Description

Glue for bonding corrugated paper and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of corrugated board manufacturing, in particular to glue for corrugated board bonding and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the packaging industry, corrugated paper is lighter than wooden boxes, has hardness, is easy to cut in size, protects other packaged products, and is not damaged. It is widely used in the packaging industry.
When the corrugated paper is used, the corrugated base paper needs to be bonded by glue to form a corrugated board, and then the corrugated board is used for packaging other products. At present, the corrugated paper glue is generally made by using starch as a raw material, namely, a starch solution is heated to be gelatinized, and in order to prevent the starch solution from being too viscous and difficult to use a machine for large-scale gluing, caustic soda is required to be added to reduce the crosslinking degree of the starch solution.
However, the existing corrugated paper glue has poor water-resistant effect, when corrugated paper falls into water, the corrugated paper and the glue can be partially scattered in about 5min and the corrugated paper which is well adhered in about 20min can be completely scattered and layered under the condition that the water surface is not stirred. Therefore, a corrugated paper glue with a better water-resistant effect is needed at present.

TABLE 3
As can be seen from table 3, in examples 1 to 12, the corrugated board glues obtained by the method described in example 10 were good in both adhesive strength and edge crush strength, and also good in water resistance.
Compared with the example 10, the modified starch prepared in the preparation example 3 and the modified glutinous rice flour prepared in the preparation example 6 are adopted in the examples 1 to 4, so that the corrugated paper glue is better in both the bonding strength and the edge crush strength and is better in water resistance.
Compared with the embodiment 10, the drying agent is a mixture of dipropylene glycol methyl ether and ethyl cellulose, and the dipropylene glycol methyl ether and the ethyl cellulose are uniformly mixed according to the weight ratio of 1:0.5, so that compared with the common drying agent dipropylene glycol methyl ether, the drying agent dipropylene glycol methyl ether can be well connected with other substances in the glue due to the fact that the ethyl cellulose is dissolved in the drying agent dipropylene glycol methyl ether, and can also be well connected with fibers of the corrugated base paper to strengthen the bonding strength of the glue.
Examples 6-9 compare example 10, which illustrates that when the weight ratio of modified starch to polyvinyl acetate is in the range of 1: (0.8-1.2), and the weight ratio range of the modified starch to the glutinous rice flour is (2-4): 1, the prepared glue has good bonding strength and edge pressure strength, and good water resistance.
Examples 11-12 compare with example 10, showing that when the parameters in each step were selected from those of example 10, the adhesive strength and edge crush strength of the glue were better, and the water resistance was better.
As can be seen from Table 3, in comparative example 1, compared with examples 1-12, the adhesive strength and the edge pressure strength of the glue prepared by using the modified starch, the glutinous rice flour and the polyvinyl acetate are better and the water resistance is better than those of the glue prepared by only adding the commercially available common starch.
As can be seen from Table 3, in comparative example 2, compared with examples 1-12, the adhesive strength and the edge pressure strength of the glue prepared by adding the glutinous rice flour and the polyvinyl acetate are better, and the water resistance is better.
As can be seen from table 3, in comparative example 3, compared with examples 1 to 12, the adhesive strength and the edge pressure strength of the glue can be enhanced after the glutinous rice flour is added, which indicates that the glutinous rice flour can be well crosslinked with other substances in the glue when being added into the glue, and the glutinous rice flour and the glue are uniformly mixed.
As can be seen from Table 3, in comparative example 4, compared with examples 1 to 12, the water resistance of the glue can be effectively improved by adding polyvinyl acetate, and the adhesive strength and the edge pressure strength of the glue can be improved.
As can be seen from Table 3, in comparative example 5, compared with examples 1 to 12, the addition of the modified starch can effectively improve the adhesive strength, the edge pressure strength and the water resistance of the glue, which indicates that the modified starch has better gelatinization effect during gelatinization, and the modified starch can be easily mixed with other substances in the glue.
As can be seen from Table 3, in comparative examples 6 and 7, compared with examples 1 to 12, when the amount of polyvinyl acetate added was too large, the polyvinyl acetate was agglomerated and was not easily mixed with other substances in the glue uniformly, and when the amount of polyvinyl acetate added was too small, the adhesive strength of the glue was insufficient and the water resistance was inferior.
As can be seen from Table 3, in comparison with examples 1-12, in the case of comparative example 8, when the glue is prepared, the alkali solution is prepared first, then the polyvinyl acetate is added to be uniformly mixed in the alkali solution, and then the starch is gelatinized, so that the obtained glue has better adhesive strength and more uniform distribution of the substances.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.
