一种固定高压管道的集成管架,其使用在汽车、火车、船舰、石化、航天卫星等上面安装的高压管道固定工程领域。集成管架的优点是:1、集成管架能吸收由自激震荡产生的声音。2、多组管夹组合既省空间又排列有序。3、多组管夹体的组合对调整管径非常方便。4、可随意调整管夹的升降高度。技术方案是:集成管架的两头是竖立的导轨支架(1)、导轨支架的上口是用支架上封盖(1‑1)封口;下口是与支架底座(1‑2)连接,直角连接件(6)的紧固螺栓(6‑1)的一头与方形螺母(6‑2)、弹簧(6‑3)一起插入到导轨支架(1)的内部进行旋紧固定,管夹垫板(7)固定到两头的直角连接件(6)上面,管夹体(4)固定在管夹垫板(7)上面。

本发明涉及的是“一种固定高压管道的集成管架”,其使用在高压管道的安装固定工程领域。
背景技术
高压管道使用面很广,如汽车、火车、船舰、石化、航天卫星等都用得到。高压管道内部流过的不是液体就是气体,管道内部的气体或液体通过外部加压后就能提高其流速、流量,向空中喷射、提升流程或射程高度等,例如自来水加压后射程可提升到楼顶。目前现有高压管道一般都通过符合规格的管夹按间隔距离顺序被固定到船壁、墙壁或仓壁上,在日常使用中会出现如下情况:1、管道内部的气体或液体在加压时会出现自颤抖动现象,管道颤抖与外部物体碰撞时会发出共鸣声响。2、多个管道都采用单个管夹固定会占地方并浪费空间,排列不整齐。3、管径大小不同带来安装不便,更换困难。4、管道被固定后其离壁高度不好调整。
发明内容
为解决上述难题,本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案,其特征是:集成管架的两头是竖立的导轨支架(1)、导轨支架的上口是用支架上封盖(1-1)封口;下口是与支架底座(1-2)连接,直角连接件(6)的紧固螺栓(6-1)的一头与方形螺母(6-2)、弹簧(6-3)一起插入到导轨支架(1)的内部进行旋紧固定,管夹垫板(7)固定到两头的直角连接件(6)上面,管夹体(4)固定在管夹垫板(7)上面,管夹盖板(3)固定在管夹体(4)上面,并通过管夹紧固件(2)穿入管夹盖板(3)、管夹体(4)、管夹垫板(7)进行整体固定,管夹体(4)分上下体、中间相对应的两个半圆形成管孔(5)。
工作原理是:一、支架底座1-2通过外配螺丝或焊接到设计的船壁、墙壁或仓壁上,多根高压管道或电线管道穿入管孔5进行固定,当高压管道内部流动的高压空气或高压液体对管体产生自激震荡时被多孔的管夹体4所吸收,这就能有效地减少由震荡引发的声音,起到消除声音的作用。二、多根高压管道穿入集成管架后既节省空间又排列有序。三、集成管架是由多组管夹组成,其管孔径可以通过调换相对应的管夹来达到目的。四、直角连接件(6)通过紧固螺栓6-1来调整管夹体4的上下高度的,方形螺母6-2的作用是不会随紧固螺栓6-1在旋转时产生转动,弹簧6-3作用是阻止方形螺母6-2在旋转时产生脱落。
本发明有益效果是:集成管架的优点是:1、集成管架能吸收由自激震荡产生的声音。2、多组管夹组合既省空间又排列有序。3、多组管夹体的组合对调整管径非常方便。4、可随意调整管夹的升降高度。其有益效果是显而易见的。
