Abstract
一种带有中间调压装置并在装置后方也设有脱水机构的橡胶挤压一体机,属于石油化工行业合成橡胶后处理设备领域。本发明一种带有中间调压装置并在装置的橡胶挤压一体机由主电机(1)、联轴器(2)、减速箱(3)、进料斗(4)、低压脱水筒体(5)、中间调压装置(6)、高压脱水筒体(7)、高压混炼筒体(8)、模板装置(9)、切粒装置(10)、螺旋轴(11)、主机座(12)等主要部分组成。本发明可以实现远程自动控制中间调压装置从而改变一体机的脱水压力,增大橡胶脱水效果,并且提高膨胀干燥能力最终控制橡胶的含水率等性能指标提高经济收益。并且能够节约设备投资成本,降低能耗,结构上节省空间,维护维修简单方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于石油化工行业合成橡胶后处理中,橡胶的挤压脱水及膨胀干燥两部分功能集成于一体的主要合成橡胶后处理生产设备。
背景技术
目前合成橡胶后处理脱水干燥设备主要有挤压脱水机、膨胀干燥机以及橡胶挤压一体机等。橡胶挤压一体机主要是从节约设备投资成本降低能耗出发,将挤压脱水机和膨胀干燥机整合成一体。但现阶段一体机的缺点体现在受结构限制挤压脱水能力不足,且缺少了以往挤压脱水机所具有的脱水段机体压力调节功能,致使一体机的脱水膨胀干燥效果降低,严重影响橡胶的含水率等性能指标,最终影响橡胶的经济价值。
本专利提出了一种带有中间调压装置,它置于一体机中部,并与设备充分结合,实现远程自动控制压力变化,并在调压装置后方也设有脱水机构的的橡胶挤压一体机方案。该方案可方便有效的实现远程自动控制中间调压装置从而改变一体机的工作压力,增大对橡胶脱水效果,并且提高膨胀干燥能力最终保证橡胶的含水率挥发分等性能指标。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种带有中间调压装置并在装置后方也设有脱水机构的橡胶挤压一体机。目的在于解决上述技术问题,最终实现一体机对橡胶的高效脱水控制橡胶的含水率。
本发明的技术方案:
结构如附图1、附图2、附图3中所示,所述一体机由主电机(1)、联轴器(2)、减速箱(3)、进料斗(4)、低压脱水筒体(5)、中间调压装置(6)、高压脱水筒体(7)、高压混炼筒体(8)、模板装置(9)、切粒装置(10)、螺旋轴(11)、主机座(12)等主要部分组成。由主电机(1)通过联轴器(2)与减速箱(3)联接;减速箱(3)与螺旋轴(11)联接。进料斗(4)、低压脱水筒体(5)、中间调压装置(6)、高压脱水筒体(7)、高压混炼筒体(8)、模板装置(9)等部分依次连接形成一个环形管道而螺旋轴(11)在这个环形管道内部做旋转运动。橡胶落入进料斗(4)在螺旋轴(11)的螺旋挤压推进作用下依次通过低压脱水筒体(5)完成初步挤压脱水;再经中间调压装置(6)控制压力变化;到达高压脱水筒体(7)处进一步完成挤压脱水;脱水后的橡胶到达高压混炼筒体(8)混炼升温加压;最后从模板装置(9)喷出;通过切粒装置(10)切割成一定粒度的胶粒的全过程。
所述中间调压装置(6)由减速电机(6-1)、联轴器(6-2)、直线推杆装置(6-3)、动模板(6-4)、静模板(6-5)、压板(6-6)切断装置(6-7)等部分组成。由减速电机(6-1)通过联轴器(6-2)驱动直线推杆装置(6-3)做直线运动;动模板(6-4)与直线推杆装置(6-3)铰接,并在直线推杆装置(6-3)作用下转动角度。静模板(6-5)与压板(6-6)连接,动模板(6-4)在静模板(6-5)与压板(6-6)之间相对转动。动模板(6-4)与静模板(6-5)上设有一一对应的橡胶流通孔,当动模板(6-4)与静模板(6-5)发生相对转动时一一对应的橡胶流通孔会发生部分重合,橡胶流通孔面积发生改变从而实现中间压力的调节。切断装置(6-7)安装在螺旋轴(11)与螺旋轴(11)一同转动,作用是切断橡胶流通孔出来的橡胶。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.节约设备投资成本,降低能耗。
