Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of packaging materials, and particularly relates to a coating for aluminum foil paper, aluminum foil paper for cigarettes and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Cigarette packaging is an important component in the cigarette manufacturing process. The packaging material used in cigarette packaging has important influence on maintaining the quality of cigarette products, and the packaging material is required to have no peculiar smell, no toxicity or harm to human bodies and certain moisture resistance and isolation.
The aluminum foil paper is a common packaging material for cigarettes, is usually formed by compounding one surface of an aluminum foil and lining paper by adopting mixed glue, and has the main function of wrapping cigarettes in a cigarette box and preventing the cigarettes from being affected with damp. In order to improve the water resistance of the aluminum-foil paper, a layer of water-resistant film is usually coated on the surface of the aluminum-foil paper. However, at present, in order to meet the aesthetic and other requirements, the surface of the aluminum foil paper is generally required to be printed. The existing waterproof film has insufficient flexibility and insufficient adhesive force with aluminum foil paper, and is not beneficial to the printing treatment in the later period.

The preparation method of the aluminum foil paper for the cigarettes adopts the technical scheme that:
a preparation method of aluminum foil paper for cigarettes comprises the following steps: and adhering the aluminum foil and the lining paper adhesive together, coating a coating on the other surface of the aluminum foil, and then carrying out post-treatment.
In the preparation method of the aluminum foil paper for cigarettes, the glue used when the aluminum foil and the lining paper glue are adhered together is the mixed glue commonly used in the production process of the aluminum foil paper for cigarettes in the prior art.
In the preparation method of the aluminum foil paper for cigarettes, the coating of the other surface of the aluminum foil is specifically as follows: firstly, uniformly mixing polypropylene fiber resin, ternary vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate resin, acrylic resin, polyethylene wax, cyclohexane dicarboxylic acid dibasic ester, a coupling agent and methyl tin mercaptide, then continuously and uniformly mixing with sodium metasilicate, polyvinyl acetate and calcium carbonate to obtain a colloid, and then coating the colloid on the other side of the aluminum foil. During the process of mixing uniformly, ethanol may be added to facilitate mixing. The dosage of the ethanol can be adjusted according to actual conditions.
According to the preparation method of the aluminum foil paper for cigarettes, after the coating is coated, the coating needs to be dried, so that the coating is formed into a film. And the coating can be embossed according to production needs. Thus, the post-treatment includes embossing, drying, and the like.
During drying, a natural drying mode can be adopted. In order to accelerate the drying speed, the post-treatment comprises baking, the temperature of an upper box during baking is 90-130 ℃, the temperature of a lower box during baking is 150-200 ℃, and the baking time is 30-60 min. The baking is carried out in an oven, the temperature of the upper box is the upper layer temperature, and the temperature of the lower box is the lower layer temperature. When the aluminum foil paper for cigarettes is baked in an oven, the side provided with the coating faces upwards.
