1. An electric massager, comprising:

3. The electric massager of claim 2, wherein a slot and a buckle are provided between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, wherein the slot and the buckle are mutually clamped.

The electric massager as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transmission mechanism comprises a gear shaft sleeve and a transmission gear set, the sleeve is connected with the gear shaft sleeve, the gear shaft sleeve is in transmission connection with the transmission gear set, and the transmission gear set is in transmission connection with the transmission mechanism.
5. The electric massager of claim 4, wherein the transmission gear set comprises a first gear and a second gear, the first gear is in transmission connection with the gear sleeve, and the second gear is connected with the first gear.

The electric massager of claim 5, wherein the first gear is a dual gear comprising a third gear and a fourth gear, the third gear is connected with the gear sleeve, the fourth gear is connected with the second gear, and the second gear is in transmission connection with the output shaft of the driving mechanism.
7. The electric massager of claim 5, further comprising a worm in sleeve connection with the output shaft of the driving mechanism, wherein the worm is in transmission connection with the second gear.
8. The electric massager of claim 4, wherein the gear hub is provided with a connecting block for fixedly connecting with the sleeve.
9. The electric massager of any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a housing, wherein the sleeve, the transmission mechanism and the driving mechanism are disposed in the housing.
10. The electric massager of claim 9, further comprising an audio module disposed within the housing and an earphone hole disposed on the housing, the audio module being electrically connected to the earphone hole.
