Fig. 1 exemplarily shows a perspective view of an oil cleaning device provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 exemplarily shows a cross-sectional view of the oil cleaning device shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment of the present invention provides an oil cleaning device, which may be a mobile or handheld type. Taking a hand-held type as an example, the oil stain cleaning device can comprise a main body 1, a handle 2, a steam nozzle 3, a cleaning part 4 and an alarm unit 5. The main body 1 may have a hollow cavity, a water tank 11 is disposed in the hollow cavity, the water tank 11 may be independent of the main body 1, or may be formed by dividing a certain space in the hollow cavity, and the water tank 11 may be located at the bottom of the hollow cavity. A steam generator 13 is also arranged in the hollow cavity, and the steam generator 13 is positioned above the water tank 11 and is communicated with the water tank 11 through a water inlet pipe 12. The handle 2 is used for a user to hold the oil cleaning device. The cleaning part 4 and the steam spray head 3 are provided on the outer wall of the main body 1. The cleaning part 4 is connected to a motor 15 in the main body 1, and the motor 15 can drive the cleaning part 4 to move according to a preset track, for example, the cleaning part 4 can be driven to reciprocate along the up-down direction, or along the left-right direction, or to circularly move in an 8 shape, etc. The main body 1 may be provided with a motor switch 18, and the opening and closing of the motor may be controlled by the motor switch 18. The steam nozzle 3 communicates with the steam generator 13 through a steam pipe 14 so that steam generated by the steam generator 13 can be output through the steam nozzle 3. Correspondingly, the oil stain cleaning device is also provided with a power supply unit 17 to supply power for power consumption elements such as the motor 15 and the steam generator 13, and the power supply unit 17 can supply power in a mode of adopting an external power supply and can also supply power in a mode of adopting a built-in battery pack.
When the oil stain cleaning device is used, after the oil stain cleaning device is powered on, the steam generator 13 starts to work and pumps water from the water tank 11, water in the water tank 11 enters the steam generator 13 through the water inlet pipe 12 and is converted into steam, the steam is conveyed to the steam nozzle 3 through the steam pipe 14 and is sprayed out, meanwhile, a user can control the motor 15 to be started through the motor switch key 18, and the cleaning part 4 can reciprocate to clean oil stain-attached appliances such as a range hood and the like. The cleaning part 4 can be various types of brush heads, cotton cloth heads or sponge heads, etc. So, clean the greasy dirt through automatically move's cleaning part, can save user's physical power, improve clean effect and the cleaning efficiency to the greasy dirt. The cleaning is assisted by softening the oil stain through high-temperature steam, which is not only helpful for removing stubborn oil stain, but also can remove tiny dust and bacteria, and the cleaning appliance is almost not damaged because no chemical reagent is needed.
Wherein the oil cleaning device may further comprise a control unit 16, which control unit 16 may be connected with the motor 15 and the steam generator 13, respectively. The control unit 16 may be adapted to detect an operating current of the motor 15 and to control the amount of steam generated by the steam generator 13 in dependence of the detected operating current. Specifically, this control unit 16 can be the automatically controlled mainboard that sets up in main part 1 inside, and automatically controlled mainboard can include processing module and current detection module, and current detection module is used for monitoring the operating current of motor 15, and processing module can be singlechip etc. and this processing module can obtain the operating current of motor 15 from current detection module to according to the steam volume that the operating current who obtains produced of control steam generator 13. It can be understood that, when the greasy dirt is more serious, the resistance of cleaning part 4 when clean can be bigger to the load of motor can increase, the operating current of motor also improves correspondingly, consequently can confirm the greasy dirt that treats the cleaning device according to the operating current's of motor size adheres to the condition, and when the greasy dirt adheres to seriously, improve the steam yield of steam nozzle 3 output, thereby more do benefit to and clear away the greasy dirt, when adhering to less greasy dirt, reduce the steam yield of steam nozzle 3 output, with the economize on water and economize on electricity.
