As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present invention includes a frame 1, a filter 2 is mounted on the frame 1, the filter 2 includes a plurality of coaxially arranged annular scrapers 201; a plurality of scrapers 201 are fixed by a plurality of baffles 202 which are uniformly distributed on the circumference; a circular water-stop plate 203 is fixed at each of the left and right ends of the plurality of baffles 202; the outer side of each baffle 202 is fixed with a track 204 which is in the same direction as the baffle 202; an arc-shaped filter plate 205 is arranged between two adjacent tracks 204, and the whole filter 2 is wrapped by a plurality of filter plates 205;
the filter 2 can rotate, and a water collecting tank 3 is arranged below the filter 2; the middle part of the filter 2 is inserted with a fixedly installed material distributing plate 4, and the material distributing plate 4 consists of a front sector plate 401 and a rear sector plate 401 which are symmetrically arranged and a flat plate 402 which is positioned between the two sector plates 401; a pipeline 5 is fixed on the lower end face of the flat plate 402, and a plurality of water outlets 6 are formed in the pipeline 5; sewage enters the filter 2 through the water outlet 6 of the pipeline 5, and flows into the water collecting tank 3 after being filtered; the sundries fall to the upper side of the flat plate 402 along with the rotation of the filter 2 and slide to the right along the flat plate 402;
the filter plates 205 can move left and right along the track 204 and reset right, a push rod 7 is fixed on the right end face of each filter plate 205, and a first permanent magnet 8 is fixed on the right end of each push rod 7; an arc-shaped plate 9 positioned on the right side of the filter 2 is fixed on the shelf 1, and a plurality of second permanent magnets 10 are uniformly distributed on the arc-shaped plate 9; when the filter plate 205 rotates with the filter 2 until the first permanent magnet 8 and the second permanent magnet 10 correspond to each other, the filter plate 205 is pushed leftward.
In order to realize the rotary installation of the filter 2, a plurality of circular rings 11 sleeved outside the filter 2 are fixed on the frame 1 through connecting rods, and rollers 12 corresponding to the circular rings 11 are installed on the outer side surface of each track 204.
In order to realize the left-right movement and the right-hand restoration of the filter plates 205, the left end surfaces of the filter plates 205 are provided with edges 13, a plurality of guide rods 14 corresponding to the edges 13 are fixedly mounted on the left water-stop plate 203, the guide rods 14 penetrate through the edges 13, and the guide rods 14 are sleeved with compression springs 15 positioned between the left ends of the guide rods 14 and the left side surfaces of the edges 13.
In order to realize the rotation of the filter 2, the middle part of the filter 2 is sleeved with a gear, the inner edge surface of the gear is fixed on the outer side of the national road of the filter, a gap is reserved between the inner edge surface of the gear and the filter plate 205, and the frame 1 is fixed with a motor 16 for driving the gear to rotate.
In order to realize filtration, a plurality of filtration holes are uniformly distributed on the filter plate 205, and the filter plate 205 is made of stainless steel.
In order to fix the material distributing plate 4, the front end and the rear end of the material distributing plate 4 are arranged on the outer side of the filter 2, and the front end and the rear end of the material distributing plate 4 are fixed on the frame 1 through a plurality of pull rods.

When the invention is used, firstly, sewage enters along the pipeline 5 through the left end of the pipeline 5; because the pipeline 5 is provided with a plurality of water outlets 6, sewage can flow out through the plurality of water outlets 6 and fall into the filter 2; after the sewage enters the filter 2, at this time, because the inside of the filter 2 is provided with a plurality of annular scrapers 201, the scrapers 201 can play a role of dividing the area, so that the sewage is filtered in a plurality of different areas; avoid sewage and debris along the inclination of filter 2, pile up in the right-hand member in a large number.
Because the arc-shaped plate 9 corresponds to the upper end of the right side of the filter 2, the lower filter plate 205 is in a state of being pressed rightwards under the action of the pressure spring 15 sleeved on the guide rod 14, so that the lower filter plate 205 wraps the filter 2 to perform filtering operation; the filtered water flows into the sump 3 and foreign materials remain on the filter sheet 205.
Along with the rotation of the filter 2, the filter plate 205 which is originally positioned at the lower part can slowly rotate upwards, and at the moment, under the action of the baffle 202, the baffle 202 can stir sundries and also rotate upwards along with the filter 2; referring to fig. 2, the front side and the rear side of the material distributing plate 4 are respectively provided with a sector plate 401; therefore, when the sundries rotate to the horizontal position and continue to rotate upwards, the sundries can be blocked by the fan-shaped plate 401, and are prevented from directly falling; in the process, the sewage contained in the impurities can also flow downwards from the gaps and flow into the water collecting tank 3, so that the content of the sewage in the impurities is reduced, particularly the impurities partially similar to a dish shape, and the sewage in the impurities can be automatically discharged.
When the filter 2 continues to rotate, the filter plate 205 which is originally positioned below gradually rotates to the highest point of the filter 2, at the moment, the fan-shaped plate 401 does not block sundries, the sundries directly fall on the flat plate 402 of the material separating plate 4 under the action of gravity, and the sundries slide along the flat plate 402 to the right side due to the smooth surface and the inclined arrangement of the flat plate 402, and a sundry box can be arranged on the right side to collect and process the sundries in a statistical manner; the automatic removal of the sundries is realized.
Meanwhile, after the filter plate 205 is positioned above, the first permanent magnet 8 on the push rod 7 at the right end face of the filter plate 205 corresponds to the second permanent magnet 10 on the arc-shaped plate 9, and at the moment, under the action of the like poles of the two permanent magnets repelling each other, the filter plate 205 is pushed to move leftwards; when the filter plate 205 moves to the left, the filter plate 205 and the scraper 201 will generate relative displacement, so that the outer edge of the scraper 201 scrapes the inner side surface of the filter plate 205, and the impurities adhered on the filter plate 205 are cleaned; and dropped onto the plate 402. Meanwhile, the second permanent magnets 10 are arranged at intervals, so that the filter plate 205 can move left and right repeatedly after the filter plate 205 rotates along with the filter 2, the filter plate 205 can be cleaned repeatedly, and the cleaning effect is ensured. Then, after the filter plate 205 continues to rotate downwards, the first permanent magnet 8 is far away from the second permanent magnet 10, and the filter plate 205 is reset rightwards again and is in a state of wrapping the filter 2; the work of cyclic reciprocation is realized.
Because the water-stop sheet 203 is arranged on the left side and the right side of the device, sewage and sundries can be blocked by the water-stop sheet 203 at the right end of the filter 2, and the sundries are prevented from falling from the right end of the device.
The device is suitable for various sewage treatment places, particularly municipal sewage plants, or sewage discharged by various manufacturing factories, or sewage generated by industries such as agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and the like, can be used for quickly treating, saves the cost and is convenient to maintain.
The device realizes the circular filtration of the filter plate 205 by introducing sewage into the inside of the rotatable filter 2, specifically, the device realizes the timely cleaning of the filter plate 205 by filtering at the lower part and cleaning at the upper part; continuous work is ensured, the cleaning of the filter plate 205 is ensured, and the filtering effect and quality are improved.

The scraper 201 has a remarkable effect, and when the scraper is positioned below the filter, the scraper plays a role in dividing water and sundries, so that sewage is uniformly distributed on the filter plate 205 for filtering, and the sewage is prevented from being accumulated at a low position of the filter 2; when the scraper blade is positioned above the filter plate 205, the outer edge surface of the scraper blade 201 scrapes the filter plate 205, so that the impurities fall off and are prevented from adhering to the filter plate 205.
