Abstract
The invention relates to a film drying device, which comprises a gas conveying device, an air knife and an air knife supporting seat, wherein an air pipe is arranged between the gas conveying device and the air knife, a cavity is arranged in the air knife, an air nozzle is arranged at the tail end of the air knife, an air equalizing device is arranged at the joint of the air knife and the air pipe, an air nozzle rotating shaft is arranged at the air nozzle, an air deflector is arranged on the air nozzle rotating shaft, and air in the air knife cavity forms stable and uniform airflow through the air nozzle and the air deflector to dry a film to be dried. The invention homogenizes the drying air flow to form stable and uniform air flow so as to improve the performance of the film after being dried.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to drying equipment, and particularly relates to a coating film drying device.
Background
In the solution printing of the existing functional material thin film, the drying of the wet film is very important. Common drying modes include hot air blowing, heating, vacuumizing and the like, different film drying modes can enable the film to have different appearance characteristics, and the properties of the functional film can be influenced by the films with different appearances. In some cases, the drying air flow of the drying device has a great influence on the properties of the film. However, the existing film drying devices do not consider how to homogenize the drying air flow to form a stable and uniform air flow.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a film drying apparatus, which homogenizes a drying air flow to form a stable and uniform air flow, so as to improve the performance of a film after being dried.
The invention is realized in such a way, and provides a film drying device, which comprises a gas conveying device, an air knife and an air knife supporting seat, wherein the gas conveying device is connected with the air knife through an air pipe, the air knife is fixed on the air knife supporting seat, a cavity is arranged in the air knife, an air nozzle is arranged at the tail end of the air knife, an air equalizing device is arranged at the joint of the air knife and the air pipe, the inner diameter of the cavity of the air knife is gradually narrowed along the position of the air nozzle, an air nozzle rotating shaft is arranged at the air nozzle, an air guide plate is arranged on the air nozzle rotating shaft, and air in the cavity of the air knife forms stable and uniform airflow through the air nozzle and the air guide plate to dry a film.
Furthermore, the air knife is of a symmetrical structure and is provided with two support arms, and the tail end of each support arm is provided with an air nozzle, an air nozzle rotating shaft and an air deflector.
Furthermore, the air equalizing device is provided with an air inlet end and an air outlet end, and a separating baffle is arranged in the air equalizing device.
The film drying device further comprises a coating machine table for placing the film to be dried, a coating die head, a coating liquid conveying pipe and a coating liquid pump, wherein the substrate to be coated is placed on the coating machine table, the coating liquid pump is used for conveying liquid to the coating die head through the coating liquid conveying pipe, and the coating die head is used for coating the substrate.
Further, the air knife supporting seat is fixed on a coating machine, and the substrate coated with the film is conveyed to the position of the air knife by the coating machine and dried by stable and uniform air flow.
Further, the air knife supporting base is fixed with the coating die head and moves along with the coating die head, and the coated substrate film is dried by the air knife through smooth and uniform air flow.
Furthermore, an air knife lifting device is arranged on the air knife supporting seat.
Further, film drying device still sets up control system and pivot motor, control system controls gas conveying equipment, air knife elevating gear and pivot motor respectively, pivot motor drive tuyere pivot is rotated, control system controls the turned angle of tuyere pivot through the pivot motor.
Further, the gas delivery device is an air compressor or a vacuum pump.
Compared with the prior art, the film drying device has the following characteristics:
1. drying the coating film is realized.

3. The lifting function of the air knife of the device can freely and finely adjust the drying effect of the film.

5. The control system can accurately read and adjust the height and angle of the air knife and the power of the gas delivery device.

