Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-loosening bolt and nut assembly which comprises a main bolt and a circular expansion sleeve. The circular expansion sleeve is sleeved on the periphery of the main bolt. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a loosening prevention bolt and nut assembly according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a main bolt 1, a circular expansion sleeve 2, an expansion sleeve compression nut 3, and a belleville washer 4, and a main bolt tension nut 5. The top end of the main bolt 1 is provided with an outer hexagonal bottom circular flange fixing structure at the top. The periphery of the bottom end of the main bolt 1 is provided with an external thread matched with the main bolt tensioning nut 5, the middle section of the main bolt 1 is a tapered rod part, and the inner hole conical surface of the circular expansion sleeve 2 on the outer conical surface of the rod part is matched and installed. The main bolt tensioning nut 5 is arranged to rotate relative to the main bolt 1 to be tightened to generate axial movement, the disc spring washer 4 is driven to rotate by friction force generated by the joint end face of the main bolt tensioning nut 5 and the disc spring washer 4, and the expansion sleeve compression nut 3 is driven to rotate relative to the main bolt by friction force generated by the joint end face of the disc spring washer 4 and the zero expansion sleeve compression nut 3. And the expansion sleeve compression nut 3 rotates to generate axial movement, so that the circular expansion sleeve 2 is pushed to move axially along the axis of the rod part of the main bolt 1. When the circular expansion sleeve 2 axially moves and radially expands simultaneously, and the outer cylindrical surface of the circular expansion sleeve 2 and the inner hole surface of each connected piece 6 reach a specified torque value, the outer cylindrical surface of the circular expansion sleeve 2 is fully attached to and completely pressed against the inner hole surface of each connected piece 6. The inner space of each fastened part hole is sealed by materials, and the loosening process is just opposite when the effect of vibration resistance and loosening prevention is achieved. Firstly screwing out the main bolt tensioning nut 5, then screwing out the expansion sleeve compression nut 3, drawing out the main bolt 1, and then pushing out the circular expansion sleeve 2 by using the cylindrical rod. The whole device has simple structure and vibration-resistant and anti-loose effect, is convenient to assemble and apply the existing tightening equipment, is convenient to tighten and loosen during inspection and maintenance, is suitable for fastening of laminated rotors, laminated steel plates and the like at normal temperature, and can be repeatedly used for many times and has higher stability and practicability when being convenient to disassemble and assemble.
In practical application, the working process of the anti-loosening bolt and nut assembly is as follows: in use, axial movement is generated by rotational tightening of the kingbolt-tightening nut 5 relative to the kingbolt 1. The disc spring washer 4 is rotated by the frictional force generated by the joint end surface of the main bolt tightening nut 5 and the disc spring washer 4. And then the expansion sleeve compression nut 3 rotates relative to the main bolt through the friction force generated by the joint end surface of the disc-shaped spring pad 4 and the zero expansion sleeve compression nut 3. And the expansion sleeve compression nut 3 rotates to generate axial movement, so that the circular expansion sleeve 2 is pushed to axially move along the axis of the rod part of the main bolt 1, and the circular expansion sleeve 2 expands along the radial direction in the axial movement process. When the outer cylindrical surface and the inner hole surface of each connected piece 6 reach the specified torque value, the outer cylindrical surface of the circular expansion sleeve 2 is fully attached to and completely pressed against the inner hole surface of each connected piece 6. In a word, the anti-loosening bolt and nut assembly is simple and reasonable in structure, has the effects of vibration resistance and loosening prevention, is convenient to assemble and apply the existing tightening equipment, and is convenient to tighten and loosen during inspection and maintenance. a main bolt; and

a butterfly spring washer is sleeved on the main bolt and positioned on the lower side of the expansion sleeve compression nut;
the bottom end of the main bolt is positioned at the peripheries of the expansion sleeve compression nut and the butterfly spring washer, and a main bolt tensioning nut is sleeved and installed on the peripheries of the expansion sleeve compression nut and the butterfly spring washer; and
and the periphery of the circular expansion sleeve is provided with a connected piece through the main bolt tightening nut.

The anti-loosening bolt-nut assembly according to claim 1, wherein the top end of the main bolt is provided with a bottom circular flange fixing structure with an outer hexagonal shape at the top, the periphery of the bottom end of the main bolt is provided with an external thread matched with the tightening nut of the main bolt, the middle section of the main bolt is a tapered rod part, and the outer tapered surface of the rod part is matched with the inner hole tapered surface of the circular expansion sleeve.
