A vacuum collection apartment kitchen waste disposal system according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein said vacuum collection system comprises a vacuum collection subsystem, a vacuum main, a vacuum storage tank, a vacuum pump and a sewage pump, which are arranged according to the number of said residential units; the vacuum collection subsystem comprises a vacuum interface valve and a vacuum sub-pipe, wherein an inlet of the vacuum interface valve is directly connected with the lowest end of the gravity collection pipeline or is connected with the lowest end of the gravity collection pipeline through a section of horizontal pipe; the vacuum interface valve is normally closed, solid-containing liquid coming from the gravity collecting pipeline is gathered in a pipeline or a section of transverse pipe at the front end of the vacuum interface valve, the vacuum interface valve is controlled by the liquid level sensor, and when a certain amount of liquid in the pipeline or the section of transverse pipe at the front end of the vacuum interface valve reaches, the first liquid level sensor triggers the vacuum interface valve to be opened, so that the liquid is sucked into the vacuum storage tank through the main vacuum pipe; the vacuum interface valve is re-closed at a set time; an outlet of the vacuum interface valve is connected with one end of the vacuum branch pipe, and the other end of the vacuum branch pipe is connected with a corresponding feed inlet of the vacuum main pipe from the upper part of the vacuum main pipe; the discharge gate that the vacuum was responsible for with the feed inlet of vacuum holding vessel links to each other, the upper portion of vacuum holding vessel pass through the pipeline with vacuum pump connection the lower part of vacuum holding vessel is provided with the drain, the entry of dredge pump with the drain is connected, the export of dredge pump constitutes vacuum collection system's total discharge port and with kitchen garbage processing apparatus connects.
