背景技术
随着2020年新冠疫情的肆虐,消费者对抑菌产品需求持续上涨。现市面抑菌产品主要以75%酒精为主,长期使用75%酒精,会让双手皮肤上的皮脂及水分流失,导致手部皮肤干燥,或出现痕痒,敏感等情况,而酒精杀菌体现在即时性,不具有长时间的抑菌效果。
二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵作为一个阳离子乳化剂,具有良好的乳化性能,起到改善皮肤触感,抗静电的效果。
聚氨丙基双胍也称聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐,是一种阳离子聚合物。防腐原理是聚氨丙基双胍中的胍基团是带正电活性基团,很容易被呈负电性的各类细菌、病毒所吸附,从而抑制细菌病毒的分裂功能,加上聚合物形成的薄膜堵塞了微生物的呼吸通道,使微生物迅速窒息死亡。低浓度条件下,聚氨丙基双胍对革兰氏阳性、阴性细菌都有较强的抑制作用,但对霉菌的抑制作用欠佳。对分布于土壤、水、空气以及动物体中的芽孢杆菌具有杀灭效果。我国《化妆品安全技术规范》规定,化妆品中聚氨丙基双胍最高允许浓度为0.3%。聚氨丙基双胍因其刺激性低,常用于滴眼物、隐形眼镜护理物中。与阴离子和卡波姆不配伍;可与非离子和阳离子表面活性剂配伍。
二癸基二甲基氯化铵属新一代季胺盐型阳离子表面活性剂,它在常温低浓度下具有很强的杀菌功效,对细菌、霉菌、病毒和藻类等都具有快速杀灭作用。并对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、乙肝病毒等也有极强的杀灭功能。且具速效、长效双重功效,因此近年来被广泛用于多种场合的杀菌消毒。与阴离子和卡波姆不配伍;可与非离子和阳离子表面活性剂配伍。
大花仙人掌为仙人掌科仙人掌属肉质植物,其肉质茎、果、籽含有较高的水分、黄酮、多糖、氨基酸、纤维、蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质、维生素、生物碱、有机酸等提取物。其中生物碱、甾体化合物、黄酮类、甙类、酸性物质等有抑菌作用。
槐花为豆科植物槐的干燥花和花蕾,全国大部分地区均产。花开放或花蕾形成时采收,前者称为“槐花”,后者称为“槐米”。槐米与槐花化学成分基本一致。槐花具有凉血止血、清肝泻火的功效,常用于治疗血热妄行所引起的各种出血证;肝火上炎之目赤,头痛眩晕等。其性苦,微寒,归肝、大肠经。槐花提取物内含槐花多糖与芦丁具有抑菌活性。芦丁对金黄色葡萄球菌的黏附具有一定的抑制作用。槐花多糖对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄葡萄球菌均有抑菌活性,其中对金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌活性最强。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有抑菌效果的护手霜,添加天然植物提取物减少抑菌剂的用量,以解决良好的抑菌效果,抑菌产品带来的皮肤干燥、刺激,抑菌效果不持久等问题。
一种具有抑菌效果的护手霜,包括二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵1%-4%,聚氨丙基双胍0.01%-0.3%,二癸基二甲基氯化铵0.01%-0.5%,大花仙人掌提取物0.01%-0.5%,槐花提取物0.01%-0.5%。
一种具有抑菌效果的护手霜,主要包括以下组分及其重量百分含量:二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵1%-4%,聚氨丙基双胍0.01%-0.3%,二癸基二甲基氯化铵0.01%-0.5%,大花仙人掌提取物0.01%-0.5%,槐花提取物0.01%-0.5%,合成类油脂3%-10%,增稠剂0.1%-1%,保湿剂3%-20%,抗氧化剂0.1%-1%,聚二甲基硅氧烷及其衍生物1-5%,去离子水加至100%。
所述增稠剂为纤维素、黄原胶、非离子高聚物中的一种或者多种。
一种具有抑菌效果的护手霜,主要包括以下组分及其重量百分含量:二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵2%,聚氨丙基双胍0.1%,二癸基二甲基氯化铵0.2%,大花仙人掌提取物0.1%,槐花提取物0.1%,合成类油脂3%-10%,增稠剂0.1%-1%,保湿剂3%-20%,抗氧化剂0.1%-1%,聚二甲基硅氧烷及其衍生物1-5%,去离子水加至100%。
上述具有抑菌效果的护手霜的制备方法,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)将二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵、合成类油脂、油相增稠剂、抗氧化剂、聚二甲基硅氧烷及其衍生物混合置于油相锅中,搅拌升温至80℃;
(2)将去离子水、保湿剂、水相增稠剂、聚氨丙基双胍,二癸基二甲基氯化铵混合置于水相锅中,搅拌升温至80℃;
(3)采取抽真空的方式将水相和油相依次抽入乳化锅中,开启搅拌,搅拌速度为35r/min,均质5分钟,然后保温30分钟,搅拌速度为30r/min;
(4)冷却至45℃,加入大花仙人掌提取物,槐花提取物,继续搅拌;
(5)冷却至38℃,出料。
与现有技术相比,本发明将二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵,聚氨丙基双胍,二癸基二甲基氯化铵,大花仙人掌提取物,槐花提取物配合使用,互相协同作用,合理的选择各组分及其含量,以此为基础做出来的护手霜是具有多功能的,不仅具有较好的抑菌效果,良好的抗静电性能,改善皮肤触感,还能防止手部皮肤干燥,不给皮肤增加负担且效果持久,安全无毒副作用,适合各种人群使用。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明作进一步地详细描述。
实施例1-实施例3
一种具有抑菌效果的护手霜,包含组分及其重量百分比如表1所示。