2.节省空间,维护维修简单方便。
3.实现远程调压控制中间压力,脱水效果增强。

具体实施方式
一种带有中间调压装置并在装置后方也设有脱水机构的橡胶挤压一体机。由主电机(1)通过联轴器(2)驱动减速箱(3)输出扭矩;减速箱(3)驱动螺旋轴(11)在进料斗(4)、低压脱水筒体(5)、中间调压装置(6)、高压脱水筒体(7)、高压混炼筒体(8)、模板装置(9)等部分依次连接组成的环形管道内部做旋转运动。当上游的橡胶落入进料斗(4)后在螺旋轴(11)的螺旋挤压推进作用下到达低压脱水筒体(5),低压脱水筒体周向有可调整的间隙大部分水分受到挤压作用完成初步脱水并推送到中间调压装置(6);中间调压装置(6)可以实现远程自动控制动模板(6-4)的转动,当动模板(6-4)与静模板(6-5)发生相对转动时,动模板(6-4)与静模板(6-5)上一一对应的橡胶流通孔就会部分重叠,重叠使橡胶通过面积减小,降低橡胶通过量提高筒体内部压力。而这个相对转动量是可以通过直线推杆装置(6-3)精准控制的,所以最终实现压力调节;切断装置(6-7)安装在螺旋轴(11)与螺旋轴(11)一同转动,作用是切断橡胶流通孔出来的橡胶。当橡胶到达高压脱水筒体(7)处时由于压力的变化会实现更进一步挤压脱水;脱水后的橡胶到达高压混炼筒体(8)在该位置混炼并且在外部蒸汽加热及内部的摩擦挤压等作用升温升压压;最后达到一定条件时从模板装置(9)喷出实现膨胀干燥;喷出的橡胶通过切粒装置(10)切割成一定粒度的胶粒最终完成橡胶挤压膨胀的全过程。

1.一种带有中间调压装置的橡胶挤压一体机。由主电机(1)、联轴器(2)、减速箱(3)、进料斗(4)、低压脱水筒体(5)、中间调压装置(6)、高压脱水筒体(7)、高压混炼筒体(8)、模板装置(9)、切粒装置(10)、螺旋轴(11)、主机座(12)等主要部分组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的,主电机(1)通过联轴器(2)与减速箱(3)联接;减速箱(3)输出轴驱动螺旋轴(11)并通过法兰与进料斗连接。进料斗(4)、低压脱水筒体(5)、中间调压装置(6)、高压脱水筒体(7)、高压混炼筒体(8)、模板装置(9)分别依次连接形成一个环形管道。而螺旋轴(11)在该环形管道内做同轴相对旋转运动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的,中间调压装置(6)置于低压脱水筒体(5)和高压脱水筒体(7)之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的,中间调压装置(6)由减速电机(6-1)、联轴器(6-2)、直线推杆装置(6-3)、动模板(6-4)、静模板(6-5)、压板(6-6)、切断装置(6-7)等部分组成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的,减速电机(6-1)通过联轴器(6-2)驱动直线推杆装置(6-3)做直线运动;动模板(6-4)与直线推杆装置(6-3)铰接,并在直线推杆装置(6-3)作用下可转动一定角度。静模板(6-5)与压板(6-6)连接,动模板(6-4)在静模板(6-5)与压板(6-6)之间相对转动。切断装置(6-7)安装在螺旋轴(11)上随螺旋轴(11)转动。
