As shown in fig. 3, the first return spring 30 is an extension spring, and the lower end thereof is connected to the upper end surface of the first vertical limiting rod 11; the first return spring 30 is always in a stretched state; so that the first vertical limiting rod 11 always effectively limits the two limiting telescopic rods 31 in the initial state.
As shown in fig. 16 and 19, the step stopper 26 and the second vertical stopper 23 are made of metal to enhance the strength thereof.
As shown in fig. 16, the second return spring 32 is a compression spring; the second return spring 32 is positioned in the fourth chute 9, one end of the second return spring is connected with the inner wall of the fourth chute 9, and the other end of the second return spring is connected with the end face of the telescopic sleeve in the corresponding limiting telescopic rod 31; when the shifting block 12 is located at the uppermost end of the seventh sliding chute 20, the two inclined planes at the upper end of the first vertical limiting rod 11 respectively generate acting force on the inclined planes of the telescopic jackets on the two limiting telescopic rods 31 under the action of the tensile force of the first return spring 30, so that the two second return springs 32 are in a compressed state; the second return spring 32 is compressed in the initial state in order to ensure that: when the first vertical limiting rod 11 moves downwards and the limitation on the two limiting telescopic rods 31 is removed, the two second return springs 32 respectively drive the two limiting telescopic rods 31 to move towards the third sliding groove 8 and simultaneously remove the limitation on the two cabinet doors 33.
As shown in fig. 19, the lower end surface of the second vertical limiting rod 23 is an outward convex arc surface; the lower end is an outward convex cambered surface, so that the second vertical limiting rod 23 can move more smoothly towards the corresponding limiting groove 15, and the lower end of the second vertical limiting rod 23 can enter the limiting groove 15 without the need of completely butting the lower end of the second vertical limiting rod 23 with the limiting groove 15.
As shown in fig. 16, the unlocking spring 25 and the driving spring 27 are both compression springs; the upper end of the unlocking spring 25 is connected with the inner wall of the sixth sliding chute 19, and the other end of the unlocking spring is connected with the upper end face of the second vertical limiting rod 23; one end of the driving spring 27 is connected with the step end face of the step stopper 26, and the other end is connected with the inner wall of the step sliding groove 21.
As shown in fig. 1 and 16, when the shifting block 12 is located at the top end of the seventh sliding chute 20, the unlocking spring 25 and the driving spring 27 are both in a compressed state.
The installation number of the space adjusting mechanisms 16 is adjusted according to the transverse width of the storage cavity 2 in the cabinet body 1, and the installation number of the partition plates 28 is adjusted according to the upper and lower heights of the storage cavity 2 in the cabinet body 1; the spatial arrangement in the shoe cabinet tends to be more reasonable, and the spatial waste is avoided.
The thickness of the adjusting slide block 29 in the invention is larger than that of the partition plate 28, so that the blocking phenomenon of the adjusting slide block 29 in the up-and-down sliding process along the T-shaped through groove 18 is avoided, and the smooth sliding of the adjusting slide block 29 in the T-shaped through groove 18 is ensured; in addition, the thickness of the adjusting slider 29 is increased to increase the strength of the matching body of the adjusting slider 29 and the partition plate 28.
In the invention, the distance between two adjacent step limiting blocks 26 is larger than the thickness of the adjusting slide block 29, so that the partition plate 28 is not interfered by the step limiting block 26 above the partition plate 28 in the process of adjusting the partition plate 28, and the position of the partition plate 28 can be smoothly adjusted.
In the invention, all the sliding grooves are coated with a proper amount of lubricating oil to prevent the components in the sliding grooves from jamming in the sliding process.
