According to the electric pencil sharpener, all the wires and the circuit board are arranged in the second accommodating cavity, so that the wires are not easy to wind in the working process, and the whole structure is compact and reasonable in arrangement; the pencil feeding mechanism is smooth in insertion and withdrawal of the pencil, and does not have clamping stagnation and pause feeling.

Claims (10)

1. An electric pencil sharpener, comprising:
the shell comprises a cover body, a first shell, a second shell and a base which are arranged in sequence from top to bottom; the cover body, the first shell and the second shell enclose a first accommodating cavity, and the second shell and the base enclose a second accommodating cavity;
the pencil feeding mechanism is arranged in the first accommodating cavity, and first pencil inserting holes for pencils to penetrate through are formed in the pencil feeding mechanism and the cover body;
the cutting mechanism is arranged in the first accommodating cavity, is positioned below the pen feeding mechanism and comprises a transmission seat, a knife rest and a hob arranged on the knife rest; the transmission seat is connected below the tool rest and can drive the tool rest; the tool rest is in transmission connection with the pen feeding mechanism, and a second pen inserting hole is formed in the tool rest; the second pen inserting hole is communicated with the first pen inserting hole;
the power mechanism is arranged in the second accommodating cavity and comprises a transmission assembly, a motor and a battery electrically connected with the motor; the transmission assembly is connected between the motor and the transmission seat, and the motor can drive the transmission seat through the transmission assembly.
2. The electric sharpener of claim 1, wherein said drive assembly includes an output gear and a plurality of drive gears, said output gear being connected below said drive mount, said plurality of drive gears being connected between said motor and said output gear.

The electric sharpener of claim 2 wherein said drive gear comprises a first drive gear and a second drive gear; the second transmission gear is connected between the first transmission gear and the output gear, and the first transmission gear is connected between the second transmission gear and the motor so as to realize two-stage speed reduction of the motor.
4. The electric sharpener of claim 2 further comprising a nib thickness adjustment mechanism and a control switch for controlling the motor, both disposed in the second receiving chamber; the control switch is arranged below the output gear, and the knife rest is pressed downwards to drive the control switch to start the motor;
the nib thickness adjusting mechanism comprises a transmission rod, a propping piece, a stop block and an adjusting knob; the transmission rod penetrates through the output gear and is positioned below the second pen inserting hole; the abutting piece is arranged between the stop block and the transmission rod, the stop block is provided with an inclined surface, and the abutting piece abuts against the inclined surface; the adjusting knob is connected with the stop block and used for driving the stop block.
5. The electric sharpener of claim 4, wherein said adjustment knob defines a waist opening, said stop extending downwardly to define a post, said post being disposed in said waist opening; when the adjusting knob drives the stop block, the convex column can slide along the waist hole.
6. The electric pencil sharpener of claim 1, wherein the pencil feeding mechanism comprises a box body, and a first gear shaft, a second gear shaft, a rotating disc and a clamping piece which are arranged in the box body;
the first gear shaft and the second gear shaft are oppositely arranged in the box body, and the clamping piece is sleeved on both the first gear shaft and the second gear shaft; the rotary table is arranged below the first gear shaft and the second gear shaft and used for driving the first gear shaft and the second gear shaft, and the rotary table is in transmission connection with the tool rest.

The electric sharpener of claim 6, wherein each of the first gear shaft and the second gear shaft has a bevel gear, and the bevel gears are disposed opposite to each other; the turntable is provided with an inclined block in meshing transmission with the helical gear, and the inclined direction of the inclined block is the same as the direction of the helical gear.
8. The electric pencil sharpener of claim 6 or 7, wherein the rotary disc drives the first gear shaft to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise; the turntable can drive the second gear shaft to rotate anticlockwise or clockwise; and the turntable can drive the first gear shaft and the second gear shaft to rotate in opposite directions simultaneously.

The electric pencil sharpener according to claim 1 or 4, wherein a fixing seat is arranged below the cover body and is positioned in the first accommodating cavity; the pen feeding mechanism is arranged between the fixed seat and the cover body; the fixed seat is embedded with an inner gear ring, the hob is provided with a hob gear, and the hob gear is meshed with the inner gear ring.
10. The electric pencil sharpener of claim 8, wherein the holder has two mounting slots, each of the two mounting slots having a steel wire disposed therein, the two steel wires being spaced apart in parallel; an annular groove is formed in the tool rest, and the two steel wires are arranged in the annular groove.
