s5: the box body plate 1 is turned over and is fixedly attached to form a box body through the connecting side plate 3, the box cover plate 2 is turned over and is bonded to form a box cover through the connecting side plate 3 at the edge of the box cover plate 2, and the box cover is covered on the box body to form a formed gift packaging box.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a method for manufacturing a waterproof gift packaging box includes the following steps:
s1: die-cutting the gift packaging box base plate according to the folding shape required by the gift packaging box through a die-cutting device, and performing die-cutting and edge folding on the gift packaging box through the die-cutting device, so as to form a box body plate 1, a box cover plate 2 and a connecting side plate 3;
s2: preparing a base waterproof film layer 11 and a fusion film layer 13 of a waterproof sealing film through a film pasting device, pasting a label pattern layer 12 on the lower surface of the base waterproof film layer 11, compounding and clamping the label pattern layer 12 on the upper surface of the fusion film layer 13 and the base waterproof film layer 11, coating a thermoplastic bonding layer 14 on the lower surface of the fusion film layer 13, and coating an outer protection layer 10 on the upper surface of the base waterproof film layer 11, so that the waterproof sealing film is formed and is wound;
s3: preparing a surface film 5 and a bottom film 9 through a film sticking device, and then sequentially coating a non-setting adhesive bonding layer 6, a release paper layer 7 and a sealing film layer 8 between the surface film 5 and the bottom film 9 to ensure that the surface film 5 and the bottom film 9 are bonded to form a repeated bonding film, and rolling the repeated bonding film;
s4: die-cutting the waterproof sealing film according to the shapes of the box body plate 1, the box cover plate 2 and the connecting side plate 3 by using a die-cutting device, attaching the waterproof sealing film to the surfaces of the die-cut box body plate 1, the box cover plate 2 and the connecting side plate 3 by using an adhesive thermoplastic adhesive layer 14, then die-cutting the repeated adhesive film into the shape of the connecting side plate 3 by using the die-cutting device, attaching the repeated adhesive film to the connecting side plate 3, and attaching the repeated adhesive film to the edge of the box cover plate 2 according to the shape of the box cover plate 2;
s5: the box body plate 1 is turned over and is fixedly attached to form a box body through the connecting side plate 3, the box cover plate 2 is turned over and is bonded to form a box cover through the connecting side plate 3 at the edge of the box cover plate 2, and the box cover is covered on the box body to form a formed gift packaging box.
Further, the inner side of the box cover formed in the step S5 is connected with a sealing rubber ring 4 through glue, and the box cover is sealed and covered on the box body through the sealing rubber ring 4, so that the box cover is sealed and waterproof through the sealing rubber ring 4 when covering on the box body.
Further, compared with the first embodiment, in the present embodiment, when the gift packing box base plate is folded, the V-shaped groove is pressed on the surface of the gift packing box base plate in the S1, so that the gift packing box base plate is more convenient to fold.
Further, in contrast to the first embodiment, the label pattern layer 12 in S2 in this embodiment includes a merchandise label and a promotional decorative pattern.

s1: die-cutting the gift packaging box base plate according to the folding shape required by the gift packaging box through a die-cutting device, and performing die-cutting and edge folding on the gift packaging box through the die-cutting device to form a box body plate (1), a box cover plate (2) and a connecting side plate (3);
s2: preparing a base waterproof membrane layer (11) and a fusion membrane layer (13) of a waterproof sealing membrane through a membrane sticking device, sticking a label pattern layer (12) on the lower surface of the base waterproof membrane layer (11), compounding and clamping the label pattern layer (12) on the upper surface of the fusion membrane layer (13) and the base waterproof membrane layer (11), coating a thermoplastic bonding layer (14) on the lower surface of the fusion membrane layer (13), coating an outer protection layer (10) on the upper surface of the base waterproof membrane layer (11), and forming the waterproof sealing membrane and rolling the waterproof sealing membrane;
s3: preparing a face film (5) and a base film (9) through a film sticking device, and then sequentially coating a non-setting adhesive bonding layer (6), a release paper layer (7) and a sealing film layer (8) between the face film (5) and the base film (9) to ensure that the face film (5) and the base film (9) are bonded to form a repeated adhesive film, and rolling the repeated adhesive film;
s4: die-cutting the waterproof sealing film according to the shapes of the box body plate (1), the box cover plate (2) and the connecting side plate (3) by using a die-cutting device, attaching the waterproof sealing film to the surfaces of the die-cut box body plate (1), the box cover plate (2) and the connecting side plate (3) through an adhesive thermoplastic adhesive layer (14), then die-cutting the repeatedly-adhered film into the shape of the connecting side plate (3) by using the die-cutting device, attaching the repeatedly-adhered film to the connecting side plate (3), and attaching the repeatedly-adhered film to the edge of the box cover plate (2) according to the shape of the box cover plate (2);
s5: the box body plates (1) are turned and folded and are fixedly attached to form a box body through the connecting side plates (3), the box cover plates (2) are turned and folded to form a box cover through the bonding of the connecting side plates (3) at the edges of the box cover plates (2), and the box cover is covered on the box body to form a formed gift packaging box.
2. The manufacturing method of waterproof gift packaging box of claim 1, wherein the inside of the box cover formed in said S5 is connected with a sealing rubber ring (4) by glue, and the box cover is sealed and covered on the box body by the sealing rubber ring (4).
3. The waterproof gift packaging box manufacturing method of claim 1, wherein in the step S1, when the gift packaging box base plate is folded, a V-shaped groove or a U-shaped groove is pressed on the gift packaging box base plate surface.
4. The waterproof gift packaging box of claim 1 wherein said label pattern layer (12) of S2 comprises a merchandise label or a promotional decorative pattern.
5. The waterproof gift packaging box of claim 4 wherein said promotional decorative design of the label pattern layer (12) in S2 is patterned by UV letterpress printing and further patterned by UV curing.
6. The method for manufacturing a waterproof gift packaging box of claim 1, wherein when the waterproof sealing film is bonded in S4, the gaps between the edges of the box body plate (1), the box cover plate (2) and the connecting side plate (3) and the waterproof sealing film are extended and sealed by the waterproof sealing film.
7. The manufacturing method of the waterproof gift packaging box of claim 1, wherein the thickness of said pressure-sensitive adhesive bonding layer (6) is 0.05-0.15mm, the weight of said facial mask (5) is 70-120g per square meter, the weight of said bottom film (9) is 40-60g per square meter.
8. The waterproof gift packaging box of claim 1 wherein said S2 is further characterized by corona treating the lower surface of the base waterproof film layer (11) before attaching the label pattern layer (12).