The working process of the invention is as follows: when shoes are required to be placed in the closed shoe cabinet and the inner space of the shoe cabinet is required to be adjusted, the shifting block 12 positioned outside the fixed rod 7 is shifted by hands to move downwards along the seventh sliding groove 20; the shifting block 12 drives the first vertical limiting rod 11 fixedly connected with the shifting block to slide downwards along the third sliding chute 8, and the first return spring 30 positioned at the upper end of the third sliding chute 8 is stretched; because the two inclined planes at the upper end of the first vertical limiting rod 11 are respectively in contact fit with the inclined planes of the telescopic jackets on the two limiting telescopic rods 31 under the action of the two second reset springs 32, when the first vertical limiting rod 11 moves downwards along the third sliding chute 8, the upper end of the first vertical limiting rod 11 gradually releases the limitation on the two limiting telescopic rods 31, the two limiting telescopic rods 31 respectively slide towards the direction of the third sliding chute 8 along the corresponding fourth sliding chute 9 and the corresponding fifth sliding chute 10 under the action of the corresponding second reset springs 32, and the telescopic inner rods on the two limiting telescopic rods 31 gradually separate from the locking grooves 36 on the corresponding cabinet doors 33 and respectively retract towards the corresponding fifth sliding chutes 10 and gradually release the limitation on the cabinet doors 33; meanwhile, the first vertical limiting rod 11 drives the horizontal limiting rod 14 to move downwards along the first sliding groove 4 through the connecting block 13, and gradually relieves the limitation on the downward movement of the second vertical limiting rod 23 with the lower end positioned in the limiting groove 15 along the sixth sliding groove 19; under the action of the compressed unlocking spring 25, the second vertical limiting rod 23 moves downwards along the sixth sliding groove 19, and the unlocking groove 24 on the side end face of the second vertical limiting rod 23 and above the corresponding step limiting block 26 gradually draws close to the corresponding step limiting block 26; when the shifting block 12 is shifted downwards to a certain distance, the ends of the limiting telescopic rods 31 positioned at the two sides of the fixed rod 7 are completely contracted into the corresponding fifth sliding grooves 10 and the limitation on the two cabinet doors 33 is removed, and the two cabinet doors 33 are automatically opened towards the two sides around the central axis of the corresponding swing shaft 37 respectively under the action of the volute spiral spring 38; at this time, the horizontal limiting rod 14 moves downwards for a distance along the first sliding groove 4, the second vertical limiting rod 23 moves downwards for a distance along the sixth sliding groove 19 along with the horizontal limiting rod 14, the lower end of the second vertical limiting rod is still located in the corresponding limiting groove 15 on the upper end face of the horizontal limiting rod 14, the unlocking spring 25 located in the sixth sliding groove 19 is still in a compressed state, the plurality of unlocking grooves 24 distributed on the side end face of the second vertical limiting rod 23 are about to meet a plurality of step limiting blocks 26 uniformly distributed on the side wall of the sixth sliding groove 19, the second vertical limiting rod 23 continues to limit the step limiting blocks 26, and the plurality of step limiting blocks 26 do not move under the continuous limiting of the second vertical limiting rod 23 and continue to limit the adjusting slide block 29.