制备方法:将油相混合置于油相锅中,搅拌升温至80℃;将水相混合置于水相锅中,搅拌升温至80℃;采取抽真空的方式将水相和油相依次抽入乳化锅中,开启搅拌,搅拌速度为35r/min,均质5分钟,然后保温30分钟,搅拌速度为30r/min;冷却至45℃,加入剩余原料,继续搅拌;冷却至38℃,出料,即得到所述的护手霜。
保湿性能测试
选取测试者20名,随机分成2组,每组10人,其中男5名,女5名,年龄分布为25到40岁,分别涂抹实施例1的具有抑菌效果的护手霜和75%酒精。测试时以手肘内侧作为测试部位,在手肘内侧画一个大小为2平方厘米的固定区域作为测试区域。在20℃、相对湿度50%的室内环境中,用CorneometerCM820皮肤水分测量仪对每组10名年龄在25-40岁之间的测试者手肘内侧皮肤进行皮肤的水份含量测试,其结果通过设定的湿度测量值(MoistureMeasurement Value,MMV)来表示,以评价该产品的补水保湿性能,均取平均值。结果如表2所示。
其中:MMV1——涂抹保湿霜前的皮肤MMV值,MMV2——涂抹保湿霜后1分钟内的皮肤MMV值,MMV3——涂抹保湿霜1小时后皮肤MMV值。
补水率=MMV2/MMV1×100%
保湿率=MMV3/MMV2×100%

由表中的测试数据可见,本发明的护手霜具有良好的补水性能和保湿性能。75%酒精对皮肤的保湿屏障造成了破坏。
对比例1-5及对照品
一种有抑菌效果的护手霜,包含组分及其重量百分比如表4所示。

抑菌测试
测试方法:本方法是采用QB/T2738-2012日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法测试。采用7.3抑菌型日化产品的抑菌效果检验方法(悬液定量法)测定。

由表中的测试数据可见,二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵不仅作为乳化剂,在抑菌效果上也起到协同增效的作用。实施例1短时间内可达到较好的抑菌效果,主要成分用量低,成本较低。
长效抑菌测试
抑菌试验操作步骤
A)试验开始前7d,受试者使用不含抗菌、抑菌成分的日化产品进行日常的肤发的清洁。
B)在受试者每只前臂画出的测试区域用带有印墨直径为3.0cm的玻璃量筒扣在皮肤上,划分出一个试验区,抑菌产品使用量为14mg(2mg/cm2)且均匀涂抹。受试者一侧前臂使用抑菌产品,另一侧使用对照品。
C)间隔0.5h,2h,4h,6h,8h后,在受试者每只前臂画出的测试区域进行接种、封包和回收存活细菌,具体步骤如下:
1)将金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 27217)连续转钟3代,取第三代培养物接种于胰蛋白胨大豆肉汤培养基(TSB)中,在(35±2)℃的条件下培养(20±2)h。然后用胰蛋白胨大豆肉汤适当稀释菌悬液,使菌悬液浓度约为1*104cfu/mL~9*104cfu/mL;
2)细菌接种
使用加样器取10μL上述菌悬液,接种于前臂试验区。用一次性接种环,把接种物涂成一个圆圈,使其与试验区边缘应有4mm~5mm的距离;
3)封包
细菌接种后立即用小塑料碗扣于染菌区上面,再用胶带将小塑料碗固定在皮肤上,记录封包的时间;
4)回收存货细菌
接种后2h±5min对前臂上接种区域进行取样。将金属筒放置于试验区中间部位,不要接触到盖有印墨的边缘。将含0.1%AEO-9的磷酸盐缓冲液(0.03mol/L)1mL吸移至金属筒内,用尼龙刮菌棒刮洗金属筒罩住区域内的皮肤60s,将筒内液体吸移至试管内,再加含0.1%AEO-9的磷酸盐缓冲液(0.03mol/L)1mL,对该区域内的皮肤进行第2次刮洗30s,将第2次擦洗的液体,注入含第1次刮洗液体的试管中;
5)试验区试验后的消毒处理
一个试验区采样后,需用乙醇溶液(70%)对试验区进行消毒。然后对另一个试验区以同样的方法进行采样,采样结束后,先用乙醇溶液(70%)对试验区进行消毒,然后用皮肤消毒剂对两只前臂进行消毒处理,处理后用清水冲洗,擦干,再涂少量的抗生素软膏;
6)平皿接种和培养
对每一个取样进行平皿接种,以磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)(0.03mol/L)对样品进行10倍系列稀释。选适当稀释度取0.1mL接种于2个含羊血5%的TSA平皿表面,用玻璃弯棒涂匀,在(35±2)℃的培养箱中培养(48±4)h,计数菌落数。

