Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于舒缓肩颈酸痛的植物精油，包括水、乙醇、丙二醇、香兰基丁基醚、辛酰羟肟酸、乙基己基甘油和植物提取物。本发明中加入姜提取物、透骨草提取物、天麻提取物、艾叶提取物、忍冬提取物、红花提取物、鸡血藤提取物、没药提取物、乳香提取物和杜仲提取物，其中各成分进行科学配比，不但能使各个成分间相互补益，通过科学配比各组分间的比例，发挥更佳的效果，且能药理温和，在按摩时使用，具有活血的功效，有利于血液循环，可以透过按摩进入皮肤细胞，然后进入血管与肌肉组织中，纾解肌肤压力，缓解疲劳，可治疗颈椎酸痛，缓解上班族及老年人腰酸背痛。外用至疼痛处1分钟内可以发热，持续时间可以达到1小时以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于舒缓肩颈酸痛的植物精油，应用于医药保健技术领域。
背景技术
精油是从植物的花、叶、茎、根或果实中，通过水蒸气蒸馏法、挤压法、冷浸法或溶剂提取法提炼萃取的挥发性芳香物质。复方精油是根据多种植物精油不同特质调配而成的，将复方精油按照一定的比例调制使用，能够将单方精油的功效发挥至最大。随着社会节奏越来越快，加上一些不健康的生活方式，肩颈酸痛在现代人生活中非常普遍，目前市场上用于舒缓肩颈酸痛的复方精油一般是由化学物质调配而成，功效非常低，且使用次数多了之后，不仅没有效果，还具有一定的化学副作用，针对上述情况，特提出一种用于舒缓肩颈酸痛的植物精油。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题，本发明公开了一种用于舒缓肩颈酸痛的植物精油，可治疗颈椎酸痛，缓解上班族及老年人腰酸背痛。
本发明公开了一种用于舒缓肩颈酸痛的植物精油，包括水、乙醇、丙二醇、香兰基丁基醚、辛酰羟肟酸、乙基己基甘油和植物提取物，其以下按重量百分比计的组份：水30～50份、乙醇10～15份、丙二醇8～10份、香兰基丁基醚3～5份、辛酰羟肟酸4～6份、乙基己基甘油5～10份、植物提取物50～80份。
本发明的优选方案为：所述植物提取物包括姜提取物4～6份、透骨草提取物3～6份、天麻提取物3～8份、艾叶提取物7～10份、忍冬提取物4～7份、红花提取物2～5份、鸡血藤提取物8～10份、没药提取物8～10份、乳香提取物6～8份、杜仲提取物8～10份。
本发明的优选方案为：所述其中各原料占总质量的最佳配比为：水40份、乙醇12份、丙二醇9份、香兰基丁基醚4份、辛酰羟肟酸5份、乙基己基甘油8份、姜提取物5份、透骨草提取物5份、天麻提取物6份、艾叶提取物8份、忍冬提取物6份、红花提取物3份、鸡血藤提取物8份、没药提取物9份、乳香提取物7份、杜仲提取物9份。
本发明的优选方案为：本发明提供了一种用于舒缓肩颈酸痛的植物精油的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤一：将水、丙二醇、辛酰羟肟酸和乙基己基甘油加入到容器中加热，得到混合物A，保温备用；
步骤二：将混合物A搅拌降温，在搅拌的情况下依次加入乙醇、香兰基丁基醚和植物提取物；
步骤三：继续搅拌并降低温度，使其搅拌均匀既得产品。
本发明的优选方案为：所述步骤一中的加热温度在70～80℃；步骤二中降温至40～50℃；步骤三中的温度降低至20～30℃。
本发明的优选方案为：本发明提供了一种用于舒缓肩颈酸痛的植物精油中植物提取物的提取方法，包括以下步骤：
S1.根据原料配比的相应取一定重量的植物原料并检测为质量合格；
S2.将上述原料粉碎并经过20目筛网筛选，得到植物粉末；
S3.将上述植物粉末利用水提法或醇提法进行微波萃取有效成分，随后进行离心分离，得到萃取液；
S4.将萃取液在减压的条件下进行浓缩，得到植物提取物。
本发明的优选方案为：所述S3中的微波功率为300～500W，萃取时间为15～25min，搅拌转速为200～300r/min。
本发明的优选方案为：所述S3中离心分离的转速为3000～5000r/min，离心分离的时间为15～30min。
本发明的优选方案为：所述S4中的浓缩压力为-0.06MPa～-0.09Mpa，温度为60℃～70℃。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体实施例，进一步阐述本发明。
