Abstract
本发明公开了一种可以净化头皮改善头发的洗发产品及其制备方法,其特征在于,该洗发产品包括:A相、B相和C相三个组分;其中,所述A相由以下百分含量的原料组成:72.05%的去离子水、15%的AES、2%的K12S;3%的CMMEA、0.1%的EDTA‑4Na、0.05%的柠檬酸、0.5%的EVC和2%的CAB;所述B相由以下百分含量的原料组成:2.5%的CAB和0.7%的薄荷脑;所述C相为0.1%的卡松;D相为2%的人参提取物。与现有技术相比,本发明包括去离子水AES、K12S;CMMEAEDTA‑4Na、柠檬酸、EVC、CAB、薄荷脑、卡松和人参提取物,各成分之间协同作用,因烫、染受损的头发进行护理后,头发的毛糙、暗淡、干枯、发粗、发硬的不健康状态能明显得到改善,说明本发明的具有净化头皮、改善头发,使头发柔滑、水润、有光泽的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及洗发技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种可以净化头皮改善头发的洗发产品及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,在解决温饱问题的基础上,人们更加注重自身外在的形象,越来越多的人追求美丽、时尚及富有个性化的外表。因此,作为人体皮肤附着物的头发在美化个人形象中起到越来越重要的作用。对头发进行染、烫等行为越来越普遍,在对头发进行染、烫的过程中,漂白、高温、强碱、染色等操作会造成头发毛鳞片的破坏、营养成分流失,最终造成头发干枯、毛糙、暗淡、发硬等问题。
因此,如何提供一种可以解决上述问题的可以净化头皮改善头发的洗发产品及其制备方法是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种用于净化头皮、改善头发,同时兼具去污保湿功能的可以净化头皮改善头发的洗发产品及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种可以净化头皮改善头发的洗发产品,其特征在于,该洗发产品包括:A相、B相和C相三个组分;其中,所述A相由以下百分含量的原料组成:72.05%的去离子水、15%的AES、2%的K12S;3%的CMMEA、0.1%的EDTA-4Na0.05%的柠檬酸、0.5%的EVC和2%的CAB;所述B相由以下百分含量的原料组成:2.5%的CAB和0.7%的薄荷脑;所述C相为0.1%的卡松;D相为2%的人参提取物。
优选的,在上述一种可以净化头皮改善头发的洗发产品及其制备方法中,包括以下步骤:(1)首先将搅拌锅清洗干净,将其加热至80-85℃;以百分含量表示,然后称取A相原料:72.05%的去离子水、15%的AES、2%的K12S;3%的CMMEA、0.1%的EDTA-4Na、0.05%的柠檬酸、0.5%的EVC和2%的CAB,将上述原料依次加入到搅拌锅中,均匀搅拌至完全溶解,然后保温30分钟后降温至50℃后得到均质的A相原料备用;(2)将搅拌锅清洗干净,将其加热至80-85℃;以百分含量表示,然后称取B相原料:2.5%的CAB和0.7%的薄荷脑,将上述原料依次加入到搅拌锅中,均匀搅拌至完全溶解,然后保温30分钟后降温至50℃得到均质的B相原料备用;(3)将步骤(2)中得到的B相原料加入到步骤(1)的A相原料中,在45℃的条件下搅拌均匀后加入C相和D相然后搅拌均匀后即可得到该洗发产品。
椰子油脂肪酸甲基单乙醇酰胺(CMMEA)是一种非离子酰胺类增稠剂,性质温和,易生物降解,对环境友好,具有无毒无刺激、高效增稠、稳泡、易冲洗等特点,与其他表面活性剂配伍性好,是椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺的优良替代品,特别适用于配制沐浴露、洗洁精、洗衣液等清洁卫生用品。
