The invention discloses an adjustable engine tray which comprises a tray main body, a bracket, two supports and two supporting legs, wherein the bracket is used for bearing a flywheel of an engine, the two supports are used for being connected with a shell of the engine, the two supporting legs are respectively connected with the supports; the bracket sets up on the ascending axis of tray main part length direction, and two landing legs are symmetrical about the ascending axis of tray main part length direction, consequently can adjust the distance of support to the bracket and the distance between two supports, make its specification suit with the engine to avoid the categorised inconvenience of choosing of tray, satisfied the demand of hanging under the engine of multiple different models, reduced and hung work load down, improved and hung efficiency under the engine.

Background
On an engine production line, the produced engine needs to be hung down when being off-line, namely, the engine is hung on a special tray for bearing.

The invention provides an adjustable engine tray which comprises a tray main body 1, a bracket 2 used for bearing a flywheel of an engine, two supports 5 used for being connected with a shell of the engine and two support legs 4 respectively connected with the supports 5, wherein the bracket 2 is fixedly connected to one end of the tray main body 1 in the length direction, and the two support legs 4 are connected to the other end of the tray main body 1 in the length direction in a sliding mode, so that the distance from the support 5 to the bracket 2 and the distance between the two support legs 5 are adjusted through the relative sliding of the support legs 4 and the tray main body 1.
The pallet body 1 is used for bearing the load of an engine, and the gravity of the engine is transmitted to the pallet body 1 through the bracket 2 and the two brackets 5.
Preferably, the tray main body 1 may be provided with a rectangular bracket, and for a specific structure, reference is made to the prior art, which is not described herein again.
The bracket 2 is mainly used for bearing an engine flywheel, and the structure and the size of the bracket 2 are determined according to the requirements in actual production by referring to the prior art, and are not described in detail herein.
The bracket 2 is mounted on the longitudinal axis of the tray body 1, and since the bracket 2 cannot move relative to the tray body 1, the position of the bracket 2 determines that the axis of the engine coincides with the longitudinal axis of the tray body 1.
Because the relative position of the bracket 2 and the tray main body 1 does not need to be adjusted in the starting and hanging-down process, the bracket 2 and the tray main body 1 can be connected in a non-detachable way, such as welding, so that the connecting strength is high, and the operation is convenient; or may be a detachable connection such as a bolted connection, pinned connection, or the like.
The bracket 5 is connected with a corresponding position on the engine shell to assist the engine hanging process. Preferably, the upper end of the bracket 5 is provided with a bolt mounting hole for being connected with the shell of the engine, the bracket 5 is connected with the corresponding position on the shell of the engine through a bolt, and the connection mode is simple and is convenient to disassemble and assemble.
Support 5 is connected with landing leg 4, and is preferred, and the lower extreme of support 5 can be equipped with the locating pin, be equipped with on landing leg 4 with locating pin complex locating hole to utilize the cooperation realization of locating pin and locating hole to the accurate location of support 5 descending position.
Of course, other positioning connectors may be used to connect the leg 4 and the bracket 5, as long as they have the positioning connection function.
When the engine is hung downwards, the distance between the support legs 4 and the bracket 2 is adapted to the length of the engine and the distance between the two support legs 4 is adapted to the width of the engine by adjusting the positions of the support legs 4 on the tray main body 1; the connecting bracket 5 corresponds to the position on the engine shell; the support 5 is aligned with the leg 4 and the engine is slowly dropped until the support 5 is exactly at the leg 4, at which time the flywheel housing of the engine is dropped onto the bracket 2.
In this embodiment, because the distance between the bracket 5 and the bracket 2 and the distance between the two brackets 5 can be adjusted through the relative sliding between the support legs 4 and the tray main body 1, so that the distance is adapted to the specification of the engine, the inconvenience of sorting and selecting the tray is avoided, the requirements of hanging the engines of various types are met, the workload of hanging the engines is reduced, and the efficiency of hanging the engines is improved.
Preferably, the bracket 2 is disposed on an axis in the longitudinal direction of the tray body 1, and the two legs 4 are symmetrical with respect to the axis in the longitudinal direction of the tray body 1.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in order to realize the relative sliding between the tray main body 1 and the bracket 5, two adjusting blocks 3 slidably connected with the tray main body 1 may be arranged at one end of the tray main body 1 away from the bracket 2, one of the adjusting blocks 3 and the bracket 5 is provided with at least one first adjusting groove 31, and the other is provided with a first protrusion in fit and clamping connection with the first adjusting groove 31; the sliding direction of the adjusting block 3 relative to the tray body 1 is not parallel to the sliding direction of the bracket 5 relative to the adjusting block 3.
Preferably, one of the adjusting block 3 and the tray main body 1 is provided with at least one second adjusting groove 11, and the other is provided with a second protrusion which is matched and clamped with the second adjusting groove 11; the second regulating groove 11 extends in the same direction as the width direction of the tray main body 1. Therefore, the distance between the two brackets 5 can be adjusted by the sliding connection of the adjusting block 3 and the tray main body 1, namely, the adjusting block can be adjusted to adapt to the width size of the corresponding engine.
When the engine is hung downwards, the distance between the supporting leg 4 and the bracket 2 is adapted to the length of the engine and the distance between the two supporting legs 4 is adapted to the width of the engine by adjusting the position of the adjusting block 3 on the tray main body 1 and the position of the supporting leg 4 on the adjusting block 3; the connecting bracket 5 corresponds to the position on the engine shell; the support 5 is aligned with the leg 4 and the engine is slowly dropped until the support 5 is exactly at the leg 4, at which time the flywheel housing of the engine is dropped onto the bracket 2.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1, two second adjusting grooves 11 are provided on the tray main body 1, and a second protrusion engaged with the second adjusting grooves 11 is provided on the lower end surface of the adjusting block 3.
On the basis of the above embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the adjusting block 3 may be provided with two first adjusting grooves 31, and the extending direction of the first adjusting grooves 31 is the same as the length direction of the tray main body 1.
When the engine is hung downwards, the relative position of the adjusting block 3 on the tray main body 1 is adjusted, the distance between the two support legs 4 is changed to adapt to the width of the engine, the relative position of the support legs 4 on the adjusting block 3 is adjusted, and the distance between the two support legs 4 and the bracket 2 is changed to adapt to the length of the engine; the connecting bracket 5 corresponds to the position on the engine shell; the support 5 is aligned with the leg 4 and the engine is slowly dropped until the support 5 is exactly at the position of the leg 4, at which time the flywheel housing of the engine is dropped onto the bracket 2.
Preferably, the first regulation groove 31 may be provided to have the same size as the second regulation groove 11.
Preferably, the distance between the two first regulation grooves 31 may be set to be equal to the distance between the two second regulation grooves 11.

The adjustable engine tray according to claim 1, wherein one end of the tray main body (1) far away from the bracket (2) is provided with two adjusting blocks (3) which are slidably connected with the tray main body (1), one of the adjusting blocks (3) and the supporting legs (4) is provided with at least one first adjusting groove (31), and the other one is provided with a first bulge which is matched and clamped with the first adjusting groove (31);
