Detailed Description
To explain the technical content, structural features, achieved objects and functions of the present invention in detail, the following detailed description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings in combination with the embodiments. The "front" and "rear" described in this embodiment correspond to the respective positional relationships shown in fig. 1 one by one.
Referring to fig. 1-2, a pole floor cleaning machine 100 in a preferred form is shown, which generally includes a machine body 1, a water supply assembly 2, and a dirty liquid recovery assembly 3. The machine body 1 carries a battery pack 11 thereon, and the machine body 1 further includes a cleaning head 10 adapted to move on a floor to be cleaned, and a cleaning roller 12 capable of rotating is provided in front of the cleaning head 10.
The water supply assembly 2 includes a water tank 21 for storing water, an electrolyzed water generating module 22 disposed within the water tank 21 and capable of electrolyzing the water within the water tank 21 to generate electrolyzed water containing hypochlorous acid when submerged by the water within the water tank 21, and a liquid outlet nozzle 23 in fluid communication with the water tank 22. The electrolyzed water generating module 22 is electrically connected to the battery pack 11. The liquid outlet nozzles 23 are provided in the cleaning head 10 and are used to spray water or electrolyzed water toward the cleaning roller 12 to wet the cleaning roller 12. The wetted cleaning roller 12 effects the cleaning of the floor surface to be cleaned by rubbing against the floor surface to be cleaned during rotation. The water supply assembly 2 includes a water pump 24 and a liquid level detection part 25, and the water pump 24 is disposed between the water tank 21 and the liquid outlet nozzle 23 so as to deliver the water or electrolyzed water in the water tank 21 to the liquid outlet nozzle 23 as required. The liquid level detection part 25 can be used to detect the liquid level in the water tank 21.
The dirty liquid recovery assembly 3 is used for recovering water or electrolyzed water used in the cleaning process, the dirty liquid recovery assembly 3 comprises a sewage tank 31 used for containing sewage and a suction motor 32, and the suction motor 32 is communicated with the sewage tank 31 in a fluid mode. The waste water tank 31 communicates with the chamber 13 in the cleaner head 10 in which the cleaning roller 12 is mounted, via a conduit 34. The suction motor 32 simultaneously generates an air flow from the floor to the chamber 13 and further to the waste tank 31. In other embodiments, the suction motor may be omitted, extending to the omission of the entire waste recovery assembly, such as a conventional floor scrubber.
Referring to fig. 3, the electrolyzed water generating module 22 includes a positive electrode tab 221, a negative electrode tab 222, and a separator 223 disposed between the positive electrode tab 221 and the negative electrode tab 222. The positive electrode tab 221 and the negative electrode tab 2221 of the electrolyzed water generating module 22 can decompose water into: OH- (hydroxyl radical ion) and H + (hydrogen ion), while OH-combines with chloride ions in water (usually contained in municipal tap water) to generate hypochlorous acid HCIO, so that the water in the water tank 21 becomes a weakly acidic hypochlorous acid HCIO solution, which can effectively degrade and kill bacteria through oxidation.
In order to cooperate with the operation of the electrolyzed water generating module 22, the water contained in the water tank 21 in this embodiment is preferably city tap water containing a small amount of chlorine ions or water to which chloride is added.
As shown in fig. 4, the floor cleaning apparatus 100 further comprises a control device 4, the control device 4 comprises a start switch 41 arranged on the machine body 1 and capable of being independently operated by a user, and the electrolyzed water generating module 22 is configured to be capable of being controlled to be turned on or off by the start switch 41; that is, the user can autonomously select the use of the electrolyzed water generating module 22 to generate the water containing hypochlorous acid for cleaning or the shut-down of the electrolyzed water generating module 22 to directly use the water for cleaning.

The device not only can effectively control the concentration of hypochlorous acid in water, but also can solve electric energy, so that the electrolyzed water generation module 22 can pause to work after the continuous working time is reached.
In other real-time modes, as shown in fig. 5, in order to ensure that the electrolyzed water generating module 202 in the water tank can generate hypochlorous acid within a safe use range all the time when in operation, a hypochlorous acid concentration detecting part 206 in the water tank can be arranged, and the hypochlorous acid concentration detecting part 206 is in signal connection with the control device 40; the control device 40 is configured to control the continuous operation or the suspension operation of the electrolyzed water generating module 202 based on the detection structure of the hypochlorous acid concentration detecting part 206 after the electrolyzed water generating module 202 is turned on by the start switch 401.
The electrolyzed water generation module can be used on a rod type ground cleaning machine as described above, and can also be used on an autonomous mobile ground cleaning machine or a portable ground cleaning machine. The electrolyzed water generation module enables water to be decomposed into: OH- (hydroxyl ion) and H + (hydrogen ion), wherein a part of decomposed OH-takes away and recombines pesticides and (H +) on the cell wall of bacteria to change the pesticides and the bacteria into harmless substances; meanwhile, OH-is combined with chlorine (chloride salt) in water to generate hypochlorous acid HCIO, bacteria are effectively degraded and killed through oxidation reaction, meanwhile, the hypochlorous acid can release nascent oxygen O, and pathogenic microorganisms are effectively killed by the oxidation of the hypochlorous acid.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical concept and features of the present invention, and the purpose of the embodiments is to enable people skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and to implement the present invention, which cannot limit the protection scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention.
