Many product packaging just can't restore reversibly after opening the package, like soft packet of cigarette, soft packet has destroyed enclosed construction and can't restore after opening the package, and the problem of rapid-curing cutback moisture regain is especially outstanding. After the consumer bought soft packet of cigarette, most consumers can tear the aluminium foil wrapping paper of soft packet of cigarette top one side, and irreversible destruction appears promptly in its packaging structure, and the cigarette still receives the pollution easily when highly easily changing of moisture after exposing, and the cigarette props up and falls out easily. Because the packing stiffness of soft-packaged cigarette is lower, along with a cigarette constantly by the back of being taken out, the packing carton loses interior support gradually, and the box body takes place to warp easily, and cigarette easily extrudees impaired when depositing with oneself, brings secondary quality problem, and consumption experience feels poor.
Like crisp food such as potato chips, the crisp food cannot be restored after unpacking, and if the potato chips are not consumed at one time, the rest potato chips can absorb moisture quickly to cause poor consumption experience.
In response to the need for such reclosable packages, various technical forms are known to be implemented, such as:
chinese patent application CN201310624084.1 discloses a soft-box cigarette package to which a repeatedly openable seal is affixed. Comprises a repeatedly-opened sticking facing slip, an inner lining paper and an outer box. And also has a bottom side and an upper side which extend along the respective sides of the substantially square package, and the inner sleeve is surrounded in the region of the front side, the rear side, the narrow side and the bottom side by an outer sleeve made of foldable packaging material, characterized in that the outer sleeve has an edge-sided recess in the region of the front side of the inner sleeve for gripping the package, in which recess region an adhesive label is arranged on the flexible packaging element in order to releasably close the recess. The technical scheme has the advantages that the overall design is complex, the window is reserved by combining the closed inner sleeve and the outer sleeve, raw materials are consumed, and meanwhile, the packaging cost is increased. In addition, the sealing of the removal opening is only accomplished by means of the sealing label, and the sealing layer of the soft package deforms once the soft package deforms due to the fact that the packaging structure is not internally supported by the frame, so that the sealing environment is lost. The adhesion area can reduce the stickness gradually when repeatedly using to lead to appearing the gap and warping the limit phenomenon.
The application number is CN20161084211.3, I discloses a packaging box with glue and suction combined sealing function, which comprises a box-shaped supporting frame and a wrapping sheet, wherein the wrapping sheet is wrapped outside the supporting frame and forms the packaging box together with the supporting frame, an object taking opening is formed in the wrapping sheet, a sealing sheet is arranged on the object taking opening, the position of the sealing sheet corresponds to the position of the object taking opening, and the size of the sealing sheet is the same as that of the object taking opening; the cover has sticky cover plate again to cover on the cover plate, is equipped with the start label on the cover plate, is equipped with adsorption material on the start label, reaches the adsorption efficiency jointly with the adsorption material that sets up on corresponding position on braced frame. The scheme realizes the function of reclosing the package after the package is sealed, but in the research and development test process, the scheme is complex in structure, difficult to implement and high in cost.

In view of the above problems, the present invention aims to provide a packaging box with repeated closing function, which is easy to process and easy to open and has low cost.
In order to realize the technical purpose, the scheme of the invention is as follows: a packing box convenient to open and having a repeated closing function comprises a supporting frame and a wrapping sheet, wherein the supporting frame is of a box-shaped support structure, and a frame opening for taking out packaged articles in the supporting frame is formed in the supporting frame;
the wrapping sheet is wrapped outside the supporting frame, and the wrapping sheet and the supporting frame form a packaging box together;
the wrapping sheet is of a double-layer structure formed by compounding an inner layer and an outer layer, the middle part of the inner layer is provided with an object taking opening, the object taking opening corresponds to an opening of the frame, the outer layer is provided with a sealing sheet at a position corresponding to the object taking opening, the sealing sheet is larger than the area of the object taking opening, and adhesive connection is arranged between the sealing sheet and the inner layer;
the inner layer is provided with a release layer, and the release layer corresponds to the outer layer; and a glue layer is arranged on the inner side of the sealing sheet and corresponds to the release layer.
Preferably, the inner layer is connected with the outer layer in an adhesive manner, the middle part of the outer layer is provided with a seal, the area of the seal is larger than that of the object taking opening, the seal corresponds to the sealing sheet, one part of edge of the sealing sheet is fixedly connected with the outer layer, the other part of edge of the sealing sheet is connected with the outer layer through a cutting line, the sealing sheet is connected with the outer layer when the sealing sheet is not opened, the cutting line of the sealing sheet is cut after the sealing sheet is opened to form the openable object taking opening, and one part of edge of the sealing sheet is still fixedly connected with the outer layer.
Preferably, the shape of the fetching opening is square, rectangular or round.
Preferably, the lower part of the sealing sheet is provided with an uncovering side, the lower part of the seal is provided with a cutting area, the outer layer of the lower part of the seal is cut to form the cutting area, and the sealing sheet can be conveniently uncovered through the opening side of the notch.
One part of the object taking opening is connected with the inner layer through a cutting line structure.
The packaging sheet has the beneficial effects that the packaging sheet adopts a double-layer structure, the inner layer and the outer layer are connected through bonding, so that the sealing sheet, the sealing opening and the object taking opening are integrally designed, the processing and production cost is low, and meanwhile, the sealing sheet is very durable; meanwhile, the supporting frame is arranged in the wrapping sheet, so that the stability is better and the wrapping sheet is not easy to deform; meanwhile, a cutting area is arranged below the seal, so that the processing is simple, and the opening of the seal sheet is very convenient; the sealing sheet and the outer layer, as well as the object taking opening and the inner layer are of a cut line connecting structure, so that the processing is convenient, and the opening is very convenient; still be provided with simultaneously from type layer and glue layer for bond between nexine and the gasket and open stability better.

