The vertical face frame of the supporting framework is inserted into the vertical sound absorption and insulation box from two sides, the bottom face frame of the supporting framework is inserted into the transverse sound absorption and insulation box from two sides, the hole protection plate is installed on the inclined plane of the supporting framework, and the nut is screwed on the bolt prewelded on the back side of the supporting framework; the sound absorption and insulation body is fixed with the sleeper through a connecting piece. The invention has the advantages of convenient installation, convenient replacement, convenient maintenance, simple manufacture, low cost and small occupied space, improves the construction condition and enlarges the visual field of passengers.

The vertical sound absorption and insulation box is a rectangular box body, the hole protection plate is positioned in front of the rectangular box body, and the inner cavity of the rectangular box body is filled with sound absorption cotton.
The transverse sound absorption and insulation box is a rectangular box body, the hole protection plate is positioned in front of the rectangular box body, and the inner cavity of the rectangular box body is filled with sound absorption cotton.
Holes with the aperture of 0.5-3mm are uniformly distributed on the surface of the hole protection plate.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. the sound absorption capacity is strong. The hole guard plate carries out the first noise reduction to the noise through the micropore, and the sound absorption and insulation box carries out the second noise reduction to the noise.

Detailed Description
A sound absorption and insulation body is 1.5 meters long, 0.5 meters high and 0.6 meters wide, is arranged at the end part of a sleeper at two sides of a railway track and is fixed with the sleeper through a connecting piece, and consists of a supporting framework 3, a vertical sound absorption and insulation box 4 and a horizontal sound absorption and insulation box 5.
The vertical face frame of the supporting framework 3 is inserted into the vertical sound absorption and insulation box 4 from two sides of the vertical sound absorption and insulation box 4, the bottom face frame of the supporting framework 3 is inserted into the horizontal sound absorption and insulation box 5 from two sides of the horizontal sound absorption and insulation box 5, the hole protection plate 1 is installed on an inclined rod of the supporting framework 3, and nuts are screwed on bolts prewelded on the back side of the supporting framework.
The support frame 3 is a right-angled triangle steel structure which is assembled, and the support frame 3 is composed of a groove-shaped part 31, a bolt 32, a vertical plate 33, a transverse plate 34, a connecting rod 35, a connecting nut 36, an inclined rod 37 and a middle beam 38.
The notches of the channel-shaped members 31 are fastened and welded together by vertical plates 33 to form a vertical frame with a rectangular cross section. The channel member 31 and the connecting rod 35 are welded together by a cross plate 34 to form a bottom frame having a rectangular cross section. The vertical face frame and the bottom face frame are vertically welded; bolts 32 are prewelded on the outer side of the top channel section of the facade frame; the connecting nut 36 is prewelded in the connecting rod 35 of the bottom frame; the middle beam 38 is welded in the middle of the vertical face frame and the bottom face frame to divide the vertical face frame and the bottom face frame into two independent spaces; the diagonal rods 37 connect the channel section at the top of the facade frame with the connecting rods.
The channel section spare is 3mm sheet metal and makes into C type, plays support and spacing effect.
The bolt is an M8 standard component and is used for fixing the hole guard plate.
The vertical plate and the transverse plate are made of 3mm thin plates, and the connecting groove type piece and the connecting function are achieved.

The middle beam is of an I-shaped steel structure, the supporting framework is divided into two sections of independent spaces, and the supporting framework is strengthened and the sound absorption and insulation box is limited.
The hole backplate is the shaping of bending of 1.5mm aluminum plate, and the surface equipartition has the hole that the aperture is 0.5mm, plays the sound absorption effect.
The fixing nut is a standard component, and the fixing hole is protected on the vertical face frame.
The sound absorption and insulation box is divided into a vertical sound absorption and insulation box 730 x 500 x 140 (mm) and a transverse sound absorption and insulation box 730 x 350 x 140 (mm) according to the installation position, the sound absorption and insulation box adopts a nonmetal sound absorption and insulation box, the box is made of C30 concrete, a sound absorption hole is formed in the surface of the sound absorption and insulation box, and the rock wool manufactured by the method is filled inside the sound absorption and insulation box and has the volume weight of 80 Kg/m.
