背景技术

具体实施方式
光纤在其关于传感器的使用方面有一些限制。首先,检测仅基于光纤的机械偏转。其次,在该系统中,最大有用频率是采样率(奈奎斯特频率)的一半并且取决于光纤的长度,或更具体地,取决于光从头到尾并且返回的往返传播时间。例如,每米长度大约6ns。典型的水平井可能约为5km,导致30000ns的传播时间或33kHz的采样率。50km的管道应用将被限制在大约3kHz的采样率。本公开的方面实现了以比当前技术高很多的频率对声音/超声波、电场和磁场的长期的、低成本的检测。
本公开旨在将当前的光纤分布式声传感器(DAS)扩展和适配为频率复用。频率复用可以使用多个光源,每个光源具有不同的频带。通常,频率复用可以提高实际采样率,从而增加带宽。为了进行频率复用以增加带宽,代替使用单频激光器来探测分布式光纤传感器的状态,使用多个不同的激光频率来并行探测分布式光纤传感器的状态。利用频率复用,可以将采样率提高几倍,并且实现分布式感应射频或超声信号。光纤光缆可以充当多个传感器的数据收集器,所述传感器沿着井道安装在管道的后面、套管的后面、或者作为基于干预的系统在井眼中运行。根据传感器的目的,传感器可以具有各种特性。为了感应电场或磁场,将分离的天线和换能器固定在光纤的侧面,利用天线接收电信号、磁信号或两者。换能器使光纤产生可检测的机械偏转,而DAS可以提供分布式电磁感应。除了电磁感应之外,还可以检测井眼中的水分变化。在一些实施方式中,可以提供合适的能量存储和能量收集系统以增加系统的可有效利用的寿命。

图4是可以与本公开的方面一起使用的示例方法400的流程图。在402处,利用变频光源将具有调制频率的光束沿着放置在井眼中的光纤光缆108引导。在404处,利用对指定激励(stimulus)做出响应的地下检测装置(例如,先前描述的图2A中的水分传感器和图2B中的电磁传感器)在光纤光缆108中引起变形。在一些实施方式中,不同的地下检测装置可以引起在指定的频率处的反向散射。在一些实施方式中,多个致动机构112可以被包括在单个光纤光缆上。在406处,通过附接到光纤光缆的多个光检测器110来检测光纤光缆中的多个频率的反向散射。多个光检测器110中的每一个光检测器被配置为检测光的指定频率。在一些实施方式中,多个光检测器110中的每一个光检测器被配置为检测不同频带中的变化。在408处,响应于检测多个频率的反向散射来确定在其中形成井眼的地质构造的物理性质。例如,可以通过检测第一频率的反向散射来确定水分含量的变化,同时可以通过检测第二频率的反向散射来确定电磁场中的变化。
在使用电磁传感器的实施方式中,利用天线252来检测电磁场中的变化。通过变化磁场在天线252中感应出电流。机电换能器256响应于感应电流而被致动。光电转换器256使光纤光缆108变形。如前所述,机电换能器256可以包括压电元件、静电隔膜、具有隔膜的电线圈或任何其他机电装置。
在使用水分传感器的实施方式中,亲水胶响应于井眼中的水分含量而膨胀。当已膨胀的亲水胶使附接到光纤光缆108的隔膜204变形时,引起光纤光缆中的变形。隔膜可以包括适合在井身中使用的弹性体。也就是说,弹性体是化学惰性的,并且对井眼102内存在的温度具有抵抗力。例如,可以使用聚四氟乙烯、氟化橡胶或任何其他惰性弹性体。
在从井眼中的磁场中的变化收集电磁能的实施方式中,该能量是通过天线(例如天线252)收集的。在这种情况下,已收集的能量被调节并存储在能量存储装置306内。诸如致动机构112的井下设备可以利用所存储的能量来供电。
在从井眼中的环境噪声收集能量的实施方式中,利用换能器收集能量,然后调节并且存储在能量存储装置306中。诸如致动机构112的井下设备可以利用所存储的能量来供电。
无论使用什么能量收集机制,存储已收集的能量的能量存储装置306都可以是电池、超级电容器或任何其他能量存储装置。
尽管本公开包含许多特定的实施方式细节,但这些细节不应被解释为对可以要求保护的范围上的限制,而是作为专用于特定实施方式的特征的描述。也可以在单个实施方式中以组合方式来实现本公开中在独立实施方式的上下文中描述的特定特征。反之,在单个实施方式的上下文中描述的各种特征也可以在多个实施方式中分开地或以任何合适的子组合来实现。此外,尽管上文可能将特征描述为以特定组合起作用并且甚至最初要求如此保护,但是在一些情况下,来自所要求保护的组合的一个或多个特征可以从组合中删除,并且所要求保护的组合可以针对子组合或子组合的变化。