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐(AES)是一种性能优良的阴离子表面活性剂,其用量仅次于烷基苯磺酸盐(LAS)。它具有优良的去污、乳化、润湿、增溶和发泡性能,溶解性好,增稠效果好,配伍性广,抗硬水性强,生物降解度高,对皮肤和眼睛刺激性低。广泛用于液体洗涤剂如餐洗、洗发香波、泡沫浴液、洗手液等,并可作为纺织印染,石油、皮革等行业的润滑剂助染剂,清洁剂、发泡。
K12A是十二烷基硫酸钠,化学式:C12H25-OSO3Na分子量:平均M=288别名:椰油醇(或月桂醇)硫酸钠、K12、发泡剂等。性能:白色或淡黄色粉状,溶于水,对碱和硬水不敏感。具有去污、乳化和优异的发泡力。是一种无毒的阴离子表面活性剂。其生物降解度>90%。用途:用作乳化剂、灭火剂、发泡剂及纺织助剂。也用作牙膏和膏状、粉状、洗发香波的发泡剂;属阴离子表面活性剂。易溶于水,与阴离子、非离子复配伍性好,具有良好的乳化、发泡、渗透、去污和分散性能,广泛用于牙膏、香波、洗发膏、洗发香波、洗衣粉。
EDTA-4Na又名乙二胺四乙酸四钠,是一种重要的络合剂及金属掩蔽剂。可用于纺织行业染色,水质处理、彩色感光、医药、日用化工、造纸等行业,作为添加剂、活化剂、净水剂、金属离子遮蔽剂和丁苯橡胶工业中的活化剂。干法晴纶行业中抵销金属干扰,提高所染织物的色泽和亮度,还可用于液体洗涤剂中,提高洗涤质量,增强洗涤效果。
柠檬酸作为助洗剂,可改善洗发产品的性能,可以迅速沉淀金属离子,保持洗涤必要的碱性;使污垢和灰分散和悬浮;提高表面活性剂的性能,是一种优良的鳌合剂。
乙烯-氯乙烯共聚物作为稳定剂具有很好的抗氧化性能。
醋酸丁酸纤维素(Celluloseacetatebutyrate,简称CAB),具有韧性、耐候耐寒性及电绝缘性良好,容易加工,同时还具有优良的抗湿性及耐紫外光、耐寒、耐油、柔韧、透明、电绝缘等性能,并能与树脂和高沸点增塑剂有较好的相容性,主要应用于皮革光亮剂、木器涂料、汽车漆、摩托车漆、塑料热固性粉末涂料、印刷油墨等。
薄荷脑,一种化学药剂,薄荷脑系由薄荷的叶和茎中所提取,白色晶体,分子式C10H20O。薄荷脑和消旋薄荷脑均可用作牙膏,香水及洗发产品中。
卡松广泛应用于洗发护发香波、浴液和各种润肤、护肤霜、膏、乳、唇膏等高级营养化妆品及洗手液、洗涤灵、餐具洗洁精、染发剂等产品中;具有以下特点:高效、无毒、抑菌杀菌广谱、持效性长;与各种乳化剂、表面活性剂相溶性好,具有优异的配伍性能;不会改变化妆品、外用药品的气味及颜色;不受温度限制,80℃以下为佳,100℃以下有效率90%以上;安全方便,性质稳定,加入量少,在PH值3-9.5的范围内均适用。
人参提取物:是指利用现有加工技术从人工栽培人参中提取的有效成分提取液;人参的作用在于能使头部的毛细血管扩张,可增加头发的营养,提高头发的韧性,减少脱发、断发、对损伤的头发具有保护作用。因为,人参自古以来拥有“百草之王”的美誉,更被东方医学界誉为“滋阴补生,扶正固本”之极品。人参含多种皂甙和多糖类成分,人参的浸出液可被皮肤缓慢吸收、对皮肤没有任何的不良刺激,能扩张皮肤毛细血管,促进皮肤血液循环,增加皮肤营养,调节皮肤的水油平衡,防止皮肤脱水、硬化、起皱,长期坚持使用含人参的产品,能增强皮肤弹性,使细胞获得新生。同时人参活性物质还具有抑制黑色素的还原性能,使皮肤洁白光滑。它的美容效用数不胜数,是护肤美容的极品。人参加在洗发剂中能使头部的毛细血管扩张,可增加头发的营养,提高头发的韧性,减少脱发、断发、对损伤的头发具有保护作用。人参内服不仅强身也会起到抗老及护肤美容作用。
去离子水;去离子水(deionized water)是指除去了呈离子形式杂质后的纯水。国际标准化组织ISO/TC 147规定的“去离子”定义为:“去离子水完全或不完全地去除离子物质,主要指采用离子交换树脂处理方法。”现在的工艺主要采用RO反渗透的方法制取。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明包括去离子水AES、K12S;CMMEAEDTA-4Na、柠檬酸、EVC、CAB、薄荷脑、卡松和人参提取物,各成分之间协同作用,因烫、染受损的头发进行护理后,头发的毛糙、暗淡、干枯、发粗、发硬的不健康状态能明显得到改善,说明本发明的具有净化头皮、改善头发,使头发柔滑、水润、有光泽的效果。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅本发明公开的一种可以净化头皮改善头发的洗发产品及其制备方法,具体包括:
