The embodiment of the disclosure provides an express delivery cabinet.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an express delivery cabinet, including: the cabinet comprises a cabinet body, a cabinet door, a door lock, a partition plate and a partition plate driving assembly, wherein one end of the cabinet body is open, and an accommodating space is formed inside the cabinet body; the cabinet doors comprise a first cabinet door and a second cabinet door, the first cabinet door and the second cabinet door are rotatably arranged at the opening end of the cabinet body, and when the first cabinet door and the second cabinet door are simultaneously in a closed state, the accommodating space in the cabinet body is in a closed state; the door lock is fixedly connected with the cabinet body and comprises a first locking mechanism and a second locking mechanism, and when the first cabinet door is in a closed state, the first locking mechanism locks the first cabinet door; when the second cabinet door is in a closed state, the second locking mechanism locks the second cabinet door; the partition board is arranged in the cabinet body and divides the accommodating space in the cabinet body into a first accommodating space and a second accommodating space; the partition driving assembly is fixedly arranged inside the cabinet body, is fixedly connected with the partition and is configured to drive the partition to translate in the cabinet body along the direction perpendicular to the partition so as to change the volumes of the first accommodating space and the second accommodating space and lock the partition at a target position.
In some embodiments, the partition driving assembly comprises a bracket, a moving part and a driving device, wherein the bracket is fixedly connected with the inner wall in the cabinet and used for bearing the moving part and the driving device; one end of the moving part is movably connected with the bracket, the other end of the moving part is connected with the driving device, and the moving part is fixedly connected with one end of the partition plate; the driving device is used for driving the moving part to linearly move along the horizontal direction or the vertical direction so as to drive the partition board to translate along the horizontal direction or the vertical direction.
In some embodiments, the moving part comprises one of: chain sprocket assembly, lead screw assembly and gear rack assembly.
In some embodiments, the first cabinet door and the second cabinet door are rotatably arranged at the end part of the top surface or the bottom surface of the open end of the cabinet body, and the rotating shaft of the first cabinet door and the rotating shaft of the second cabinet door are parallel to the horizontal direction and are collinear; the door lock is fixedly arranged on the bottom surface or the top surface of the cabinet body; the partition board is vertically arranged in the cabinet body; the partition driving assembly is arranged on the inner wall of the top surface of the cabinet body and is configured to drive the partition to horizontally move in the cabinet body.
In some embodiments, the first cabinet door and the second cabinet door are respectively rotatably arranged on the top surface and the bottom surface of the open end of the cabinet body, and the rotating shaft of the first cabinet door and the rotating shaft of the second cabinet door are both parallel to the horizontal direction; the door lock is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the cabinet body; the partition board is horizontally arranged in the cabinet body; the partition driving assembly is arranged on the side wall inside the cabinet body and is configured to drive the partition to move horizontally in the accommodating space inside the cabinet body along the vertical direction.
In some embodiments, the first cabinet door and the second cabinet door are respectively rotatably disposed on two side walls of the open end of the cabinet body, and the rotating shaft of the first cabinet door and the rotating shaft of the second cabinet door are both parallel to the vertical direction; the door lock is arranged on the bottom surface or the top surface of the cabinet body; the partition board is vertically arranged in the cabinet body; the partition driving assembly is arranged on the inner wall of the top surface of the cabinet body and is configured to drive the partition to horizontally move in the accommodating space inside the cabinet body.
In some embodiments, the first cabinet door and the second cabinet door are rotatably arranged on the same side wall of the open end of the cabinet body, and the rotating shaft of the first cabinet door and the rotating shaft of the second cabinet door are parallel to the vertical direction and are collinear; the door lock is arranged on the other side wall of the opening end of the cabinet body; the partition board is horizontally arranged in the cabinet body; the partition driving assembly is arranged on the side wall inside the cabinet body and is configured to drive the partition to move horizontally in the accommodating space inside the cabinet body along the vertical direction.
In some embodiments, the first door and the second door are flat plates having different areas.
According to the express cabinet provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the two locking mechanisms respectively control the locking actions of the two cabinet doors, and the space in the cabinet body is separated into two parts through the partition plate. The size of the two accommodating spaces is changed by driving the partition boards to move horizontally, if the volume of the article to be delivered is small, only one cabinet door can be opened for delivery, and the closed space formed by the other cabinet door and the partition boards can be used for accommodating other articles; when the article volume of waiting to deliver is great, can remove the baffle to one side, open two cabinet doors simultaneously and deliver, improved express delivery cabinet inside accommodation space's utilization ratio.

