and after the cache list is corrected, judging whether the current time point reaches the time point of the delay threshold, if the current time point does not reach the time point of the delay threshold, returning to the step of judging whether a second operation behavior is executed until the current time point reaches the time point of the delay threshold, and if the current time point reaches the time point of the delay threshold, sending information to the second user according to the corrected cache list.

acquiring a first operation behavior of a first user, and acquiring corresponding user information of a second user according to the first operation behavior;
constructing a cache list, wherein the cache list is used for recording the first operation behavior and the user information of the second user;
monitoring the operation behavior of the second user within the time of a preset delay threshold;
judging whether the second user executes a second operation behavior corresponding to the first operation behavior, and if so, correcting the cache list;
and after the cache list is corrected, judging whether the current time point reaches the time point of the delay threshold, if the current time point does not reach the time point of the delay threshold, returning to the step of judging whether the second user executes a second operation behavior corresponding to the first operation behavior until the current time point reaches the time point of the delay threshold, and if the current time point reaches the time point of the delay threshold, sending information to the second user according to the corrected cache list.
2. The intelligent control method for information transmission according to claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring the first operation behavior of the first user includes:
creating one or more operation information sheets through the page;
acquiring corresponding information to be operated according to the operation information sheet;
and storing the information of the operation information sheet and the information to be operated into a database.
3. The intelligent information transmission control method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the user information of the corresponding second user according to the first operation behavior includes:
matching a second user according to the first operation behavior of the first user;
and judging whether a second user meets a set condition corresponding to the first operation behavior of the first user, if so, passing the matching to obtain user information of the second user, and if not, failing the matching.
4. The intelligent information transmission control method according to claim 3, wherein the step of obtaining the user information of the corresponding second user according to the first operation behavior includes:
acquiring the geographic positions of a first user and a second user, and obtaining the distance between the first user and the second user;
and when the distance between the first user and the second user is smaller than or equal to the preset distribution distance of the second user, the matching is passed, so that the user information of the second user is obtained, and when the distance between the first user and the second user is larger than the distribution distance, the matching is not passed.

splicing the scene identification with user information of a second user to obtain a character string;

6. The intelligent control method for information transmission according to claim 1, wherein the delay threshold is represented by the following formula:

wherein x is the user activity of the second user at the current time point, a is a constant, and t (x) is a delay threshold.
7. The intelligent control method for information transmission according to claim 1, wherein before the step of correcting the cache list, the method further comprises:
setting an expiration time threshold;
the time difference between the time point of the real-time monitoring data stored in the cache list and the current time point of the system is obtained; and if the time difference is greater than or equal to the expiration time threshold, rejecting the corresponding cache data.
