When a ship goes out to carry out a work task, various large-scale complete work equipment systems and other goods are often carried, the equipment systems are usually stored in standard containers in a centralized mode, and when a large number of work systems exist, a plurality of containers are possibly needed for storage. Because the container is bulky, the quality is heavy, no matter there is not piling up the goods, the container all occupies the volume of the same size, in order to save limited deck space. Usually, these containers are lifted from the hatch opening by a crane on the ship and stored in the cabin, and a plurality of containers are stored in the cabin side by side, and are lifted out of the cabin when in use. And only one hatch opening position is provided, the space in the cabin is limited by the width and the height, and the container at the hatch opening position cannot be displaced by other hoisting devices or transportation equipment due to the narrow space. Therefore, it is an urgent problem to provide a device for transferring containers in a cabin, which is used for transferring containers lifted from a deck hatch position from one container position to another container position.

The transfer car 1 moves along the rail 3 as a traveling mechanism for transfer, and moves the container 2 to a designated slot. When the receiving end 62 of the photoelectric sensor 6 mounted on the transport vehicle 1 senses a signal transmitted by the transmitting end 61 of the photoelectric sensor 6 mounted on the container corner seat 5 during the traveling process of the transport vehicle 1, the transport vehicle 1 stops moving, and the container 2 reaches a designated container position.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the transport vehicle 1 comprises a rectangular frame 21, traveling wheels 22, a gear 23, a hydraulic oil cylinder 24, a hydraulic motor 25, a hydraulic oil source system 26, a travel switch 27 and a receiving end 62 of the photoelectric sensor 6, wherein the four traveling wheels 22 are installed at four corners of the rectangular frame 21 of the transport vehicle 1, and the traveling wheels 22 drive the transport vehicle 1 to travel along the laid track 3. Every two hydraulic oil cylinders 24 on the same side are connected through a connecting plate, each hydraulic oil cylinder 24 is arranged on the rectangular frame 21 of the transport vehicle 1 near the traveling wheels 22, stress points are distributed at the traveling wheels 22 in a centralized manner when the container 2 is jacked, and the stress is transferred to the track 3 and the cabin bottom steel plate through the traveling wheels 22. A travel switch 27 is arranged in the action process of the hydraulic oil cylinder 24, and whether the hydraulic oil cylinder 24 is lifted in place or not is detected through the travel switch 27, so that the container 2 can be operated next step after being completely jacked up or put down. The gear 23 is mounted on the output shaft of the hydraulic motor 25 and is fixed together with the hydraulic motor 25 between the supporting beams of the vehicle 1. The hydraulic motor 25 drives the gear 23 to rotate together when in work, the gear 23 is meshed with the rack 4 fixed on the steel plate on the bottom surface of the cabin, the transport vehicle 1 is driven to travel along the track 3, and in order to guarantee that the transport is stable, the transport vehicle 1 is provided with two groups of hydraulic motors 25 and gears 23 and drives simultaneously. The hydraulic oil source system 26 is used as a power source of the hydraulic oil cylinder 24 and the hydraulic motor 25, is arranged on the transfer trolley 1, is embedded between the supporting beams of the rectangular frame 21 and moves along with the transfer trolley 1, and avoids the safety problem that an external oil source oil pipe needs to move back and forth along with the transfer trolley.
Referring to fig. 4, the container corner seat 5 includes a fixing seat 41 and a container twist lock 42, and the twist lock 42 is installed at the upper end of the fixing seat 41. After the transfer trolley 1 reaches the designated box position, the hydraulic motor 25 automatically brakes and locks the position of the transfer trolley 1; the four hydraulic oil cylinders 24 on the vehicle retract simultaneously to drive the bottom corner fixing holes of the container 2 to fall into the twistlocks 42 on the container corner seats 5, and the container is locked and fixed on the container corner seats 5 through the twistlocks 42.
Referring to fig. 5, in the container transportation process, the safety of the equipment and personnel on site is fully considered, 4 pairs of infrared sensing devices are arranged at four corners of the transportation area to form an infrared electronic warning fence 7, a rectangular frame forming a rectangular working area is a container shipping device safety protection area 51, and the outside is a safety area. When the transfer car 1 transfers the container 2, any object or person outside the rectangular frame enters a dangerous area, the device alarms, and the transfer car 1 stops transferring.
It should be noted that, in order to overcome the limited cabin height limitation, the oil cylinder can push the container out of the corner seat of the container to a position away from the corner seat by 20mm from the corner of the container through the optimized design of the trolley structure, and the container is reserved for the movement of the trolley, and the distance between the container top and the cabin top is also 20mm, so that the trolley can freely and flexibly travel between the corner seat and the cabin height.
