby;
s5) sealing, supporting and isolating film bonding:
s5.1, preparing a composite chip mounter, setting size data of the seal sticker 2, the support sheet 3, the isolation film 4 and the free portion 21, and recording set areas which are mutually attached;
s5.2, feeding the sealing sticker 2 manufactured in the step S2 to a composite chip mounter, and stripping the sealing sticker into a surface material and a substrate;
s5.3, placing the support sheet 2 manufactured in the step S3 in a set area of a surface material of the seal sticker 2 through a composite chip mounter;
s5.4, accurately attaching the isolation film 4 manufactured in the step S4 to a set area of a plane material of the seal sticker 2 manufactured in the step S5.3 through a composite chip mounter;
s5.5, compounding the surface material of the sealing paste 2 manufactured in the step S5.5 and the substrate of the sealing paste 2 stripped in the step S5.2 by a composite chip mounter;
s5.6, performing secondary die cutting forming on the seal sticker 2 manufactured in the step S5.6 through a die cutting station of the composite chip mounter, and completing the preparation of the starting section 21;
s6), adopting a labeling machine, adhering the sealing paste 2 manufactured in the step S5.6 to the set area of the box body 1 manufactured in the step S1, and manufacturing the reusable open packing box to be filled with contents and formed.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 5, a method for manufacturing the reusable open package, in which the support sheet 3 is attached to the outer surface of the closure 2 away from the opening 11, comprises the following steps:
s1) preparing the cartridge 1: the base material of the box body 1 is made of ceramic paper, antibacterial protective oil is coated on the inner surface of the base material of the box body 1, food-grade moisture-proof oil is coated on the outer surface of the base material of the box body 1 after drying, isolation silicone oil is coated on the part, close to the edge 12, of the outer surface of the base material of the box body 1, which is bonded with one end of the sealing sticker 2 before the food-grade moisture-proof oil is coated, die cutting is carried out after drying, and the base material of the box body 1 at the opening is removed and indentation forming is carried out;
s2) preparing the seal label 2: the base material of the sealing label 2 is an OPP film, a water-based coating machine is used for coating food-grade water-removable glue on one surface of the surface material of the sealing label, a release film is used as the bottom material after drying for coating the surface material of the sealing label, and the sealing label is cut and rolled for standby;
s3) manufacturing the support sheet 3: the base material of the support sheet 3 is a transparent PET sheet, the base material for manufacturing the support sheet 3 is taken, and die cutting and rolling are carried out according to the required size for later use;
s4) preparing the separator 4: the base material of the isolation film 4 is an OPP film, the base material for manufacturing the isolation film 4 is taken, and die cutting and rolling are carried out according to the required size for standby;
s5) sealing, supporting and isolating film bonding:
s5.1, preparing a composite chip mounter, and setting bonding position data of the seal sticker 2, the support sheet 3, the isolation film 4 and the free part 21;
s5.2, feeding the sealing sticker 2 manufactured in the step S2 to a composite chip mounter, and stripping the sealing sticker into a surface material and a substrate;
s5.3, accurately attaching the isolation film 4 manufactured in the step S4 to a set area of a surface material of the seal sticker 2 through a composite chip mounter;
s5.4, accurately attaching the free part 21 manufactured in the step S5 to a set area of a surface material of the seal sticker 2 through a composite chip mounter;
s5.5, compounding the surface material of the sealing paste 2 manufactured in the step S5.4 and the substrate of the sealing paste 2 stripped in the step S5.2 by a composite chip mounter;
s5.6, adhering the support sheet 2 manufactured in the step S3 to a set area of the outer surface far away from the surface material of the seal sticker 2 manufactured in the step S5.5 through a composite chip mounter;
s5.7, performing secondary die cutting forming on the seal sticker 2 manufactured in the step S5.6 through a die cutting station of the composite chip mounter, and finishing manufacturing of the starting section 21;
s7), adopting a labeling machine, adhering the sealing paste 2 manufactured in the step S5.7 to the set area of the box body 1 manufactured in the step S1, and manufacturing the reusable open packing box to be filled with contents and formed.
In summary, the box body 1 of the reusable open package box of the present invention may be made of gold card, silver card, platinum light column paper, laser light column white cardboard, laser light column silver cardboard, or pottery paper, and the seal sticker 2 may be made of silver paper, art paper, PE film, OPP film, or other similar materials.