本实施例提供了一种用于舒缓肩颈酸痛的植物精油，包括水、乙醇、丙二醇、香兰基丁基醚、辛酰羟肟酸、乙基己基甘油和植物提取物，其以下按重量百分比计的组份：水30～50份、乙醇10～15份、丙二醇8～10份、香兰基丁基醚3～5份、辛酰羟肟酸4～6份、乙基己基甘油5～10份、植物提取物50～80份。
植物提取物包括姜提取物4～6份、透骨草提取物3～6份、天麻提取物3～8份、艾叶提取物7～10份、忍冬提取物4～7份、红花提取物2～5份、鸡血藤提取物8～10份、没药提取物8～10份、乳香提取物6～8份、杜仲提取物8～10份。

S2.将上述原料粉碎并经过20目筛网筛选，得到植物粉末；
S3.将上述植物粉末利用水提法或醇提法进行微波萃取有效成分，随后进行离心分离，得到萃取液；
S4.将萃取液在减压的条件下进行浓缩，得到植物提取物。
S3中的微波功率为300～500W，萃取时间为15～25min，搅拌转速为200～300r/min。
S3中离心分离的转速为3000～5000r/min，离心分离的时间为15～30min。
S4中的浓缩压力为-0.06MPa～-0.09Mpa，温度为60℃～70℃。
上述配方中，部分组分功能如下：
透骨草提取物：祛风除湿，舒筋活络，活血止痛，解毒化疹。
天麻提取物：天麻素具有较好的镇静和安眠作用，对神经衰弱、失眠、头痛症状有缓解作用。
艾叶提取物：抗过敏，抗菌抗病毒，增强人体抗病能力，温经止血。
忍冬提取物：能改善皮肤炎症,有抵御细菌,收细毛孔,使皮肤更加光滑的功效。
红花提取物：活血通经，散瘀止痛。用于经闭，痛经，恶露不行，徵瘕痞块跌扑损伤，疮疡肿痛。
鸡血藤提取物：具有补血养血，舒筋活络的作用。用于月经失调，血虚萎黄，麻木瘫痪，风湿痹痛等。
没药提取物：有强效镇痛的作用。
乳香提取物：镇痛、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等作用。
杜仲提取物：杜仲叶中绿原酸含量较高，绿原酸具有利胆、抗菌、抗病毒、降压，升高白细胞及兴奋中枢神经系统等多种药理作用。
一种上述用于舒缓肩颈酸痛的植物精油的制备方法,称取配方量的姜提取物、透骨草提取物、天麻提取物、艾叶提取物、忍冬提取物、红花提取物、鸡血藤提取物、没药提取物份、乳香提取物、杜仲提取物混合，混合后依次加入水、乙醇、丙二醇、香兰基丁基醚、辛酰羟肟酸、乙基己基甘油，搅拌均匀即得植物精油。

1.一种用于舒缓肩颈酸痛的植物精油，其特征在于：包括水、乙醇、丙二醇、香兰基丁基醚、辛酰羟肟酸、乙基己基甘油和植物提取物，其以下按重量百分比计的组份：水30～50份、乙醇10～15份、丙二醇8～10份、香兰基丁基醚3～5份、辛酰羟肟酸4～6份、乙基己基甘油5～10份、植物提取物50～80份。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种用于舒缓肩颈酸痛的植物精油，其特征在于：所述植物提取物包括姜提取物4～6份、透骨草提取物3～6份、天麻提取物3～8份、艾叶提取物7～10份、忍冬提取物4～7份、红花提取物2～5份、鸡血藤提取物8～10份、没药提取物8～10份、乳香提取物6～8份、杜仲提取物8～10份。
3.根据权利要求2中所述的一种用于舒缓肩颈酸痛的植物精油，其特征在于：所述其中各原料占总质量的最佳配比为：水40份、乙醇12份、丙二醇9份、香兰基丁基醚4份、辛酰羟肟酸5份、乙基己基甘油8份、姜提取物5份、透骨草提取物5份、天麻提取物6份、艾叶提取物8份、忍冬提取物6份、红花提取物3份、鸡血藤提取物8份、没药提取物9份、乳香提取物7份、杜仲提取物9份。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的一种用于舒缓肩颈酸痛的植物精油的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
步骤一：将水、丙二醇、辛酰羟肟酸和乙基己基甘油加入到容器中加热，得到混合物A，保温备用；
步骤二：将混合物A搅拌降温，在搅拌的情况下依次加入乙醇、香兰基丁基醚和植物提取物；
步骤三：继续搅拌并降低温度，使其搅拌均匀既得产品。
5.根据权利要求4中所述的一种用于舒缓肩颈酸痛的植物精油的制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤一中的加热温度在70～80℃；步骤二中降温至40～50℃；步骤三中的温度降低至20～30℃。
6.根据权利要求3中所述的一种用于舒缓肩颈酸痛的植物精油的提取方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