It should be noted that, in the present disclosure, the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of a first embodiment of an express delivery cabinet of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an express delivery cabinet, including: the cabinet comprises a cabinet body 10, a cabinet door, a door lock 40, a partition plate 50 and a partition plate driving assembly 60, wherein one end of the cabinet body 10 is open, and an accommodating space is formed inside the cabinet body 10; the cabinet doors comprise a first cabinet door 20 and a second cabinet door 30, the first cabinet door 20 and the second cabinet door 30 are rotatably arranged at the opening end of the cabinet body 10, and when the first cabinet door 20 and the second cabinet door 30 are simultaneously in a closed state, the accommodating space inside the cabinet body 10 is in a closed state; the door lock 40 is fixedly connected with the cabinet 10, and the door lock 40 includes a first locking mechanism (not shown in the figure) and a second locking mechanism (not shown in the figure), and when the first cabinet door 20 is in a closed state, the first locking mechanism locks the first cabinet door 20; when the second cabinet door 30 is in a closed state, the second locking mechanism locks the second cabinet door 30; the partition board 50 is disposed inside the cabinet 10, and the partition board 50 partitions an accommodating space inside the cabinet 10 into a first accommodating space and a second accommodating space; the partition driving assembly 60 is fixedly disposed inside the cabinet 10, is fixedly connected to the partition 50, and is configured to drive the partition 50 to translate in a direction perpendicular to the partition 50 inside the cabinet 10, so as to change the volumes of the first accommodating space and the second accommodating space, and lock the partition 50 at a target position.
In this embodiment, the two locking mechanisms respectively control the locking actions of the two cabinet doors, so as to independently control the opening and closing of the two cabinet doors, so that each cabinet door can cooperate with the partition 50 to form an independent closed space.
The target positions of the partition board 50 comprise a first target position and a second target position, wherein when the partition board 50 is located at the first target position, the partition board 50 is located between the two locking mechanisms, the openings of the first accommodating space and the second accommodating space respectively correspond to the first cabinet door 20 and the second cabinet door 30, and the two accommodating spaces are independent and can be used for delivering or taking the articles independently; when the partition board 50 is located at the second target position, the partition board 50 is located at the end portion inside the cabinet body 10, so that the volume of the first accommodating space or the second accommodating space is the largest, only one accommodating space can be used for delivering or taking the articles, and two cabinet doors are required to be opened or closed synchronously.
The partition driving assembly 60 may be, for example, a motor fixed on the inner wall of the cabinet 10 and a push rod fixedly connected to the partition 50, wherein the motor drives the push rod to move linearly so as to push the partition 50 to move horizontally inside the cabinet 10 or lock the partition 50 at a target position. For another example, a cylinder and piston assembly or a belt assembly may also be employed. In the present embodiment, the connection point of the partition board 50 and the partition board driving assembly 60 is located at the end of the partition board 50, and is far away from the central area of the partition board 50, so as to prevent the partition board driving assembly 60 from occupying more accommodating space.
In one specific example, when the item to be delivered is a small volume item, such as a drug, the barrier 50 may be locked in the first target position and then only one door may be opened to place the item therein to complete the delivery. The other cabinet door and the partition 50 form a containing space for delivering other articles. When the article to be delivered is large in volume, the partition 50 may be locked at the second target position, and then both doors are opened simultaneously to place the article therein, completing the delivery.
In the present embodiment, the internal space of the cabinet 10 is divided into two parts by the partition plate 50. The size of the two accommodating spaces is changed by driving the partition board 50 to translate, if the volume of the article to be delivered is small, only one cabinet door can be opened for delivery, and the closed space formed by the other cabinet door and the partition board 50 can be used for accommodating other articles; when the article volume of waiting to deliver is great, can remove baffle 50 to one side, open two cabinet doors simultaneously and deliver, improved express delivery cabinet inside accommodation space's utilization ratio.
In some optional implementations of the present embodiment, the partition driving assembly 60 includes a bracket 600, a moving part 610 and a driving device 620, wherein the bracket 600 is fixedly connected with an inner wall in the cabinet for carrying the moving part 610 and the driving device 620; one end of the moving part 610 is movably connected with the bracket 600, the other end is connected with the driving device 620, and the moving part 610 is fixedly connected with one end of the partition plate 50; the driving device 620 is used for driving the moving part 610 to move linearly in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction so as to drive the partition board 50 to translate in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction.
Further, the moving part 610 includes one of the following: chain sprocket subassembly, lead screw subassembly and gear rack subassembly, so, can select for use the baffle drive assembly 60 of adaptation in a flexible way according to actual demand.
