In other embodiments, the lower end of the guiding sleeve 160 may be directly fixedly connected to the bottom end of the basket 130 or the top end of the convex hull by welding, or the guiding sleeve 160 may be integrally formed with the basket 130.
In some embodiments of the present application, the elastic member 150 may be a coil spring, or may be a plurality of disc springs. In this embodiment, the elastic member 150 is preferably a coil spring, the coil spring is sleeved outside the push rod 140, one end of the coil spring abuts against the bottom end of the first annular boss 1402, the other end abuts against the top end of the third annular boss 1602, and the coil spring drives the push rod 140 to reset.
In some embodiments of the present application, a first annular groove 1401 is formed in a side wall of the lower end of the push rod 140, an annular clamping block 1701 which is clamped with the first annular groove 1401 is arranged on an inner wall of the sealing gasket 170, and the annular clamping block 1701 is clamped into the first annular groove 1401 so that the lower end of the push rod 140 is fixedly connected with the sealing gasket 170. In this embodiment, the gasket 170 is selected according to the shape of the portion of the basket 130 where the drain hole 1303 is located. For example, when the bottom end of the food steamer 130 is not provided with the convex hull, the drain holes 1303 are uniformly distributed at the bottom end of the food steamer 130 around the circumference of the push rod 140, and the sealing pad 170 can be in the form of a flat pad; when the bottom end of the steamer 130 is provided with the convex hulls, the drain holes 1303 are uniformly distributed on the side walls of the convex hulls in the circumferential direction, the shape of the upper parts of the sealing gaskets 170 is matched with the shape of the convex hulls, the upper parts of the sealing gaskets 170 are immersed into the convex hulls to seal the drain holes 1303, and the shapes of the sealing gaskets 170 can be adjusted according to the shapes of the convex hulls.
The working process is as follows:
the sealing pad 170 closes the water discharge hole 1303 before the rice cooker 100 is operated. A proper amount of water is added into the inner pot 1201, rice is put into the food steamer 130, a rice cooking mode is started, and after the water in the inner pot 1201 is heated and boiled, the water enters the food steamer 130 through the water inlet 1302 to soak the rice grains. After the rice grains are soaked for a predetermined time, the electromagnetic valve is powered on, the output shaft of the electromagnetic valve penetrates through the cooker cover 110 to be in contact with the upper end of the push rod 140 so as to drive the push rod 140 to move downwards, the push rod 140 moves downwards so as to drive the sealing gasket 170 to be away from the water discharge hole 1303, and the electric cooker 100 discharges water and removes sugar. After the drainage is finished, the electromagnetic valve is powered off, the output shaft of the electromagnetic valve is reset, the push rod 140 is automatically reset under the action of the elastic component 150, and the sealing gasket 170 seals the drainage hole 1303 again. The second round cooking mode is started, the process is executed circularly, and the electric cooker 100 can achieve a better blood sugar reducing effect through multiple times of water drainage and desugaring in the cooking process.
By adopting the electric cooker in the technical scheme, water drainage and desugaring can be carried out for many times in the process of cooking, and the electric cooker has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in assembly and disassembly and good user experience.
In another embodiment of the present application, when the output shaft of the power unit 1101 penetrates through the pot cover 110 and is fixedly connected to the upper end of the pushing rod 140 by a coupling or other means (such as welding, etc.), the elastic unit 150 and the guiding sleeve 160 may not be needed, and the power unit 1101 may directly drive the pushing rod 140 to move up and down to drive the sealing pad 170 to be close to or far away from the water discharge hole 1303.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention.
