Abstract
The invention relates to an angle adjusting mechanism of an automobile seat backrest, which consists of an unlocking mechanism and a guide rail fixed on an automobile body; the unlocking mechanism is fixed on the seat backrest, the angle of the seat backrest is adjustable, and the unlocking mechanism comprises a handle, a connecting steel cable, a lock pin and guide rollers matched with the two guide rails, wherein the handle is fixed on the seat backrest; the guide rail is fixed with a metal plate of the vehicle body and used for locking the position of a seat backrest, and a plurality of locking holes for fixing lock pins are formed in the guide rail; the handle can drive the lock pin to be disengaged or locked from the guide rail locking hole through the connecting steel cable and the spring. The invention adopts the lockpin fixed on the backrest to be matched with the guide rail fixed on the vehicle body, the seven-gear and 9-degree angle adjustment can be realized in a manual adjustment mode, the unlocking handle is universal with the existing rear backrest inverting handle, and the operation is simple and easy to understand; the backrest angle adjusting function can be realized at a low cost.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a seat adjusting mechanism, in particular to an automobile seat backrest angle adjusting mechanism.
Background
In order to satisfy the comfort of passengers, the seat of the car is usually designed with a backrest angle adjusting function, but is usually used in a front seat. The comfort of the rear row seat can be greatly improved if the rear row seat can provide backrest angle adjustment. The existing automobile back-row seat generally only provides a function of falling down and does not provide a function of adjusting the angle of a backrest.
Currently, there are several ways to achieve back row backrest angle adjustment. For luxury vehicles, this can be achieved by designing the front row of recliners. However, the back-emptying space is limited generally, and the backrest cannot be adjusted in a large range like the front row, so that the angle adjuster structure occupies space and has the problem of redundant functions. In addition, the upper end of the backrest is not fixed with the vehicle body, the stress condition is not good, and the strength is ensured by the angle adjuster. Moreover, the arrangement of the angle adjuster at the lower end of the seat interferes with the wheel cover and the like, and the space is tight. In some cases, an electrically driven link mechanism is designed between the seat back and the vehicle body, but a motor needs to be installed, so that the structure is complex and the cost is high.

the handle is arranged in the handle seat, the handle is connected with the lock pin through a connecting steel cable and a spring, and two ends of the spring are respectively connected with the connecting steel cable and the lock pin; the guide roller is used for matching the guide rail with the lock pin;
the guide rail is fixed with a metal plate of the vehicle body and used for locking the position of the seat backrest; a plurality of locking holes for fixing the lock pin are formed in the guide rail; the handle can drive the lock pin to be disengaged or locked from the guide rail locking hole through the connecting steel cable and the spring;
when the seat back contacts with the guide rail, the guide rail is clamped between the two rollers, and the relative position of the lock pin and the guide rail is maintained.
Furthermore, a rotating hinge is arranged below the seat backrest, and the angle of the seat backrest can be adjusted in a rotating mode.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the angle adjusting mechanism for the seat back of the automobile according to the present invention is composed of an unlocking mechanism fixed to the seat back and a guide rail 1 fixed to the automobile body.
The guide rail 1 can be welded or screwed to a metal plate of the vehicle body, and a plurality of locking holes for fixing the lock pin are formed in the guide rail 1 for realizing the locking of the backrest position.
The unlocking mechanism is composed of a handle 2, a connecting steel cable 3, a lock pin 4 and a guide roller 5 matched with the two guide rails 1, and the unlocking mechanism is fixed on the seat backrest in a clamping mode, a welding mode and the like. Wherein: the handle 2 and the connecting steel cable 3 are clamped on the seat back framework, the lock pin 4 and the guide roller 5 are installed on the lock pin support, and the lock pin support is welded on the seat back framework.
The handle 2 is arranged in the handle seat, the handle 2 is connected with the lock pin 4 through the connecting steel cable 3 and the spring 6, and two ends of the spring 6 are respectively connected with the connecting steel cable 3 and the lock pin 4.
The guide roller 5 is used for matching the guide rail 1 with the lock pin 4.
The handle 2 can drive the lock pin 4 to be disengaged or locked from the guide rail locking hole through the connecting steel cable 3 and the spring 6. The handle 2 is pulled up, the lock pin 4 is disengaged from the guide rail locking hole, and the angle of the backrest can be adjusted through the rotating hinge below the backrest. When the backrest rotates to a proper position, the handle 2 is released, and the lock pin 4 is locked with the guide rail 1. In order to ensure the matching of the guide rail 1 and the lock pin 4, a guide roller 5 is designed in the mechanism. When the seat back contacts with the guide rail 1, the guide rail 1 is clamped between the two rollers, and the relative position of the lock pin and the guide rail is maintained.
The guide rail 1 is provided with 7 locking holes which are matched with the lock pin 4, and each round hole corresponds to one gear, so that the total number of the gears is 7. When the seat back rotates around the hinge below the seat back, the upper part of the seat back can be locked at different positions through the automobile seat back angle adjusting mechanism, and the adjustment of about 1.3 degrees and 9 degrees in total at each gear can be realized.
In the embodiment shown, the latch 4 is arranged vertically and the guide rail 1 is located below the latch 4.
In addition, the guide rail 1 can also be arranged by rotating 90 degrees, and the lock pin 4 can also rotate 90 degrees to be locked or unlocked transversely. Since the handle 2 is connected to the unlocking mechanism by the connecting cable 3, the arrangement of the handle 2 is not affected when it is arranged in this manner.
The handle of the present invention is not limited to the type shown in the present embodiment, and may also be directly connected to the steel cable by a pull belt, and the steel cable pulls the lock pin, so as to achieve the unlocking operation.