After the cabinet door 33 is opened, the shoes placed on the cabinet door are taken down from the partition board 28 and the shifting block 12 is continuously shifted to move downwards along the seventh sliding groove 20, and the first vertical limiting rod 11 fixedly connected with the shifting block 12 drives the horizontal limiting rod 14 to continuously move downwards along the first sliding groove 4 through the connecting block 13; the limiting groove 15 on the horizontal limiting rod 14, which is matched with the lower end of the second vertical limiting rod 23, is gradually separated from the second vertical limiting rod 23 and gradually relieves the limitation on the movement of the moving block 17 along the direction of the limiting guide groove 3; when the shifting block 12 is shifted downwards to the lowest end, the shifting block 12 drives the horizontal limiting rod 14 to move downwards to the limit position along the first sliding groove 4 through the first vertical limiting rod 11 and the connecting block 13, the limiting groove 15, which is matched with the lower end of the second vertical limiting rod 23, on the horizontal limiting rod 14 is completely separated from the second vertical limiting rod 23 and completely removes the limitation on the up-down, left-right movement of the second vertical limiting rod 23, the unlocking spring 25 completely releases energy, the second vertical limiting rod 23 moves downwards to the limit position along the sixth sliding groove 19 under the action of the compressed unlocking spring 25, and the unlocking grooves 24 on the side end face of the second vertical limiting rod 23 meet a plurality of step limiting blocks 26 extending out of the step sliding grooves 21 respectively; under the action of the corresponding compressed driving springs 27, the plurality of step limiting blocks 26 respectively move towards the unlocking grooves 24 on the second vertical limiting rod 23 along the corresponding step sliding grooves 21, one end of each step limiting block 26 with an inclined plane enters the unlocking groove 24 on the second vertical limiting rod 23, the driving springs 27 embedded on the plurality of step limiting blocks 26 completely release energy, and one end of each step limiting block 26, which is positioned in the T-shaped through groove 18, contracts into the step sliding groove 21 and releases the limitation on the adjusting slide block 29 arranged at the side end of the partition plate 28; because friction exists between the adjusting slide block 29 and the inner wall of the T-shaped through groove 18, the partition plate 28 cannot freely fall along the T-shaped through groove 18, and the first return spring 30 is stretched to the longest length; then, the moving block 17 is dragged by the other hand to move left and right along the limiting guide groove 3 to a proper position, so that the lower end of the second vertical limiting rod 23 is opposite to the new limiting groove 15 on the horizontal limiting rod 14, then the partition plate 28 on the side end face of the moving block 17 is continuously adjusted, so that the partition plate 28 moves up and down along the T-shaped through groove 18 to a proper position, then the acting force acting on the shifting block 12 is removed, and under the action of the first reset spring 30, the shifting block 12 and the horizontal limiting rod 14 are driven by the first vertical limiting rod 11 to move up along the first sliding groove 4 to an initial position; two bilaterally symmetrically distributed inclined planes at the upper end of the first vertical limiting rod 11 respectively and simultaneously act on an inclined plane at one end of the two limiting telescopic rods 31, which is positioned in the third sliding groove 8, so that the two limiting telescopic rods 31 slide outwards to the third sliding groove 8 along the corresponding fourth sliding groove 9 and the corresponding fifth sliding groove 10 to initial positions, and two second return springs 32 embedded on the two limiting telescopic rods 31 are simultaneously compressed again; the lower end of the second vertical limiting rod 23 enters the limiting groove 15 which is arranged on the horizontal limiting rod 14 and is opposite to the lower end of the second vertical limiting rod 23; the bottom of the limiting groove 15 acts on the lower end of the second vertical limiting rod 23 and pushes the second vertical limiting rod 23 to move to the initial position along the sixth sliding groove 19, and the unlocking spring 25 is compressed again; the lower side edges of the notches of the unlocking grooves 24 on the second vertical limiting rod 23 act on the inclined surfaces of the step limiting blocks 26 respectively, so that the step limiting blocks 26 respectively and simultaneously contract inwards to initial positions along the corresponding step sliding grooves 21, the driving springs 27 embedded on the step limiting blocks 26 are compressed to initial state lengths again, the other ends of the step limiting blocks 26 enter the T-shaped through grooves 18 and are located at the lower ends of the partition plates 28 to form new limits on the partition plates 28 which are adjusted to the target positions, and space adjustment in the shoe cabinet is finished.
