The network communication module 8 is provided with an 10/100M adaptive fast Ethernet fiber switch, and is provided with 2 hundred-million optical ports and 6 10/100Base-TX adaptive Ethernet RJ45 interfaces, wherein 4 ports can be selectively matched with POE functions. The network communication module 8 supports TCP/IP, UDP, PPPOE, DHCP, ICMP and NAT protocols; the full duplex of the flow control mode adopts IEEE 802.3X, and the half duplex adopts Backpressure standard; the POE power supply IEEE 802.1AF/AT standard is supported; the electric port supports an automatic negotiation function, and automatically adjusts a transmission mode and a transmission speed; the port supports Auto-MDI/MDIX Auto-rollover. The network communication module 8 supports a store-and-forward mode, and supports switching of a 10M mode, a 100M mode or an adaptive mode of an electric port. The network communication module 8 adopts a modular power supply design concept, and the function board and the power supply are separately designed, so that later maintenance is facilitated. The network communication module 8 adopts a unique integrated circuit solution, the temperature rise of a chip is low, a heating and radiating system is eliminated, flow control is realized, and the broadcast storm is reduced. The network communication module 8 supports a broadcast filtering function, an address automatic learning and automatic updating function and a storage and forwarding operation mechanism, and supports the transmission of the longest 1916byte ultra-long data packet; the system provides remote link loss diagnosis, electric port link and optical port link connection diagnosis, dynamic data transmission, full duplex/half duplex and rate indicator lamps, and is convenient to install, debug and maintain later. The network communication module 8 has ultra-low power consumption which is less than 2.5W (Input: AC 140-260V), low heat emission and long-time stable operation. The network communication module 8 is designed to meet the Ethernet standard, has lightning protection and anti-static protection measures and has stable and reliable performance. The data acquisition and remote control module 7 also realizes uplink and downlink internet of things communication with the operation and maintenance center through the network communication module 8.
The door magnetic sensor 1 is used for detecting the opening and closing state of a cabinet door of the box body; and the data acquisition and remote control module 7 triggers the authentication module 10 to authenticate the identity of the person opening the box under the condition that the opening of the cabinet door of the box body is monitored. The authentication module 10 may be a camera device with human face collection and recognition functions installed in a box. When the cabinet door of the box body is opened, the data acquisition and remote control module 7 sends an open alarm to the operation and maintenance center, and the operation and maintenance center positions the monitoring box; furthermore, the operation and maintenance center remotely triggers the authentication module 10 of the monitoring box through the data acquisition and remote control module 7 to monitor the monitoring box in real time. Because the authentication module 10 is not in a continuous start state, the energy conservation and environmental protection can be realized on the basis of ensuring the safety of the monitoring box, and unnecessary waste is reduced. The authentication module 10 collects the face information of the person opening the cabinet door of the box body and uploads the face information to the operation and maintenance center through the data collection and remote control module 7; the operation and maintenance center identifies the personnel according to the collected face information and carries out authority verification; the operation and maintenance center is provided with a database which contains identity information of all workers responsible for maintaining the front end of the monitoring box and face registration, and when the identified personnel identity is the worker, the specific identity of the worker can be determined according to the database, whether the maintenance authority exists or not is confirmed, the information of the specific worker opening the monitoring box is convenient to confirm, and the person is responsible. And when the identified personnel have the maintenance right of the monitoring box, recording the specific identity information of the personnel by the operation and maintenance center to form a maintenance record. When the identified personnel do not have the maintenance right on the monitoring box, the cabinet door of the box body is determined to be illegally opened, and the data acquisition and remote control module 7 triggers a local alarm signal; and the operation and maintenance center can be communicated with a security interphone at the location of the monitoring box to inform security personnel to check the condition of the monitoring machine, so that the manual damage to the monitoring machine is avoided. Therefore, the operation and maintenance center realizes standard management for each operation and maintenance monitoring box, ensures equipment safety, realizes effective authentication verification on remote and field operation of the monitoring box, and has an effective tracing mechanism for maintenance of the monitoring box.
The operation and maintenance monitoring box of the Internet of things adapts to a plurality of paths of video monitoring lines, adopts modular layout, can flexibly perform equipment integration and capacity expansion according to actual needs, provides diversified configuration to adapt to different application scenes while keeping universality, and has function expansibility. Specifically, the extensible function module comprises a 3G/4G transmission communication module, a Gps/Beidou positioning module, an audio transmission module, a smoke detection alarm module and an air quality monitoring module.
