Abstract
The invention discloses an L ED intelligent display screen and a configuration control system thereof, wherein a L ED intelligent display screen comprises a controller used as a data processing center, a touch screen connected with the controller and used for displaying monitoring information and inputting control instructions, a 4G communication module connected with the controller and used for data interaction with a 4G module of the monitoring center through a 4G network, and a data acquisition interface configured to be connected with a local data acquisition device through a serial port.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of terminal display, in particular to an L ED intelligent display screen and a configuration control system thereof.
Background
In modern industrial production, the operation state of all equipment in a workshop is monitored in real time mainly in a remote software indication mode, and the remote software indication mode comprises a field data acquisition hardware system, a microprocessor and an L ED display screen, wherein the field data acquisition hardware system is connected with the microprocessor through an electric signal, and the microprocessor interacts with a L ED display screen of a monitoring center through a router and the Internet so as to realize remote monitoring and display.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the invention provides an L ED intelligent display screen and a configuration control system thereof, which can conveniently construct a remote monitoring network of any electrified device.
The L ED intelligent display screen comprises a controller serving as a data processing center, a touch screen connected with the controller and used for displaying monitoring information and inputting control instructions, a 4G communication module connected with the controller and used for data interaction with a 4G module of the monitoring center through a 4G network, and a data acquisition interface configured to be connected with a local data acquisition device through a serial port.
According to the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention, the technical scheme at least has the following technical effects that the technical scheme integrates common touch screen + RTU/P L C +4G communication into a whole by arranging the controller, the touch screen, the 4G communication module and the data acquisition interface, and adopts a 3-in-1 integrated design, so that communication equipment such as DTUs and the like are not required to be externally connected, data information can be simultaneously reported to a plurality of monitoring centers, and the cost and the installation difficulty of the external equipment are reduced.

According to some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the L ED smart display further comprises a data storage device coupled to the controller.
According to some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the L ED smart display further comprises expansion memory coupled to the controller.
According to some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the expansion memory is an SD card and/or a usb disk.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, a configuration control system using the L ED smart display screen includes a serial device connected to the controller through the data acquisition interface.
According to the embodiment of the second aspect of the invention, the technical scheme has the following technical effects that the L ED intelligent display screen, the 4G communication module and the serial port devices are combined, and the controller is provided with corresponding configuration control software, so that various functions such as wireless remote communication, man-machine interaction interfaces, data acquisition and the like can be realized, and the intelligent fire-fighting water-service system can be widely applied to the fields such as intelligent fire-fighting, intelligent water service, intelligent industry, intelligent agriculture, intelligent heating, traffic logistics and the like.

This technical scheme is through setting up controller 100, touch-sensitive screen 200, 4G communication module 310 and data acquisition interface 400, realizes collecting ordinary touch-sensitive screen 200+ RTU/P L C +4G communication in an organic whole, and 3 close 1 integrated design need not communication equipment such as external DTU, and data information can report to a plurality of surveillance centers simultaneously, has reduced external equipment's the cost and the installation degree of difficulty.

In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the L ED smart display further comprises a data storage 500 connected to the controller 100, the data storage 500 is 256mnand f L ASH, which is expandable to 1G.
In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the L ED smart display further includes an expansion memory 600 connected to the controller 100, and data can be stored cyclically, without loss of power, and can be maintained for more than 10 years.
In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the expansion memory 600 is an SD card and/or a usb disk.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, a configuration control system using the L ED smart display screen includes a serial device 700 connected to the controller 100 through the data acquisition interface 400.
As shown in fig. 2, according to the technical solution, a L ED smart display screen, a 4G communication module 310 and a plurality of serial devices 700 are integrated, and corresponding configuration control software is loaded on the controller 100, so that various functions such as wireless remote communication, human-computer interaction interface, data acquisition and the like can be realized, and the intelligent fire-fighting, intelligent water service, intelligent industry, intelligent agriculture, intelligent heating, traffic logistics and the like can be more widely applied.
In some embodiments of the second aspect of the present invention, the serial device 700 includes a DTU710, a serial meter 720, a P L C730, and a camera 740, and the DTU710, the serial meter 720, the P L C730, and the camera 740 are all connected to the data collecting interface 400.

Claims (10)
1. An L ED smart display screen, comprising:
the controller is used as a data processing center;
the touch screen is connected with the controller and used for displaying monitoring information and inputting control instructions;
the 4G communication module is connected with the controller and used for data interaction with the 4G module of the monitoring center through a 4G network;
the data acquisition interface is configured to be connected with a local data acquisition device through a serial port.
2. The L ED smart display screen of claim 1, wherein the controller is an RTU or P L C.
3. The L ED smart display screen of claim 1, wherein the 4G communication module is connected to the controller using a PCI-E interface.
4. The L ED smart display screen of claim 3, wherein the PCI-E interface is connected with one or more of L oRa module, WiFi module, Zigbee module and Bluetooth module in an expansion mode.
5. The L ED smart display screen of claim 1, wherein the data acquisition interface includes a power interface, a two-way RS232 interface, a three-way RS485 interface.
6. The L ED smart display screen of claim 1, further comprising a data storage connected to the controller.
7. The L ED smart display screen of claim 6, further comprising expansion memory connected to the controller.
8. L ED smart display screen according to claim 7, wherein the expansion memory is SD card and/or U disk.
9. A configuration control system of L ED intelligent display screen, which is characterized by comprising a serial port device connected with the controller through the data acquisition interface, according to claims 1 to 8.
10. The configuration control system of claim 9, wherein the serial device comprises a DTU, a serial meter, a P L C, and a camera, and the DTU, the serial meter, the P L C, and the camera are all connected to the data collection interface.