After the preliminary space adjustment is finished, the acting force acting on the shifting block 12 is removed; if the lower end of the second vertical limiting rod 23 is not aligned with the corresponding limiting groove 15 on the horizontal limiting rod 14, the lower end of the second vertical limiting rod 23 interacts with the upper end face of the horizontal limiting rod 14, and the horizontal limiting rod 14 pushes the first vertical limiting rod 11 to move upwards; the lower sides of the notches of the plurality of limiting grooves 15 on the second vertical limiting rod 23 act on the inclined surfaces of the ends of the step limiting blocks 26, so that one ends of the plurality of step limiting blocks 26, which are positioned in the limiting grooves 15, are respectively retracted inwards along the corresponding step sliding grooves 21, and the other ends of the step limiting blocks 26 slide outwards along the corresponding step sliding grooves 21 and limit the partition plates 28; when the first vertical limiting rod 11 drives the horizontal limiting rod 14 to move upwards to the initial position under the action of the first return spring 30, the upper end surface of the horizontal limiting rod 14 presses the lower end of the second vertical limiting rod 23 to enable the lower end of the second vertical limiting rod to enter and be positioned in the sixth sliding groove 19 deeper than the initial position, the unlocking spring 25 is compressed to a length shorter than the initial state, and the unlocking groove 24 at the initial position below the corresponding step limiting block 26 is closer to the step limiting block 26 above but does not meet the step limiting block 26 above; at this time, the moving plate only needs to be pushed by hand to move slightly left and right, so that the lower end of the second vertical limiting rod 23 is aligned with the limiting groove 15 on the horizontal limiting rod 14; under the action of the unlocking spring 25, the lower end of the second vertical limiting rod 23 enters the limiting groove 15 and instantly reaches the bottom of the limiting groove 15, the second vertical limiting rod 23 returns to the initial position, the compression amount of the unlocking spring 25 is restored to the initial state, and the distance between the unlocking groove 24 and the corresponding step limiting block 26 is restored to the initial state.
After the preliminary space adjustment is finished, the acting force acting on the shifting block 12 is removed; if a certain partition plate 28 on the side end face of the moving block 17 is not placed above the notch of the appropriate step slide groove 21 but blocks the notch of the step slide groove 21; the plurality of step limiting blocks 26 are still positioned in the corresponding unlocking grooves 24 under the limitation of the adjusting slide block 29, and the second vertical limiting rod 23 is positioned at the lowest limit position without resetting; under the action of the first return spring 30, the horizontal limiting rod 14 is driven by the first vertical limiting rod 11 to move upwards, and the lower end of the second vertical limiting rod 23 enters the target limiting groove 15 on the horizontal limiting rod 14 and instantly reaches the bottom of the limiting groove 15; since the second vertical limiting rod 23 cannot be reset under the limitation of the adjusting slide block 29, the horizontal limiting rod 14 cannot return to the initial position under the limitation of the second vertical limiting rod 23 after moving upward for a certain distance along the first sliding chute 4, and the first vertical limiting rod 11 and the shift lever cannot completely return to the initial position; at this time, the partition plate 28 which is not in the proper position is pushed to move slightly upwards, and the limitation on the step limiting block 26 is removed; the horizontal restraint bar 14 is no longer restrained by the second vertical restraint bar 23; under the action of the first return spring 30, the first vertical limiting rod 11 drives the shifting block 12 and the horizontal limiting rod 14 to continue moving and return to the initial position, the bottom of the limiting groove 15 on the horizontal limiting rod 14 pushes the second vertical limiting rod 23 to move upwards to the initial position, and the unlocking spring 25 is compressed to the length of the initial state; the lower side edge of the notch of the unlocking groove 24 on the second vertical limiting rod 23 acts on the inclined plane at the end of the step limiting block 26, so that the step limiting blocks 26 are simultaneously and inwardly contracted to initial positions along the corresponding step sliding grooves 21, the driving springs 27 embedded on the step limiting blocks 26 are compressed to initial state lengths, the other ends of the step limiting blocks 26 enter the T-shaped through grooves 18 and are positioned at the lower ends of the partition plates 28 to limit the partition plates 28 which are adjusted to target positions, and shoes are placed after the adjustment of the space of the shoe cabinet is finished; then the cabinet door 33 is closed, the side end surface of the cabinet door 33 acts on the inclined surface of the end of the limiting telescopic rod 31 at the two sides of the fixed rod 7, so that the limiting telescopic rod 31 is contracted and the limitation on the cabinet door 33 is removed; when the cabinet door 33 is completely closed, the unlocking groove 24 on the cabinet door 33 is aligned with the rod end of the limiting telescopic rod 31, and enters the unlocking groove 24 under the action of the return spring in the limiting telescopic rod 31 to lock the cabinet door 33.