由表中的测试数据可见,实施例1的具有抑菌效果的护手霜具有长效抑菌效果。
稳定性测试
对比例7、8
一种有抑菌效果的护手霜,包含组分及其重量百分比如表6所示。

对实施例1、对比例6、7进行稳定性测试
耐热测试:在45℃电热恒温培养箱中放置一段时间,恢复室温后观察;
耐寒测试:在-10℃电冰箱中放置一段时间,恢复室温后观察;
冷热循环测试:在-10℃及45℃下循环存放3次,分别每次存放24h,即在-10℃存放24h后,在室温下存放24h,再放入45℃恒温箱中存放24h,依次循环3次,观察其稳定性。

由表7、表8可看出,二癸基二甲基氯化铵、聚氨丙基双胍不仅有抑菌作用,还可增强乳化能力,减少乳化剂的使用量,降低成本。
肤感评价
选取测试者30名,随机分成3组,每组10人,其中男5名,女5名,年龄分布为25到40岁,每次涂抹前对手部进行清洗、烘干,然后分别在手背涂抹实施例1、对比例1、2的护手霜,对涂抹感、涂后感进行评分,满分10分。
涂抹感:对产品的湿润度、铺展度、吸收性进行评分。
涂后感:对产品的滑爽感、柔软感进行评分。

由表中的测试数据可见,使用二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵作乳化剂的护手霜具有较好的涂后感。

1.一种具有抑菌效果的护手霜,其特征在于,包括二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵1%-4%,聚氨丙基双胍0.01%-0.3%,二癸基二甲基氯化铵0.01%-0.5%,大花仙人掌提取物0.01%-0.5%,槐花提取物0.01%-0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述具有抑菌效果的护手霜,其特征在于,主要包括以下组分及其重量百分含量:二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵1%-4%,聚氨丙基双胍0.01%-0.3%,二癸基二甲基氯化铵0.01%-0.5%,大花仙人掌提取物0.01%-0.5%,槐花提取物0.01%-0.5%,合成类油脂3%-10%,增稠剂0.1%-1%,保湿剂3%-20%,抗氧化剂0.1%-1%,聚二甲基硅氧烷及其衍生物1-5%,去离子水加至100%。
3.根据权利要求1所述具有抑菌效果的护手霜,其特征在于,主要包括以下组分及其重量百分含量:二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵2%,聚氨丙基双胍0.1%,二癸基二甲基氯化铵0.2%,大花仙人掌提取物0.1%,槐花提取物0.1%,合成类油脂3%-10%,增稠剂0.1%-1%,保湿剂3%-20%,抗氧化剂0.1%-1%,聚二甲基硅氧烷及其衍生物1-5%,去离子水加至100%。
4.根据权利要求2所述具有抑菌效果的护手霜,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为纤维素、黄原胶、非离子高聚物中的一种或者多种。
5.根据权利要求2所述具有抑菌效果的护手霜的制备方法,其特征在于,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)将二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵、合成类油脂、油相增稠剂、抗氧化剂、聚二甲基硅氧烷及其衍生物混合置于油相锅中,搅拌升温至80℃;
(2)将去离子水、保湿剂、水相增稠剂、聚氨丙基双胍,二癸基二甲基氯化铵混合置于水相锅中,搅拌升温至80℃;
(3)采取抽真空的方式将水相和油相依次抽入乳化锅中,开启搅拌,搅拌速度为35r/min,均质5分钟,然后保温30分钟,搅拌速度为30r/min;
(4)冷却至45℃,加入大花仙人掌提取物,槐花提取物,继续搅拌;
(5)冷却至38℃,出料。
