背景技术
衣服泛指身上穿的各种衣裳服装,衣服的本意是防寒保暖,而在现代社会衣服已经逐渐演化为人体的装饰物品,更多的时候象征了一个人的生活水准和社会地位,同时在衣服基本功能不变的基础上,人们越来越多的注重衣物对身体的保健作用,不断的研发衣服的新材料,利用适当的工艺将不同材料的各种功效添加到衣料中,增加了衣服的功能性;
随着制造技术的不断升级,新的功能性纤维布逐渐满足着人们日益增长的需求,逐渐取代了天然纤维,化学纤维经过改性后被赋予更多的功能,从而为纺织行业新产品开发以及迎合消费者的需求提供了有力的保障,由于我们所生存的自然环境越来越恶化,因此来自工业的人为辐射量愈来愈多,众所周知,一个健康的人可抵挡短暂的5000R负荷电磁辐射,但长期处于700R电磁辐射对人的健康却存在致命的威胁,其症状程度因不同体质而各不相同,一般受到电磁辐射污染会引起头痛、失眠、心律不齐等中枢神经问题,同时,对于有些人的眼睛也会产生影响,可能会出现视力下降,严重者甚至可能致癌,人们在所生产生活的环境中不可避免地要受到这些辐射的影响,所以有必要采取相应的措施来减少这些辐射对自身的影响,但是现有的面料很少具有防辐射的功能,因此研发出一种既让人穿着舒适又能防辐射的面料就成为一种市场需求。

本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种防辐射面料,防辐射能力强,舒适性好,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。

作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防辐射层中的原料按重量分包括以下组份:二甲基硅氧烷30.0-60.0份、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯10.0-16.0份、十二酰异丙醇胺6.0-12.0份、三聚磷酸钠2.0-8.0份、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯6.0-19.0份、羟乙基纤维素2.0-9.0份、萤石粉20.0-30.0份、成膜树脂10.0-20.0份。

1、其表层为芳纶纤维层,其遇火时不燃烧、不滴熔、不发烟,具有优异的防火效果,耐α、β、χ射线以及紫外光线辐射的性能十分优异。
2、其紫外线屏蔽剂通过交联剂与芳纶纤维层中的纤维大分子连接,紫外线屏蔽剂能够对紫外线进行屏蔽,进一步提高了表层的抗紫外辐射能力,同时,屏蔽剂与纤维有良好的相容性,屏蔽剂不升华,不分解,对人体安全,粒径小,对纤维质量影响小。
3、在防辐射层内添加有萤石粉,萤石粉的晶格中排列着柔性分子,受到辐射时,使自身结构发生可逆的弯曲和位移,有效阻止辐射引起的形变,进一步提高了该防辐射面料的防辐射性能。

表层1:其为芳纶纤维层;
纺织层3:其通过防辐射层2与表层1粘接;
其中,纺织层3通过经丝和纬丝相互交织而成,经丝为桑蚕丝,纬丝为银纤维,经丝占纺织层3总重的60.0%,纬丝占纺织层3总重的40.0%。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,还包括紫外线屏蔽剂,紫外线屏蔽剂通过交联剂与芳纶纤维层中的纤维大分子连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,防辐射层2中的原料按重量分包括以下组份:二甲基硅氧烷30.0份、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯10.0份、十二酰异丙醇胺6.0份、三聚磷酸钠2.0份、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯6.0份、羟乙基纤维素2.0份、萤石粉20.0份、成膜树脂10.0份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,成膜树脂为醋酸纤维素、聚苯乙烯或聚氯乙烯中的一种。
本实施例中,经丝占纺织层3总重的60.0%,纬丝占纺织层3总重的40.0%,此时,该防辐射面料的舒适性一般。
实施例二
一种防辐射面料,包括表层1和纺织层3;

作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,还包括紫外线屏蔽剂,紫外线屏蔽剂通过交联剂与芳纶纤维层中的纤维大分子连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,防辐射层2中的原料按重量分包括以下组份:二甲基硅氧烷32.0份、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯12.0份、十二酰异丙醇胺7.0份、三聚磷酸钠3.0份、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯7.0份、羟乙基纤维素3.0份、萤石粉22.0份、成膜树脂12.0份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,成膜树脂为醋酸纤维素、聚苯乙烯或聚氯乙烯中的一种。
本实施例中,经丝占纺织层3总重的64.0%,纬丝占纺织层3总重的36.0%,此时,该防辐射面料的防辐射性能一般。
实施例三
一种防辐射面料,包括表层1和纺织层3;

