Detailed Description
Fig. 1 and 2 show a near-rail sound absorption and insulation device, which is composed of a connecting piece 2, a mounting bolt 3 and a noise reduction body 4.
Firstly, flattening the field on two sides of the railway sleeper to ensure that the field is uniform without bulge and depression; then the connecting piece 2 is fixed on the sleeper 1 by the mounting bolt 3, and finally the noise reduction body 4 is connected and fixed with the connecting piece 2.
The connecting piece 2 is made by bending a 10mm thick steel plate, one end of the connecting piece is a U-shaped groove connecting end, the other end of the connecting piece is a flat plate, and the U-shaped groove connecting end and the flat plate are both provided with connecting holes with the diameter of 18 mm. The U-shaped channel connection end is snapped onto the sleeper face and secured using expansion bolts M16 x 100. The flat plate of the connector and the noise reducing body are fixed by using bolts M16 x 50. The function of connection and fixation is achieved.
The mounting bolts are connected with the sleeper through expansion bolts M16 and 100, and are connected with the noise reduction body through common bolts M16 and 50.
The noise reduction body is an L long ethylene propylene diene monomer integral product, the length of the noise reduction body is 1500mm, the height is 500mm, the width is 450mm, the two end faces are sealed and have the thickness of 60mm, and are respectively provided with concave-convex primary and secondary tongues, and when two adjacent noise reduction bodies are in butt joint, the two adjacent noise reduction bodies are in seamless butt joint through the concave-convex primary and secondary tongues.
The length direction of the noise reduction body is equally divided into a left area, a middle area and a right area by the triangular rib beam 43, and the thickness of the triangular rib beam is 60mm, so that the effect of strengthening the structural strength and the rigidity is achieved.
The vertical surface of the noise reduction body is provided with vertical transverse waves 42 and vertical waves 44, and the plane of the noise reduction body is provided with plane vertical waves 46 and plane transverse waves 48.
The left, middle and right regions are respectively provided with a vertical transverse wave 42+ a plane vertical wave 46, a vertical wave 44+ a plane transverse wave 48, and a vertical transverse wave 42+ a plane vertical wave 46.

A near-rail sound absorption and insulation device is characterized by comprising a connecting piece and noise reduction bodies, wherein the connecting piece is fixedly connected with a sleeper through bolts, the noise reduction bodies are fixedly connected with the connecting piece, the noise reduction bodies are L type rubber integral products, two end faces of the noise reduction bodies are closed and respectively provided with concave-convex primary and secondary tongues, and two adjacent noise reduction bodies are butted through the concave-convex primary and secondary tongues.