The reusable open package box of the present invention is characterized in that a corresponding portion of the box body contained in the opening 11 is cut off, the opening area of the box body 1 is sealed by the sealing label 2, the edge of the isolation film 4 is located between the edge of the opening 11 and the edge of the sealing label 2, the isolation film 4 isolates the contact between the adhesive layer of the sealing label 2 and the content, so as to prevent the adhesive layer of the sealing label 2 from being exposed inside the box body 1 to emit odor, the support sheet 3 is attached between the inner surface of the sealing label 2 and the isolation film 4 or attached to the outer surface of the sealing label 2 away from the opening 11, the support sheet 3 can improve the stiffness of the sealing label 2, the support sheet 3 can support the isolation film 4 and the sealing label 2 to cover the hollow portion of the opening 11 and prevent the sealing label from collapsing and deforming to press the content, can avoid backing sheet 3 along with seal 2 the laminating or open and take place the displacement, further improvement the stability of backing sheet 3's support position is favorable to keeping seal 2 the edge with the fixity of the position of the contact of box body 1 improves seal 2 the adhesive layer with the adhesive property at opening 11's edge.
The reusable open packaging box adopts the base material and the coating which are both environment-friendly food grade materials, has good sealing effect and good moisturizing and fresh-keeping effects.
The preparation method of the reusable open packaging box has the advantages of simple required equipment and process and lower manufacturing cost.
The technical principle of the present invention is described above in connection with specific embodiments. The description is made for the purpose of illustrating the principles of the invention and should not be construed in any way as limiting the scope of the invention. Based on the explanations herein, those skilled in the art will be able to conceive of other embodiments of the present invention without inventive effort, which would fall within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A reusable open packing box is characterized by comprising a box body, a sealing paste, a supporting sheet and an isolating film;
the box body is provided with an opening, and the part of the box body corresponding to the opening is cut off;
the supporting sheet is positioned in the middle of the opening, two ends of the supporting sheet are erected on two opposite sides of the opening respectively, the edge of the supporting sheet is positioned in the edge of the sealing sticker, and the supporting sheet is attached between the inner surface of the sealing sticker and the isolating film or attached to the outer surface of the sealing sticker, which is far away from the opening;
one surface of the isolating film is adhered to one surface, facing the opening, of the sealing sticker, the other surface of the isolating film covers the opening and is in contact with the outer surface of the box body in an extending mode, the edge of the isolating film is located within the edge of the sealing sticker, and the edge of the isolating film is located between the edge of the opening and the edge of the sealing sticker;
the side of the sealing sticker exposed out of the edge of the isolating film and facing the opening is coated with an adhesive layer capable of being repeatedly adhered, and the adhesive layer is adhered to the outer surface of the box body to seal the opening.
2. The reusable open package of claim 1, wherein the open edge is located on two sides of the box body or three sides connected in sequence, and is tangent to two parallel score lines of the box body, the two parallel score lines are respectively formed into a first edge and a second edge after package forming, one end of the open edge is close to the first edge, the other end of the open edge is located on the side of the box body away from the first edge and connected with the second edge, and the first edge and the second edge are contacted with the supporting sheet through the isolating film.
3. A reusable open package according to claim 2, wherein one end of the closure is adhesively secured to the box adjacent the first edge and the other end of the closure is provided with an outwardly projecting adhesive-free portion at its edge, the free portion being located below the second edge and being adapted to be opened.
4. The reusable open package of claim 3, wherein the flap is positioned above the surface between the first edge and the second edge, the flap having a shape and size that is the same as the shape and size of the portion of the closure strip above the first edge and the second edge from which the adhesive layer is removed.
5. The reusable open package of claim 4, wherein the closure has two parallel score lines spaced the same distance from the first edge and the second edge, the two parallel score lines being located above the first edge and the second edge respectively.
6. The reusable open package of claim 5, wherein the spacing between the edge of the barrier film and the edge of the opening is greater than 2 mm.
7. The reusable open package of claim 6, wherein the width of the adhesive layer of the closure strip in contact with the box is greater than 3 mm.
8. The reusable open package of claim 7, wherein the adhesive layer between the edge of the barrier film and the edge of the closure strip is coated with a food grade removable adhesive; the inner surface of the box body is coated with food-grade antibacterial protective oil; the outer surface of the box body is coated with food-grade moisture-proof oil; the support sheet is a food-grade transparent PET sheet, and the isolating film is a food-grade OPP film.