In a specific example of the present embodiment, the chain and sprocket assembly (not shown) includes a chain and a sprocket set, the chain is wound around the sprocket set, and the chain is fixedly connected to one end of the partition 50; the sprocket set includes a driving sprocket fixedly connected to the driving device 620 (for example, a motor), and a driven sprocket rotatably disposed on the bracket 600; the driving device 620 is used for driving the chain to make a linear motion along the horizontal direction or the vertical direction so as to drive the partition board 50 to translate along the horizontal direction or the vertical direction.
In another specific example of the present embodiment, the screw assembly (not shown in the drawings) includes a screw and a screw nut, one end of the screw is connected to the driving device 620, and the other end is rotatably connected to the bracket 600; the lead screw nut is sleeved on the lead screw and is fixedly connected with one end of the partition plate 50; the driving device 620 is used for driving the lead screw to rotate so as to drive the lead screw nut and the partition plate 50 to make linear motion along the horizontal direction or the vertical direction.
In a further specific example of the present embodiment, the rack and pinion assembly (not shown) includes a rack and a pinion, the rack is movably fixedly connected to the bracket 600, and the rack is fixedly connected to one end of the partition 50; the gear is meshed with the rack; the driving device 620 is connected to the gear and configured to drive the gear to rotate so as to drive the rack and the partition 50 to move linearly in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction.
Referring next to fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a front view of a second embodiment of the express delivery cabinet of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 2, in some alternative implementations of the present embodiment, the first cabinet door 20 and the second cabinet door 30 are rotatably disposed at the top or bottom end of the open end of the cabinet body 10, and the rotating shaft of the first cabinet door 20 and the rotating shaft of the second cabinet door 30 are parallel to the horizontal direction and are collinear; the door lock 40 is fixedly arranged on the bottom surface or the top surface of the cabinet body 10; the partition plate 50 is vertically arranged inside the cabinet body 10; the partition driving assembly 60 is disposed on an inner wall of the top surface of the cabinet 10 and configured to drive the partition 50 to translate in a horizontal direction inside the cabinet 10.
Referring next to fig. 3, fig. 3 illustrates a front view of a third embodiment of the express delivery cabinet of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3, in some alternative implementations of the present embodiment, the first cabinet door 20 and the second cabinet door 30 are respectively rotatably disposed on the top surface and the bottom surface of the open end of the cabinet body 10, and the rotating shaft of the first cabinet door 20 and the rotating shaft of the second cabinet door 30 are both parallel to the horizontal direction; the door lock 40 is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the cabinet 10; the partition plate 50 is horizontally arranged inside the cabinet body 10; the partition driving assembly 60 is disposed on a side wall inside the cabinet 10 and configured to drive the partition 50 to translate along a vertical direction in the accommodating space inside the cabinet 10.
Referring next to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a front view illustrating a fourth embodiment of the express delivery cabinet of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4, in some alternative implementations of the present embodiment, the first cabinet door 20 and the second cabinet door 30 are respectively and rotatably disposed on two side walls of the open end of the cabinet body 10, and the rotating shaft of the first cabinet door 20 and the rotating shaft of the second cabinet door 30 are both parallel to the vertical direction; the door lock 40 is arranged on the bottom surface or the top surface of the cabinet 10; the partition plate 50 is vertically arranged inside the cabinet body 10; the partition driving assembly 60 is disposed on an inner wall of the top surface of the cabinet 10 and configured to drive the partition 50 to horizontally translate in the accommodating space inside the cabinet 10.
Referring next to fig. 5, fig. 5 shows a front view of a fifth embodiment of the express delivery cabinet of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 5, in some alternative implementations of the present embodiment, the first cabinet door 20 and the second cabinet door 30 are rotatably disposed on the same side wall of the open end of the cabinet body 10, and the rotating shaft of the first cabinet door 20 and the rotating shaft of the second cabinet door 30 are parallel to the vertical direction and are collinear; the door lock 40 is arranged on the other side wall of the opening end of the cabinet 10; the partition plate 50 is horizontally arranged inside the cabinet body 10; the partition driving assembly 60 is disposed on a side wall inside the cabinet 10 and configured to drive the partition 50 to translate along a vertical direction in the accommodating space inside the cabinet 10.
The express delivery cabinet of this embodiment adopts the structure among the several above-mentioned embodiments according to actual demand, can be more nimble during the application.
With continued reference to fig. 3 or 4, as shown in fig. 3 or 4, in a preferred implementation of the foregoing implementation, the first door 20 and the second door 30 are flat plates with different areas, and correspondingly, offset door locks 40 are adopted, so that the space utilization rate of the express delivery cabinet can be further improved.