In an alternative embodiment, the amount of steam generated by the steam generator 13 may be increased with an increase in the operating current, i.e. the steam generator 13 may be controlled to generate more steam when an increase in the operating current of the motor is detected. Therefore, the oil stain cleaning device can automatically adjust the output steam quantity according to the oil stain attachment degree of the appliance to be cleaned, so that oil stains can be better removed, and the effects of water saving and electricity saving can be achieved.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the control unit 16 is also adapted to controlling the steam generator 13 to operate in a low gear in case the operating current of the motor 15 is greater than the first current threshold a1 and less than the second current threshold a 2; in case the operating current of the motor 15 is greater than or equal to the second current threshold a2 and less than the third current threshold a3, the steam generator 13 is controlled to operate in the high gear. The first current threshold a1, the second current threshold a2, and the third current threshold a3 may be determined experimentally or empirically in advance, the second current threshold a2 is greater than the first current threshold a1, the third current threshold a3 is greater than the second current threshold a2, and the amount of steam generated by the steam generator 13 when operating in the high gear is greater than the amount of steam generated when operating in the low gear. Thus, the operation current of the motor 15 can be divided into two sections by the preset current thresholds a1, a2 and a3, if the operation current of the motor 15 is in the first section, that is, the operation current of the motor 15 is greater than the first current threshold a1 and less than the second current threshold a2, it indicates that the amount of oil attached to the appliance to be cleaned is less, so that the steam generator 13 can be controlled to operate at a low gear to save water and electricity; if the operating current of the motor 15 is in the second interval, i.e. the operating current of the motor 15 is greater than or equal to the second current threshold a2 and less than the third current threshold a3, it indicates that the oil stain on the tool to be cleaned is seriously adhered, so the steam generator 13 can be controlled to operate in the high gear to increase the steam output, thereby better removing the oil stain. Therefore, the oil stain attachment degree of the appliance to be cleaned (such as a range hood) can be determined by comparing the working current of the motor with the current threshold, and the proper steam amount is selected according to the oil stain attachment degree for cleaning.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the steam generator 13 is operated in a low gear by default, and the control unit 16 is further configured to control the steam generator to maintain the low gear operation if the operating current is greater than the first current threshold a1 and less than the second current threshold a 2; and controlling the steam generator to be operated in the high gear instead under the condition that the duration of the working current which is greater than or equal to the second current threshold value a2 and less than the third current threshold value a3 reaches the preset time t. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, after the oil contamination cleaning device is powered on, the steam generator 13 is operated at a low gear by default, the user presses the motor switch key 18, the motor 15 starts to rotate and drives the cleaning part 4 (such as the brush head) to reciprocate, and the control unit 16 monitors the working current of the motor 15 and determines the working current of the motor 15. If the working current is greater than the first current threshold a1 and less than the second current threshold a2, the steam generator maintains the low gear operation; if the duration of the working current which is greater than or equal to the second current threshold value a2 and less than the third current threshold value a3 reaches the preset time t, the oil contamination is serious, and therefore the steam generator 13 is controlled to operate in a high-grade mode to increase the output steam quantity. Therefore, the steam generator can be prevented from being frequently switched between the low-grade and the high-grade by setting the preset time t, the influence of working current fluctuation on judgment of the oil stain adhesion degree is reduced, and the preset time t can be determined through tests or experiences.
With continued reference to fig. 3, in an alternative embodiment of the invention, the oil cleaning device may further comprise an alarm unit 5, and the alarm unit 5 may be connected to the control unit 16 and located at the top of the oil cleaning device. The control unit 16 is also adapted to: the alarm unit 5 is controlled to alarm when the working current of the motor is less than or equal to the first current threshold value a1, or the alarm unit 5 is controlled to alarm when the working current of the motor is greater than or equal to the third current threshold value a3, or the alarm unit 5 is controlled to alarm when any one of the working current of the motor is less than or equal to the first current threshold value a1 and the working current of the motor is greater than or equal to the third current threshold value a3 occurs. It can be understood that, in the case that either one of the operating current of the motor is less than or equal to the first current threshold a1 and the operating current of the motor is greater than or equal to the third current threshold a3, it can be determined that the oil contamination cleaning device is out of order, and therefore the alarm unit 5 needs to be controlled to alarm to remind the user of timely repair or replacement. The alarm unit 5 may be a fault lamp, and when an alarm is required, the fault lamp may alarm by flashing. In addition, the alarm unit 5 may be a buzzer, and when an alarm is required, the buzzer gives an alarm by making a sound.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning part 4 and the steam spray head 3 may be disposed adjacent to each other in the vertical direction, and the cleaning part 4 may be located at an upper side of the steam spray head 3. Therefore, the steam output by the steam nozzle 3 can float upwards to the part cleaned by the cleaning part 4, thereby assisting the cleaning part 4 to clean the oil stains. The cleaning part 4 may be detachably mounted with the main body 1 of the oil cleaning device so that a user may conveniently replace different types of cleaning parts as desired. For example, the cleaning part 4 may be a brush head that can be snap-fit to the main body 1 so that a user can change different types of brush heads to suit the cleaning needs in different cleaning scenarios.