一种可以净化头皮改善头发的洗发产品,其特征在于,该洗发产品包括:A相、B相和C相三个组分;其中,所述A相由以下百分含量的原料组成:72.05%的去离子水、15%的AES、2%的K12S;3%的CMMEA、0.1%的EDTA-4Na0.05%的柠檬酸、0.5%的EVC和2%的CAB;所述B相由以下百分含量的原料组成:2.5%的CAB和0.7%的薄荷脑;所述C相为0.1%的卡松;D相为2%的人参提取物。
实施例1:首先将搅拌锅清洗干净,将其加热至80℃;以百分含量表示,然后称取A相原料:72.05%的去离子水、15%的AES、2%的K12S;3%的CMMEA、0.1%的EDTA-4Na、0.05%的柠檬酸、0.5%的EVC和2%的CAB,将上述原料依次加入到搅拌锅中,均匀搅拌至完全溶解,然后保温30分钟后降温至50℃后得到均质的A相原料备用;(2)将搅拌锅清洗干净,将其加热至85℃;以百分含量表示,然后称取B相原料:2.5%的CAB和0.7%的薄荷脑,将上述原料依次加入到搅拌锅中,均匀搅拌至完全溶解,然后保温30分钟后降温至50℃得到均质的B相原料备用;(3)将步骤(2)中得到的B相原料加入到步骤(1)的A相原料中,在45℃的条件下搅拌均匀后加入C相和D相然后搅拌均匀后即可得到该洗发产品。
实施例2:(1)首先将搅拌锅清洗干净,将其加热至83℃;以百分含量表示,然后称取A相原料:72.05%的去离子水、15%的AES、2%的K12S;3%的CMMEA、0.1%的EDTA-4Na、0.05%的柠檬酸、0.5%的EVC和2%的CAB,将上述原料依次加入到搅拌锅中,均匀搅拌至完全溶解,然后保温30分钟后降温至50℃后得到均质的A相原料备用;(2)将搅拌锅清洗干净,将其加热至83℃;以百分含量表示,然后称取B相原料:2.5%的CAB和0.7%的薄荷脑,将上述原料依次加入到搅拌锅中,均匀搅拌至完全溶解,然后保温30分钟后降温至50℃得到均质的B相原料备用;(3)将步骤(2)中得到的B相原料加入到步骤(1)的A相原料中,在45℃的条件下搅拌均匀后加入C相和D相然后搅拌均匀后即可得到该洗发产品。

1.一种可以净化头皮改善头发的洗发产品,其特征在于,该洗发产品包括:A相、B相和C相三个组分;其中,所述A相由以下百分含量的原料组成:72.05%的去离子水、15%的AES、2%的K12S;3%的CMMEA、0.1%的EDTA-4Na、0.05%的柠檬酸、0.5%的EVC和2%的CAB;所述B相由以下百分含量的原料组成:2.5%的CAB和0.7%的薄荷脑;所述C相为0.1%的卡松;D相为2%的人参提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以净化头皮改善头发的洗发产品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)首先将搅拌锅清洗干净,将其加热至80-85℃;以百分含量表示,然后称取A相原料:72.05%的去离子水、15%的AES、2%的K12S;3%的CMMEA、0.1%的EDTA-4Na0.05%的柠檬酸、0.5%的EVC和2%的CAB,将上述原料依次加入到搅拌锅中,均匀搅拌至完全溶解,然后保温30分钟后降温至50℃后得到均质的A相原料备用;(2)将搅拌锅清洗干净,将其加热至80-85℃;以百分含量表示,然后称取B相原料:2.5%的CAB和0.7%的薄荷脑,将上述原料依次加入到搅拌锅中,均匀搅拌至完全溶解,然后保温30分钟后降温至50℃得到均质的B相原料备用;(3)将步骤(2)中得到的B相原料加入到步骤(1)的A相原料中,在45℃的条件下搅拌均匀后加入C相和D相然后搅拌均匀后即可得到该洗发产品。