When the wrapping sheet is attached on three sides (left side, right side and bottom side), the attachment method is preferably an adhesive method and a heat seal attachment method. When a heat seal pasting mode is used, the pasting effect is ensured, meanwhile, the heat seal temperature is lower than the temperature of the sheet material which is melted by heating or generates shrinkage deformation, and is preferably controlled to be between 100 ℃ and 160 ℃ so as to ensure the flatness of the three sides after pasting, and materials such as characters, numbers, graphs and two-dimensional codes printed on the three sides cannot be deformed to influence the functions of product distribution, sorting, anti-counterfeiting inquiry and the like.
In order to improve the sealing effect and facilitate opening, the inner layer and the outer layer are connected in an adhesive manner, the middle part of the outer layer 14 is provided with a seal 5, the area of the seal 5 is larger than that of the object taking opening 4, the seal 5 corresponds to the seal sheet 6, one part of edge of the seal sheet 6 is fixedly connected with the outer layer 14, the other part of edge of the seal sheet 6 is connected with the outer layer 14 through a cutting line, when the seal sheet 6 is not opened, the seal sheet 6 is connected with the outer layer 14, after the seal sheet is opened, the cutting line of the seal sheet 14 is cut to form an openable object taking opening, and one part of edge of the seal sheet. The sealing piece is easily separated from the seal (outer layer) at the part connected by the cutting line, and the other part of the seal is still connected with the outer layer, so that the sealing device is convenient to use repeatedly.
In order to select different shapes to be suitable for different products, the shape of the fetching opening 4 is square, rectangular or round.
In order to ensure that the inner layer and the outer layer are bonded more stably, a release layer is arranged on the inner layer 13 and corresponds to the outer layer; the inner side of the outer layer 6 is provided with a glue layer, and the glue layer corresponds to the release layer. The release layer can be formed by coating silicone oil, water-based varnish and UV varnish, and can be coated locally or fully; the glue layer is a repeatedly releasable glue, but is not limited to a pressure sensitive adhesive.
In order to facilitate the opening, the lower portion of the sealing sheet 6 is provided with an opening side 7, the lower portion of the seal 5 is provided with a cut-away area 12 (indicated by the oblique line in fig. 1 and 12), and the outer layer 14 at the lower portion of the seal 5 is cut away to form the cut-away area 12, so that the opening side 7 can be easily opened by the opening. Because the area of the sealing sheet at the uncovering position is smaller than the sealing area, a certain height difference is formed at the blank position, and the sealing sheet is convenient to uncover when in consumption; when the sealing sheet is uncovered, the adhesive force formed by the glue which is coated on the sealing sheet (outer layer) and can be repeatedly released drives the sealing sheet (the sealing sheet and the cut-off line part of the outer layer) to be opened together, and the object taking opening is exposed, so that the object can be taken out. Because the sealing sheet is larger than the fetching port, when the sealing sheet is closed again, the inner layer of the peripheral area of the fetching port and the glue which is coated on the sealing sheet and can be released repeatedly form a closed space again, so that the loss of moisture and smell of the contents is avoided; because the sealing plate area be less than the area of sealing, when reclosing, the sealing plate can be in the same place with the laminating of parcel sheet nexine well, and the highly unanimous of packing carton that highly and the parcel sheet of sealing plate are constituteed, avoid the packing carton when using the sealing plate because of outstanding phenomenon such as easily causing curling. Because the area corresponding to the sealing of the inner layer material of the wrapping sheet is coated with the release material, the inner layer material is partially exposed when the sealing sheet is closed, but dirt such as dust is not easy to adhere to the sealing sheet, and the wrapping sheet is more sanitary.
In order to better facilitate the opening of the inner layer, a part of the taking port 4 is connected with the inner layer 13 by a cutting line structure. As shown in fig. 1, the portion indicated by the dotted line 4 is a cut line connection.
A packing box is composed of a supporting frame 1 and a wrapping sheet 2, wherein the supporting frame is of a box-shaped bracket structure (shown in an expanded view in figure 5), and a frame opening 3 for taking out articles packaged in the supporting frame is formed in the supporting frame; the wrapping sheet 2 is wrapped outside the supporting frame 1 and forms a packaging box together with the supporting frame 1; the wrapping sheet 2 is composed of a double-layer structure (shown in an expanded view in fig. 4) formed by compounding an inner layer material and an outer layer material, wherein the inner layer material is provided with an article taking opening 4, the article taking opening 4 corresponds to a frame opening 3, the outer layer 14 forms a seal, the position of the seal sheet 6 corresponds to the position of the article taking opening 4, the area of the seal sheet 6 is larger than that of the article taking opening 4, the cut part of the seal part of the inner layer 13 material and an uncut side line form a seal 5, so that for a consumer to open the seal sheet 6, part of the material is cut between the outer layer 14 and a release side 7 below the seal sheet 6, the area of the seal sheet 6 is smaller than that of the seal 5, and a cut area 12 is a cut area (shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4) for convenient;

And wrapping the rectangular wrapping sheet outside the support frame, and adhering the two side edges and the bottom edge by using glue to form a box body. The box body is provided with a frame opening, a fetching opening and a sealing sheet which jointly form a complete packing box.
In order to facilitate the removal of the sealing sheet, the surface material may be removed from the periphery of the opening side of the sealing sheet, instead of the opening side of the sealing sheet, as shown by the cut-away area 12 in fig. 3, otherwise, the same procedure as in example 1 is performed.
