(3) dissolving mint ice by using sorghum liquor with the mass being 8 times of that of the raw material and the alcohol content being 63% vol, adding the dissolved mint ice into the raw wine, and stirring for 25min at the speed of 43r/min to obtain mint ice raw wine;
(4) adjusting the alcohol content of the menthol base wine to 54% vol by using kaoliang spirit and purified water with the alcohol content of 63% vol to obtain adjusted wine; and standing the adjusted wine for 12h, filtering by using a plate-and-frame filter with the filter membrane aperture of 0.5um, and encapsulating to obtain the Miao medicine wine.
Example 5
This example differs from example 4 only in that the wine used was pea wine, and the other operations were the same as example 4.
Typical case
1. The wine is applied to an affected part three times a day and is taken orally at the same time, 5ml is taken every time, the wine is taken in the morning and at the evening every day, the red swelling and pain are obviously relieved after three days of treatment, and the symptom disappears and is cured after the wine is continuously used for one week.

6-10 parts of angelica, 4-6 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 6-15 parts of radix rehmanniae, 4-6 parts of cinnamon, 6-15 parts of eucommia ulmoides, 3-5 parts of myrrh, 3-5 parts of edible tulip, 2-4 parts of polygonum cuspidatum and 1-3 parts of menthol.
2. The Miao medicine composition for treating gout according to claim 1, wherein the raw material components comprise:
8 parts of angelica, 5 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 10.5 parts of radix rehmanniae, 5 parts of cinnamon, 10.5 parts of eucommia ulmoides, 4 parts of myrrh, 4 parts of Indian iphigenia bulb, 3 parts of polygonum cuspidatum and 2 parts of menthol.
3. The Miao medicine composition for treating gout according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the dosage form of the Miao medicine composition is any one of powder, wine and paste.
4. The method for preparing a miao medicine composition for treating gout of claim 3, wherein the preparation of the medicated wine comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing the raw materials except Mentholum, extracting with wine under sealed condition, and filtering to obtain extractive solution and residue;
(2) squeezing the filter residue, mixing the squeezed liquid with the leaching liquor, and filtering to obtain wine base;
(3) dissolving Mentholum in wine, adding into the wine base, and stirring to obtain Mentholum wine base;
(4) adjusting the alcohol degree of the menthol base wine by using wine and purified water to obtain adjusted wine; and then standing, filtering and encapsulating the adjusted wine to obtain the wine.
5. The method for preparing a Miao medicine composition for treating gout as set forth in claim 4, wherein the wine is any one of kaoliang wine, corn wine, glutinous rice wine or pea wine.
6. The method for preparing a Miao medicine composition for the treatment of gout as claimed in claim 5, wherein the alcohol content of the wine is 60-65% vol.
7. The preparation method of the Miao medicine composition for treating gout according to claim 4, wherein in the step (1), the mass ratio of the raw materials to the wine is 1 (6-10); the leaching time is 8-12 days.
8. The method for preparing the Miao medicine composition for treating gout as claimed in claim 4, wherein in the step (2), the filter is a stainless steel filter screen of 100-150 meshes.
9. The preparation method of the Miao medicine composition for treating gout according to claim 4, wherein in the step (3), the mass ratio of the menthol to the wine is 1 (6-10); the stirring speed is 25-60r/min, and the stirring time is 20-30 min.

The method for preparing the Miao medicine composition for treating gout according to claim 4, wherein in the step (4), the alcohol content of the adjusted wine is 53 to 55% vol; the standing time is 10-14 h; the filtration uses a plate-and-frame filter with the aperture of the filter membrane of 0.1-1 um.