Claims (20)
1.一种地下检测装置,包括:
变频光源,被配置为发射光束并且调制所述光束的频率;
附接到所述变频光源的光纤光缆,所述光纤光缆被配置为在入口处接收所述光束并且将所述光束传递到出口;
附接到所述光纤光缆的多个光检测器,所述光检测器中的每个光检测器被配置为检测通过所述光纤光缆反向散射的光的指定频率;以及
附接到所述光纤光缆的致动机构,所述致动机构被配置为响应于激励使所述光纤光缆变形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地下检测装置,其中,所述多个光检测器中的每个光检测器被配置为检测不同频率的光。
3.根据权利要求1所述的地下检测装置,其中,所述致动机构包括:
天线,被配置为检测电磁场中的变化;以及
被连接到所述天线的机电换能器,所述机电换能器被配置为响应于检测到所述电磁场中的变化而使所述光纤光缆变形。
4.根据权利要求3所述的地下检测装置,其中,所述机电换能器包括压电元件。
5.根据权利要求3所述的地下检测装置,还包括:
滤波电路,被配置为滤除由所述天线检测到的噪声;
放大器,被配置为放大已滤波的信号;以及
能量存储装置,被配置为向所述放大器或所述滤波电路中的至少一个供电。
6.根据权利要求5所述的地下检测装置,其中,所述能量存储装置包括电池或电容器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的地下检测装置,其中,所述致动机构包括:
亲水胶,被配置为在存在水分时膨胀;以及
被连接到所述亲水胶和所述光纤光缆的隔膜,其中,所述亲水胶的膨胀导致所述隔膜使所述光纤光缆变形。
8.根据权利要求1所述的地下检测装置,还包括:
能量收集装置,被配置为从周围环境收集能量;以及
能量存储装置,被配置为存储已收集的能量。
9.根据权利要求6所述的地下检测装置,其中,所述能量收集装置包括:
天线,被配置为收集井眼中的电磁能;
被耦合到所述天线的整流电路,所述整流电路被配置为调节已收集的能量用于存储;以及
被耦合到所述整流电路的能量存储装置,所述能量存储装置被配置为存储已收集的能量。
10.根据权利要求6所述的地下检测装置,其中,所述能量收集装置包括:
压电装置,被配置为收集井眼中的机械能;
被耦合到所述压电装置的整流电路,所述整流电路被配置为调节已收集的能量用于存储;以及
被耦合到所述整流电路的能量存储装置,所述能量存储装置被配置为存储已收集的能量。
11.一种方法,包括:
利用变频光源将调制频率光束沿着被放置于井眼中的光纤光缆引导;
利用对指定激励做出响应的地下检测装置引起所述光纤光缆中的变形;
利用附接到所述光纤光缆的多个光检测器检测所述光纤光缆中的多个频率的反向散射,所述光检测器中的每个光检测器被配置为检测光的指定频率;以及
响应于检测到所述多个频率的反向散射,确定形成有井眼的地质构造的物理特性。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,引起所述光纤光缆中的变形包括:
利用天线检测电磁场中的变化;以及
响应于所述电磁场中的变化,利用耦合到所述天线的换能器引起所述光纤光缆中的变形。
13.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,引起所述光纤光缆中的变形包括:
响应于井眼中的水分含量使亲水胶膨胀;以及
利用已膨胀的亲水胶来引起所述光纤光缆中的变形。
14.根据权利要求11所述的方法,还包括:
利用天线从井眼中的磁场中的变化收集能量;
将已收集的能量存储在能量存储装置中;以及
利用已存储的能量为井眼中的设备供电。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,所述能量存储装置包括超级电容器或电池。
16.根据权利要求11所述的方法,还包括:
利用换能器从井眼中的环境噪声收集能量;
将已收集的能量存储在能量存储装置中;以及
利用已存储的能量为井眼中的设备供电。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中,所述能量存储装置包括超级电容器或电池。
18.一种分布式检波器系统,包括:
被安装在多个井眼中的多个地下检测装置,所述多个地下检测装置中的每个地下检测装置包括:
变频光源,被配置为发射光束并且调制所述光束的频率;
附接到所述变频光源的光纤光缆,所述光纤光缆被配置为接收所述光束;
附接到所述光纤光缆的多个光检测器,所述光检测器中的每个光检测器被配置为检测通过所述光纤光缆反向散射的光的指定频率;
附接到所述光纤光缆的致动机构,所述致动机构被配置为响应于激励使所述光纤光缆变形;以及
中央处理中心,被配置为监视和存储由所述多个地下检测装置产生的数据。
19.根据权利要求18所述的系统,其中,所述致动机构包括:
天线,被配置为检测电磁场中的变化;以及
连接到所述天线的机电换能器,所述机电换能器被配置为响应于检测到所述电磁场中的变化而使所述光纤光缆变形。
20.根据权利要求18所述的系统,其中,所述致动机构包括:
亲水胶,被配置为在存在水分时膨胀;以及
连接到所述亲水胶和所述光纤光缆的隔膜,其中,所述亲水胶的膨胀导致所述隔膜使所述光纤光缆变形。
