At present, the intelligent equipment of the 'shed palm cabinet' is a self-developed targeted product with independent intellectual property rights according to the requirements of users of vegetable and flower greenhouses by our company, and the intelligent equipment completely meets the use requirements of farmers according to on-site trial data feedback.
The shed palm cabinet integrated circuit main board design calculation data can reliably interact with the background server through the Internet of things; data such as temperature, humidity, early illumination and the like in the greenhouse are collected in real time, and farmers can scientifically carry out operation judgment according to the data; the rolling and spreading of the greenhouse roller shutter motor are controlled, and the size of the ventilation opening is controlled in a humanized manner; the drip irrigation, light supplement and other functions are automatically executed; the on-site voice prompt function can be expanded.

The control cabinet is externally formed; at present, control cabinets are classified into different types according to the number of roller shutters, the number of ventilation and the number of switches, and the composition of a roller shutter control cabinet and a two-ventilation control cabinet is described below. Looking at the control panel of the control cabinet at first, as shown in fig. 3-1, the control panel can be simply divided into five groups: the power supply, the change-over switch, the roller shutter switch, the first phoenix curtain switch and the second phoenix curtain switch are described in the following. A power indicator light; when equipment is powered on, a power indicator lamp on a panel of the control cabinet is in a normally-on state, if the power indicator lamp is not on or flickers after the equipment is powered on, whether external circuits of the equipment are connected or not, whether a phase-missing condition exists or not, whether a zero line is connected or not and the like are checked at the moment. A controller; the controller is the core of the whole intelligent operating system, and under the condition that the equipment is powered on, a user can judge whether the network connection of the equipment is normal or not according to the indicator lamp on the controller.
The indicator light flickering condition when the controller network connection is normal: the first lamp flashes at a slow frequency; the second light is not on; the third lamp flashes at a fast frequency; the fourth lamp is normally on.
A switch; the switch is a power switch for electrifying the control cabinet, the upper pulling switch-on represents electrifying, the lower pulling switch-off represents deenergizing, and the operation is simple.
A thermal relay; to provide better service to the user, our apparatus is equipped with an overload protection element of the motor, i.e. a thermal relay. When the motor is overloaded, the heat relay protection plays a role, the main circuit of the motor is powered off, and the overload protection is realized.
With respect to the thermal relay, as shown in fig. 3-5, the red button is tested, the blue button is called the reset button, the small green button is the thermal relay actuation indicator, when it is raised, it indicates thermal relay actuation, and when the blue reset button is pressed, it will also retract.
With respect to how to resolve a thermal failure after the occurrence of the thermal failure in the equipment, reference is made to chapter iv, section two.
Common problems and cautions
Common problem handling 1, the roller blind motor is not activated when energized, there is a "buzz" sound, why? Answering: mechanical jamming or open-phase operation. 2. The contactor continuously makes a 'papa' sound, but does not pick up the sound, why? Answering: the pull-in coil voltage is too low or the coil terminal connector is loose. 3. Why can the roller blind motor only be rolled up or only be rolled out? Answering: the stopper is abnormal or the stopper cable is broken. 4. The roller shutter motor is not running, the stopper is normal, why? Answering: and checking whether an alarm appears or not, and resetting the thermal relay. 5. Why can the roller blind stop after always running over the stop device? Answering: and replacing the motor AC contactor. 6. Is the three-phase roller shutter travel direction reversed, how is it adjusted? Answering: three wires of the motor are exchanged randomly.
Fault processing; the method comprises the following steps that after a heat relay fault occurs to equipment, a user firstly needs to check a motor and a circuit, whether external foreign matters disturb normal operation of the motor is found, after the motor and the circuit are ensured to be normal, the heat relay needs to be reset, and the resetting steps are as follows:
(1) clicking a reset button on the thermal relay, namely clicking a blue button to be the reset button, and finding that a small green button beside the thermal relay retracts after clicking;
(2) restarting the program after power failure, or directly clicking a reset button on the mobile phone;
(3) and (4) continuing to operate after resetting, and if the fault still exists, continuing to alarm, and if the fault is removed, recovering normal use.
When the equipment has faults of rolling curtain, ventilation or opening and closing, firstly checking equipment lines and a motor, after the fault problem is repaired, clicking a reset button of the mobile phone page, and slightly waiting for several seconds, restoring the page to be normal; and (4) continuing to operate after resetting, if the fault still exists, continuing to alarm, and recovering normal use when the fault is removed (note: power-off restart can also be reset).