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, a preferred embodiment of the film drying apparatus of the present invention includes a gas conveying device 1, an air knife 2 and an air knife supporting base 3. The air conveying device 1 is connected with the air knife 2 through an air pipe 4. The air knife 2 is fixed on the air knife supporting seat 3.
A cavity is arranged in the air knife 2, and the tail end of the cavity is provided with an air nozzle 5. And an air equalizing device 6 is arranged at the joint of the air knife 2 and the air pipe 4. The air from the air conveying device 1 enters the air equalizing device 6 through the air pipe 4, is equalized by the air equalizing device 6 and then enters the cavity of the air knife 2. The inner diameter of the cavity of the air knife 2 is gradually narrowed along the position of the air nozzle 5, and the air flow speed at the air nozzle 5 is improved under the same air pressure.
And a tuyere rotating shaft 7 is arranged at the tuyere 5. And the air guide plate 8 is arranged on the air nozzle rotating shaft 7. The air in the cavity of the air knife 2 forms stable and uniform airflow through the air nozzle 5 and the air deflector 8 to dry the film A to be dried. The air deflector 8 rotates around the air nozzle rotating shaft 7, and the air deflector 8 changes the flow direction of air blown out from the air nozzle 5. The rotatable air deflector 8 is provided to finely adjust the drying effect of the film.
The air knife 2 is arranged in a symmetrical structure and is provided with two support arms 9. And the tail end of each support arm 9 is provided with a blast nozzle 5, a blast nozzle rotating shaft 7 and an air deflector 8. The two air nozzles 5 dry the film A through respective air deflectors 8, and the drying effect of the film is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, the air equalizing device 6 is provided with an air inlet end 61 and an air outlet end 62. A separating baffle 63 is arranged in the air equalizing device 6. The wind equalizing device 6 is divided into a plurality of parallel ventilation channels by the separating baffles 63, and the cavity space of the tubular wind equalizing device 6 is divided into a plurality of narrow flat spaces by arranging the separating baffles 63, so that wind can be changed into uniform and flat fluid when passing through the wind equalizing device 6.
The film drying device also comprises a coating machine table 10 for placing the film A to be dried, a coating die head 11, a coating liquid conveying pipe 12, a coating liquid pump 13, a control system 14 and a rotating shaft motor 15. The substrate to be coated is placed on the coating machine 10, the coating liquid pump 13 is used for delivering liquid to the coating die head 11 through the coating liquid delivery pipe 12, and the coating die head 11 is used for coating the substrate.
The air knife supporting seat 3 is fixed on the coating machine 10, and the substrate coated with the film is sent to the position of the air knife 2 by the coating machine 10 to be dried by blowing. An air knife lifting device (not shown in the figure) is arranged on the air knife supporting seat 3.
The control system 14 controls the gas conveying equipment 1, the air knife lifting device and the rotating shaft motor 15 respectively. The rotating shaft motor 15 drives the air nozzle rotating shaft 7 to rotate. The control system 14 controls the rotation angle of the tuyere rotating shaft 7 through a rotating shaft motor 15.
The gas conveying equipment 1 is an air compressor or a vacuum pump. If the gas conveying device 1 is a vacuum pump, the flow direction of the wind is reversed.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 2, another preferred embodiment of the film drying apparatus of the present invention is shown. In this embodiment, the air knife support base 3 is fixed to the coating die 11 and moves together with the coating die 11. The coated substrate film a is then dried by the air knife 2.
The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is only that the mounting and fixing manner of the air knife supporting seat 3 is different, and the other structures are the same as those in embodiment 1 and are not described again.

Claims (9)
1. A film drying device comprises a gas conveying device, an air knife and an air knife supporting seat, wherein the gas conveying device is connected with the air knife through an air pipe, the air knife is fixed on the air knife supporting seat, a cavity is arranged in the air knife, and an air nozzle is arranged at the tail end of the air knife.
2. The film drying apparatus of claim 1, wherein the air knife is provided in a symmetrical structure having two arms, and the air nozzle, the air nozzle rotating shaft and the air deflector are provided at the end of each arm.
3. The film drying apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the air equalizing device is provided with an air inlet end and an air outlet end, and a partition plate is provided in the air equalizing device.

The film drying apparatus according to claim 3, further comprising a coater station on which the film to be dried is placed, a coating die, a coating liquid delivery pipe, and a coating liquid pump, wherein the substrate to be coated is placed on the coater station, the coating liquid pump delivers the coating liquid to the coating die through the coating liquid delivery pipe, and the coating die coats the substrate.
5. The film drying apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the air knife supporting base is fixed to the coating machine, and the substrate coated with the film is conveyed to the air knife by the coating machine and dried by a smooth and uniform air flow.
6. The film drying apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein said air knife supporting base is fixed to the coating die and moves together with said coating die, and the coated substrate film is subsequently dried by the air knife through a smooth and uniform air flow.
7. The film drying apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein an air knife lifting means is provided on said air knife supporting base.
8. The film drying apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the film drying apparatus further comprises a control system and a spindle motor, the control system controls the gas delivery device, the air knife lifting device and the spindle motor respectively, the spindle motor drives the air nozzle spindle to rotate, and the control system controls the rotation angle of the air nozzle spindle through the spindle motor.
9. The membrane drying apparatus of claim 1, wherein the gas delivery device is an air compressor or a vacuum pump.
