The invention discloses a method for preparing finished products of U-shaped or V-shaped tobacco pipe shreds, which comprises the steps of feeding tobacco shreds into a tobacco pneumatic drying and shred baking machine for continuous dehydration, preparing a special feed liquid for the tobacco shreds, spraying the special feed liquid on the surfaces of the tobacco shreds and fermenting; feeding tobacco shreds into a hollow tobacco shred pressing rod to reach tobacco shred scale lines, vertically discharging by utilizing the self weight of the tobacco shreds, and enabling the tobacco shreds to fall into U-shaped or V-shaped die grooves of a tobacco pipe shred die, wherein each die groove needs to be fed three times continuously and is pressed once after each feeding; heating the mould, and closing the heating after the temperature rises to 300 ℃; after the tobacco shreds are preliminarily molded, baking the tobacco shreds by microwave; curing and alcoholizing the tobacco pipe shreds after microwave baking at constant temperature and constant humidity. After a series of technical treatments, the tobacco pipe shreds are shaped and can be directly placed into a tobacco pipe pot conveniently and quickly, the phenomena of flameout, damage to the tobacco pipe due to overhigh pipe temperature and the like are basically avoided in the smoking process, and consumers can enjoy the delight brought by the tobacco pipe shreds anytime and anywhere.

The filling manner and the shape of the mold are shown in fig. 1 and 2. The structural difference between the U-shaped die and the V-shaped die is that the shapes of the die grooves are different, one is U-shaped in cross section, and the other is V-shaped in cross section.

Preparation of special feed liquid: 16% of propylene glycol, 3% of firework essential oil, 4% of peru cream, 2% of stevia rebaudiana, 22% of glycerol, 12% of invert sugar and 41% of water by mass ratio.
Uniformly spraying the prepared special feed liquid on the surfaces of the cut tobaccos, wherein the mass ratio of the special feed liquid to the cut tobaccos is 1:10, and putting the special feed liquid to the cut tobaccos into a fermentation chamber for fermentation for 3 hours, wherein the temperature of the fermentation chamber is 33 ℃, and the humidity is 55%.
And (3) feeding the cut tobacco into a tobacco pipe cut tobacco feeding port to cut tobacco scale marks, opening a blanking switch, and vertically blanking by using the self weight of the cut tobacco. The U-shaped die groove is fully filled by first blanking, and the die groove 1/3 is pressed downwards; the U-shaped die groove is fully filled by the second blanking, and the die groove 2/3 is pressed downwards; and (5) blanking for the third time to fill the U-shaped die groove, and pressing down to the final molding scale mark.
And (3) after the pressing is finished, opening the heating pipe, heating below the die, closing the heating pipe after the temperature reaches 300 ℃, taking 6 minutes in the whole process, and naturally cooling.
After the tobacco shreds are preliminarily molded, the tobacco shreds enter a microwave baking box through a transmission belt, the baking process takes 1 minute, and the baking temperature is 100 ℃.
And packaging the finished U-shaped tobacco pipe shreds, and then putting the packaged finished U-shaped tobacco pipe shreds into a constant-temperature constant-humidity chamber for curing and alcoholizing, wherein the curing temperature is 23 ℃, the humidity is 75%, and the curing time is 25 days, so that the finished U-shaped tobacco pipe shreds are obtained, as shown in figure 3.
Example 2
And (3) feeding the prepared cut tobacco into a tobacco pneumatic drying cut tobacco drier, setting the temperature to be 200 ℃, the incoming material speed to be 210kg/h, continuously dehydrating for 3 times, and detecting that the water content of the cut tobacco reaches about 20% by adopting a moisture tester.
Preparation of special feed liquid: 16% of propylene glycol, 3% of firework essential oil, 4% of peru cream, 2% of stevia rebaudiana, 22% of glycerol, 12% of invert sugar and 41% of water by mass ratio.
Uniformly spraying the prepared special feed liquid on the surfaces of the cut tobaccos, wherein the mass ratio of the special feed liquid to the cut tobaccos is 1:10, and putting the special feed liquid to the cut tobaccos in a fermentation chamber for fermentation for 4 hours, wherein the temperature of the fermentation chamber is 33 ℃, and the humidity is 60%.
And (3) feeding the cut tobacco into a tobacco pipe cut tobacco feeding port to cut tobacco scale marks, opening a blanking switch, and vertically blanking by using the self weight of the cut tobacco. The V-shaped die groove is fully filled in the first blanking, and the V-shaped die groove is pressed down to the position 1/3 of the die groove; the V-shaped die groove is fully filled in the second blanking, and the V-shaped die groove is pressed down to the position 2/3 of the die groove; and (5) fully filling the V-shaped die groove in the third blanking, and pressing down to the final molding scale mark.
And (3) after the pressing is finished, opening the heating pipe, heating below the die, closing the heating pipe after the temperature reaches 300 ℃, taking 6 minutes in the whole process, and naturally cooling.
After the tobacco shreds are preliminarily molded, the tobacco shreds enter a microwave baking box through a transmission belt, the baking process takes 1 minute, and the baking temperature is 100 ℃.
And packaging the U-shaped tobacco pipe shred finished product, and then putting the packaged U-shaped tobacco pipe shred finished product into a constant temperature and humidity room for curing and alcoholization, wherein the curing temperature is 23 ℃, the humidity is 75%, and the curing time is 25 days, so that the V-shaped tobacco pipe shred finished product is obtained, as shown in figure 4.
20 pieces of the products obtained in the example 1 and the example 2 are respectively put into a tobacco pipe, ignited and simulated to be sucked, and the phenomena of flameout and damage to the tobacco pipe are not generated.
To further verify the effectiveness of the invention, 20 tobacco holder members were invited to conduct product market tests, and among the 20 valid samples tested, 90% (18 parts) of persons who were totally and relatively satisfied with the overall opinion on the design and smoking quality of V-shaped tobacco shred products were considered as 10% (2 parts) of those who were generally satisfied.
