Abstract
The invention provides a method for cleaning a nozzle of a setting machine, the nozzle easy to clean and the setting machine using the nozzle easy to clean, which can improve the cleaning efficiency of the nozzle without dismounting the nozzle. The oven of the setting machine is internally provided with the upper nozzle and the lower nozzle which adopt the structure, and the air outlet surfaces of the upper nozzle and the lower nozzle are opposite and have a gap. The cleaning method comprises the steps of detaching the baffle plate, starting the circulating fan, blowing out the bristles in the nozzle unit from the air outlet through the air of the circulating fan, attaching the blown bristles to the filter screen through the air of the circulating fan, stopping the cleaning machine after the bristles are blown for a plurality of times, and installing the baffle plate back.

Detailed Description
The scheme of the present application is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings 1 to 7:
referring to fig. 1-5, an easy-to-clean nozzle of a setting machine comprises a plurality of nozzle units 1 arranged side by side, wherein an air inlet cavity 101 penetrating through the front end and the rear end of each nozzle unit 1 and a plurality of air outlet holes 102 communicated with the air inlet cavity 101 are formed in each nozzle unit 1, an air outlet 103 communicated with the air inlet cavity 101 is formed in the front end of each nozzle unit 1, an air inlet 104 communicated with the air inlet cavity 101 is formed in the rear end of each nozzle unit 1, and a detachable baffle 2 is arranged at the position of each air outlet 103 to block the air outlet 103. In order to facilitate alignment of the assembling hole sites 201, the front connecting plate 3 is provided with the lapping table 301, the baffle 2 is provided with the flanging 203, the flanging 203 is lapped on the lapping table 301 during assembling, the horizontal height is kept consistent, whether the baffle 2 is askew or not is conveniently checked, and adjustment is carried out in time. In consideration of the flow direction of the outlet air flow, the upper side or the lower side of the nozzle unit 1 is the outlet air surface 105, the outlet air surface 105 includes a central plane 105a and an inclined plane 105b connecting both sides of the central plane 105a, the outlet air holes 102 are located on the inclined plane 105b and are arranged along the length direction of the nozzle unit 1, and the air inlet cavity 101 is gradually narrowed from the rear to the front.
Referring to fig. 6-7, a setting machine comprises an oven, wherein an upper nozzle 61 and a lower nozzle 62 are arranged in the oven, the upper nozzle 61 and the lower nozzle 62 are the easy-to-clean nozzles of the setting machine, and the air outlet surfaces of the upper nozzle 61 and the lower nozzle 62 are opposite and have a gap; a circulating fan 71 and a circulating air duct communicated with the circulating fan 71 are arranged in the oven, the circulating air duct comprises an air outlet section 72a and an air inlet section 72b, and the rear ends of the upper nozzle 61 and the lower nozzle 62 are respectively connected with the circulating fan 71 through the air outlet section 72 a; the opening of the air inlet section 72b is positioned below the front end of the lower nozzle 62, a filter screen 8 is arranged at the opening of the air inlet section 72b, the filter screen 8 can be drawn out of the oven through a through seam 91 on the wall of the oven, a shielding part 81 for covering the through seam 91 is arranged outside the filter screen 8, a heat exchanger 10 is arranged below the filter screen 8, and a vent 92 is arranged at the top of the oven.
In order to facilitate the maintenance of the inside of the oven, the oven is provided with an access window 93, and the access window 93 is positioned at the front end of the oven opposite to the front ends of the upper nozzle 61 and the lower nozzle 62 and is covered by an outward-turning window door 94.