9. The method of making a reusable open package according to claim 8, wherein the support tab is attached to an outer surface of the closure tab remote from the opening, the method comprising the steps of:
s1) making the cartridge: coating antibacterial protection oil on the inner surface of the base material of the box body, coating food-grade moisture-proof oil on the outer surface of the base material of the box body after drying, coating isolation silicone oil on the part, close to the first edge, of the outer surface of the base material of the box body, which is bonded with one end of the sealing sticker, before coating the food-grade moisture-proof oil, performing die cutting after drying, and removing the base material and the indentation of the box body at the opening for forming;
s2) preparing the seal sticker: coating food-grade water-removable glue on one surface of the surface material of the sealing patch by using a water-based coating machine, drying, coating a film on the surface material of the sealing patch by using a release film as a bottom material, and cutting and rolling for later use;
s3) manufacturing the support sheet: taking a base material for manufacturing the support sheet, and carrying out die cutting and rolling according to the required size for later use;
s4) preparing the separator: taking a base material for manufacturing the isolating film, and carrying out die cutting and rolling according to the required size for later use;
s5) sealing, supporting and isolating film bonding:
s5.1, preparing a composite chip mounter, and setting bonding position data of the seal paste, the support sheet, the isolation film and the free part;
s5.2, feeding the sealing paste manufactured in the step S2 to a composite chip mounter, and stripping the sealing paste into a surface material and a substrate;
s5.3, accurately attaching the isolating film manufactured in the step S4 to a set area of a surface material of the sealing sticker through a composite chip mounter;
s5.4, compounding the surface material of the sealing paste manufactured in the step S5.4 and the substrate of the sealing paste stripped in the step S5.2 by a composite chip mounter;
s5.5, attaching the support sheet manufactured in the step S3 to a set area of the far outer surface of the face material of the seal sticker manufactured in the step S5.5 through a composite chip mounter;
s5.6, performing secondary die cutting forming on the sealing paste manufactured in the step S5.6 through a die cutting station of the composite chip mounter, and completing the preparation of the free part;
s6), adopting a labeling machine to attach the seal sticker manufactured in the step S5.6 to the set area of the box body manufactured in the step S1 to manufacture the reusable open packing box.
10. The method of making a reusable open package according to claim 8, wherein the support tab is attached between the inner surface of the closure and the barrier film, the method comprising the steps of:
s1) making the cartridge: coating antibacterial protection oil on the inner surface of the base material of the box body, coating food-grade moisture-proof oil on the outer surface of the base material of the box body after drying, coating isolation silicone oil on the part, close to the first edge, of the outer surface of the base material of the box body, which is bonded with one end of the sealing sticker, before coating the food-grade moisture-proof oil, performing die cutting after drying, and removing the base material of the box body at the opening and performing indentation forming;
s2) preparing the seal sticker: coating food-grade water-removable glue on one surface of the surface material of the sealing patch by using a water-based coating machine, drying, coating a film on the surface material of the sealing patch by using a release film as a bottom material, and cutting and rolling for later use;
s3) manufacturing the support sheet: taking a base material for manufacturing the support sheet, and carrying out die cutting and rolling according to the required size for later use;
s4) preparing the separator: taking a base material for manufacturing the isolating film, and carrying out die cutting and rolling according to the required size for later use;
s5) sealing, supporting and isolating film bonding:
s5.1, preparing a composite chip mounter, setting size data of the seal sticker, the support sheet, the isolation film and the free portion, and recording set areas which are mutually attached;
s5.2, feeding the sealing paste manufactured in the step S2 to a composite chip mounter, and stripping the sealing paste into a surface material and a substrate;
s5.3, placing the support sheet manufactured in the step S3 in a set area of a surface material of the sealing label through a composite chip mounter;
s5.4, accurately attaching the isolating film manufactured in the step S4 to a set area of a surface material of the sealing label manufactured in the step S5.3 through a composite chip mounter;
s5.5, compounding the surface material of the sealing paste manufactured in the step S5.5 and the substrate of the sealing paste stripped in the step S5.2 by a composite chip mounter;
s5.6, performing secondary die cutting forming on the sealing paste manufactured in the step S5.6 through a die cutting station of the composite chip mounter, and completing the preparation of the free part;
s6), adopting a labeling machine to attach the sealing paste manufactured in the step S5.6 to the set area of the box body manufactured in the step S1, and manufacturing the reusable open packing box to be filled with contents and formed.
