According to the invention, the distance between the driven roller and the driving roller can be changed through the left telescopic rod and the right telescopic rod in the distance adjusting assembly, so that different crushing requirements can be met, and the service life is prolonged. When the distance between the driven roller and the driving roller is adjusted, the machine does not need to be shut down, and the use is convenient. The spiral material raising plate can continuously convey materials to be crushed to the upper parts of the driven roller and the driving roller and then fall down for crushing in the rotating process of the roller, and continuous crushing ensures the crushing quality.

Detailed Description

The crusher of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, is formed by cutting 1/4 of the roller 1 in the internal structure diagram 1 for clarity, and does not show the mounting plate 14 and the protective cover 28 at one end of the roller 1. The crusher comprises a drum 1; two ends of the excircle of the roller 1 are provided with ring rails 2; a driving wheel 4 and a supporting wheel 5 are arranged on the bottom plate 3 below each circular rail 2; the driving wheel 4 is in transmission connection with a roller motor 6; a driven roller 7 and a driving roller 8 are arranged in the roller 1; two ends of the driven roller 7 and the driving roller 8 are connected with the distance adjusting component through a rotating shaft 9. The distance adjusting assembly comprises a driven gear 10 connected with the driven roller 7 and a driving gear 11 connected with the driving roller 8; the driven gear 10 is rotatably connected with the middle of a left rocker 12, the top end of the left rocker 12 is hinged with one end of a left telescopic rod 13, and the other end of the left telescopic rod 13 and the bottom end of the left rocker 12 are both hinged with a mounting plate 14; the driving gear 11 is rotatably connected with the middle of the right rocker 15, the top end of the right rocker 15 is hinged with one end of a right telescopic rod 16, and the other end of the right telescopic rod 16 is hinged with the mounting plate 13; the bottom end of the right rocker 15 is provided with a driving gear 17, and the driving gear 17 is in transmission connection with a driving motor 18 on the mounting plate 14; a transition gear 19 is arranged between the driving gear 17 and the driving gear 11; the middle part of the left rocker 12 is hinged with the middle part of the right rocker 15 through a short connecting rod 20 and a long connecting rod 21; one end of the short connecting rod 20 is provided with a short connecting rod end gear 22; the middle part of the long connecting rod 21 is provided with a long connecting rod middle gear 23; the short connecting rod end gear 22 is in transmission connection with the driven gear 10 and the long connecting rod gear 23; the long link gear 23 is in transmission connection with the short link end gear 22 and the driving gear 11. A short link end gear 22 engaged with the driven gear 10 is rotatably connected to one end of the short link 20; the other end of the short connecting rod 20 is hinged with the middle section of the left rocker 12. The top end of the right rocker 15 is hinged with one end of a right telescopic rod 16, and the other end of the right telescopic rod 16 is hinged with the mounting plate 14. The ring rails 5 at two ends of the roller 1 are fixedly arranged around the outer side wall of the roller 1, the driving wheels 4 and the supporting wheels 5 are arranged below the ring rails 5, and the driving wheels 4 and the supporting wheels 5 are fixed on the top surface of the bottom plate 3 through wheel seats.
