by arranging the first loop bar 13 and the material pressing bar 45, when the mask raw material is fed, the mask raw material is fixed on the rotating sleeve 16 of the rotating rod 15, and the mask raw material is sleeved on the first loop bar 13 and the second loop bar 14, so that one end of the mask raw material passes through between the two material pressing bars 45, the first loop bar 13 is pressed down by the spring sleeve 44 of the rotating loop bar 43, so that the first loop bar 13 is tightly attached to the mask raw material, the mask raw material can be tightened by the first loop bar 13 after being pressed down, the wrinkle phenomenon in the feeding process is avoided, the spring columns matched with the elastic loop plate 20 tightly press the two material pressing bars 45, the material pressing bar 45 can be used for tightly pressing and leveling the mask raw material when the mask raw material is conveyed, the surface degree of the mask raw material is improved, the fluted disc 46 is driven by the driving motor 18 through the driving belt 19, so that the fluted disc 46 drives the material pressing bar 45 to rotate, the feeding operation is completed, and, the mask forming and edge sealing device has a fabric leveling structure, and the functionality of the mask forming and edge sealing device is improved;