作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,还包括紫外线屏蔽剂,紫外线屏蔽剂通过交联剂与芳纶纤维层中的纤维大分子连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,防辐射层2中的原料按重量分包括以下组份:二甲基硅氧烷50.0份、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯15.0份、十二酰异丙醇胺10.0份、三聚磷酸钠5.0份、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯16.0份、羟乙基纤维素6.0份、萤石粉26.0份、成膜树脂15.0份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,成膜树脂为醋酸纤维素、聚苯乙烯或聚氯乙烯中的一种。
本实施例中,经丝占纺织层3总重的68.0%,纬丝占纺织层3总重的32.0%,此时,该防辐射面料的舒适性有所提高。
实施例四
一种防辐射面料,包括表层1和纺织层3;

其中,纺织层3通过经丝和纬丝相互交织而成,经丝为桑蚕丝,纬丝为银纤维,经丝占纺织层3总重的70.0%,纬丝占纺织层3总重的30.0%。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,还包括紫外线屏蔽剂,紫外线屏蔽剂通过交联剂与芳纶纤维层中的纤维大分子连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,防辐射层2中的原料按重量分包括以下组份:二甲基硅氧烷60.0份、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯16.0份、十二酰异丙醇胺12.0份、三聚磷酸钠8.0份、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯19.0份、羟乙基纤维素9.0份、萤石粉30.0份、成膜树脂20.0份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,成膜树脂为醋酸纤维素、聚苯乙烯或聚氯乙烯中的一种。
本实施例中,经丝占纺织层3总重的70.0%,纬丝占纺织层3总重的30.0%,此时,该防辐射面料的舒适性好,防辐射性能好。
本发明的表层为芳纶纤维层,其遇火时不燃烧、不滴熔、不发烟,具有优异的防火效果,耐α、β、χ射线以及紫外光线辐射的性能十分优异;其紫外线屏蔽剂通过交联剂与芳纶纤维层中的纤维大分子连接,紫外线屏蔽剂能够对紫外线进行屏蔽,进一步提高了表层的抗紫外辐射能力,同时,屏蔽剂与纤维有良好的相容性,屏蔽剂不升华,不分解,对人体安全,粒径小,对纤维质量影响小;在防辐射层内添加有萤石粉,萤石粉的晶格中排列着柔性分子,受到辐射时,使自身结构发生可逆的弯曲和位移,有效阻止辐射引起的形变,进一步提高了该防辐射面料的防辐射性能;其纺织层通过桑蚕丝和银纤维相互交织而成,银纤维具有抗菌、除臭、防辐射、抗静电和抗污染的能力,而桑蚕丝光滑柔软,提高了该防辐射面料的使用舒适度。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (4)

1.一种防辐射面料,其特征在于:包括表层(1)和纺织层(3);
表层(1):其为芳纶纤维层;
纺织层(3):其通过防辐射层(2)与表层(1)粘接;
其中,所述纺织层(3)通过经丝和纬丝相互交织而成,经丝为桑蚕丝,纬丝为银纤维,所述经丝占纺织层(3)总重的60.0-70.0%,纬丝占纺织层(3)总重的40.0-30.0%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射面料,其特征在于:还包括紫外线屏蔽剂,所述紫外线屏蔽剂通过交联剂与芳纶纤维层中的纤维大分子连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射面料,其特征在于:所述防辐射层(2)中的原料按重量分包括以下组份:二甲基硅氧烷30.0-60.0份、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯10.0-16.0份、十二酰异丙醇胺6.0-12.0份、三聚磷酸钠2.0-8.0份、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯6.0-19.0份、羟乙基纤维素2.0-9.0份、萤石粉20.0-30.0份、成膜树脂10.0-20.0份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防辐射面料,其特征在于:所述成膜树脂为醋酸纤维素、聚苯乙烯或聚氯乙烯中的一种。
