钛材换热器硅垢清洗剂及其制备方法和应用,属环境保护技术领域。是依据结垢的成分不同,由有机酸络合清洗剂、增效剂、缓蚀剂、表面活性剂复合配制成不同配方的复合水处理剂,本发明在钛材换热器硅垢清洗时,投加浓度为500~1000mg/L;pH控制在3‑6之间。其清洗后的效果能够满足HG/T 2387‑2007工业设备化学清洗质量标准和HG/T3778冷却水化学清洗、预膜处理规则的要求。具有低毒、安全、适用性强、使用方便等优点。

Description

钛材换热器硅垢清洗剂
技术领域:本发明属于环境保护技术领域,涉及一种钛材换热器硅垢清洗剂及其定制化生产工艺及成套应用技术。
背景技术:工业清洗剂是一类重要的精细化学品,其用量之大,发展之快与民用洗涤剂相当。我国的现代化工业化学清洗起步较晚。20世纪70年代中期,国外以高效金属缓蚀剂为核心的先进化学清洗技术随着进口的大型设备进入我国,进而垄断了我国清洗市场10余年。工业清洗已不再是一种简单劳动,各种绿色、环保的清洗技术不断推出,化学清洗已经渗透到几乎所有工业领域,清洗产业的全面进步已经成为国家市场经济发展不可缺少的推动力之一。化学清洗在除垢的同时会对金属本体造成一定的伤害,所以需要配合投加清洗剂、缓蚀剂、渗透剂等。目前国内清洗剂主要是无机酸等,其药剂本身是易制毒易制爆的,其安全稳定性能较差。
发明内容:本发明的目的就是提出一种符合环保、安全要求的前提下,处理钛材换热器硅垢的清洗剂,并在工业应用中真正能做到环保、高效、易生产、易控制。
本发明的钛材换热器硅垢清洗剂,是依据钛材本身的要求,由有机酸络合清洗剂、增效剂、缓蚀剂、表面活性剂复合配制成不同配方的适合于钛材换热器硅垢的清洗剂,其组成为:有机酸络合清洗剂60-80%,增效剂1-5%,缓蚀剂5-10%,表面活性剂5-10%。
所述的有机酸络合清洗剂是氨基磺酸、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠中的一种或三种。
所述的增效剂是氟化钠、氟化氨、硫酸钠中的一种或三种。
所述的缓蚀剂是六次甲基四胺、硫脲、苯丙三氮唑、甲基苯丙三氮唑中的两种或三种。
所述的表面活性剂是十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基苄基氯化铵中的一种。

本发明的钛材换热器硅垢清洗剂所用的原料要求均符合国家相关的产品标准,为本领域技术人员所公知的,市场上均可以很方便的得到,配比计量是以质量百分比计量。
本发明一般地的生产方法是:在反应釜加入有机酸络合剂60-80%;然后加入5-10%的缓蚀剂;再加入5-10%表面活性剂,最后加入1-5%的增效剂,混合搅拌10-20分钟,密封包装。
本发明的钛材换热器硅垢清洗剂按照比例投加,其清洗效果HG/T 2387-2007工业设备化学清洗质量标准和HG/T3778冷却水化学清洗、预膜处理规则的要求。
本发明的钛材换热器硅垢清洗剂可广泛地适用于钛材换热器中。
本发明的钛材换热器硅垢清洗剂在系统中投加浓度为500~1000mg/L,为了精确控制本发明的药剂浓度,通过监测在线pH以及总铁的变化,根据消耗量配合计量泵投加,大大提高了水处理药剂浓度的稳定性的可控制性和科学、经济的管理。
本发明的钛材换热器硅垢清洗剂与产品相比具有如下一些优点:①适用范围广,可以广泛的适用于各种钛材换热器中,仅需调节配方比例即可;②除垢率高。有机酸络合剂和增效剂协同配合,在水溶液中对Mg2+、Ca2+、硅、铁等离子或其它成垢物质溶解,可随排污排出。③缓蚀能强,配方中选用六次甲基四胺、硫脲、苯丙三氮唑、甲基苯丙三氮唑中的两种或三种作为缓蚀剂,可以有效的降低对金属本体的腐蚀;④安全性好。投加的柠檬酸为食品添加剂,相比较无机酸投加后对清洗效果没有影响,符合食品卫生要求。而且无机酸基本都属于易制毒易制爆的化学品,使用储存存在一定的危险性和治安风险。
本发明所提供的药剂为复合型药剂,适用于各种类型的钛材换热器。使用本发明的药剂不需要增加设备,操作简便,费用低,适用广泛。

Claims (6)

1.一种钛材换热器硅垢清洗剂,其中包括有机酸络合清洗剂60-80%,增效剂1-5%,缓蚀剂5-10%,表面活性剂5-10%。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的有机酸络合清洗剂是氨基磺酸、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠中的一种或三种。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的增效剂是氟化钠、氟化氨、硫酸钠中的一种或三种。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的缓蚀剂是六次甲基四胺、硫脲、苯丙三氮唑、甲基苯丙三氮唑中的两种或三种。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的表面活性剂是十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基苄基氯化铵中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1中所述的钛材换热器硅垢清洗剂的制备方法:在反应釜加入有机酸络合剂60-80%;然后加入5-10%的缓蚀剂;再加入5-10%表面活性剂,最后加入1-5%的增效剂,混合搅拌10-20分钟,密封包装。
